This is a really wonderful, up to date and modern hotel in Galway City. It was very easy to get a taxi from the Galway train station to drop us off at this hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciate this hotel is attached to a fitness center with an absolutely beautiful aquatic Center with hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. The showers are absolutely spectacular in the brand new locker rooms. They have a beautiful full service dining room restaurant as well as a grab-and-go fresh made coffee shop. The lobby is modern and up-to-date and all of the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay here again.

Overall a nice experience but breakfast service is a bit laboured and chaotic even though it’s self-service apart from getting your own Tea and Coffee. They put a big emphasis on Green which is great. In our room there was some chipped paintwork and a few other cosmetic touch ups required. The gym is excellent.

Amazing property with wonderful kid friendly rooms. They had a kids club which my 7 year old enjoyed a lot. Restaurant was also amazing with a fancy afternoon tea service too!

The staff was helpful at the front desk and in the restaurant/bar. One thing to know before hand is if you want to use the pool you do need a swim cap otherwise you can only go in the jacuzzi. You can buy a swim cap for €2.50. It was nice to have laundry that you don't have to pay for also, but it's a bit of a walk to find it.

Room was basic and awkward to get to. This was quite surprising considering how nice the lobby and restaurant/bar are. Shower in bathroom was dreadful. I found the changing rooms/showers at the pool weren’t very clean and quite dated.

This property is very old and is also under construction in certain areas. We found a dead fly on the dirty carpet in our room. The pool area was very loud with jack hammers going on all around. I think for almost $400 a night, this should be a much better experience. Or they should close while they do some important upgrades. We are very disappointed and would love some money back due to the conditions at the property. I am not one to complain but this place is very expensive.

The room was dirty, carpet coming loose from the walls, shower full of mildew, no lights beside the beds. I addition, housekeeping gathered outside the room at about 7:30 a.m. for some type of meeting and was VERY loud. Extremely disappointed

Great family stay. Hotel was spotless and the room was great. Swimming pool is huge and the kids loved it. We had lunch here one day too and everyone enjoyed the food

Check in is 3:30 but our room wasn’t ready til 3:55pm .. room was spotless clean and the bunk beds were a big hit but for a family room we had no WiFi.. kids not impressed! Rang reception and they gave me the corporate WiFi code but connection would cut out after 5 seconds .. no phone service either in our room .. room 1096.. seemed to be a black hole for any sort of reception ! Pool closes at 7 for kids so something to be aware of .. only a 3 hour window between us getting our room and having to exit pool .. kids were hungry in between so they didn’t get much time in pool .. again in morn rushed from breakfast to pool and check out is 11:30am . Seemed to have a nice kids club and we ate in the restaurant and food was nice

Lobby area is beautiful. Looks to be newly remodeled, very clean, and well lit. The rooms however, are a stark contrast. Dark, flat/uncomfortable pillows, and rather dated rooms. Fine for a one night crash, like our group did, but not sure I'd want to stay much longer.

The rooms are nice. The facility is huge. The restaurant is great and has great dinner options. The breakfast buffet is also really nice. The rooms seem clean and well stocked. We did not have AC but the windows could open which made for a good nights sleep!

Great staff and close to transit for downtown Galway. They have renovated rooms on the first floor that they post on their website, but most of the rooms are outdated and not the renovated, new rooms pictured. You would have to pay a premium for those rooms. It felt a little dishonest, and that’s why I give it 3/5 stars. We did experience a plumbing issue, and we were able to be accommodated. They were quick to help and very attentive.

Most of the staff was great. The reception desk staff was awesome and accommodating. They have smaller personal refrigerator that can be used for a milk jug if youre traveling with babies. The staff at the bar was really friendly.

It was a last minute decision to stay but the staff at reception (Caitriona) was excellent. So friendly , humorous and very efficient. She's a keeper! As was the host for dinner and the bar staff afterwards, all courteous and efficient.. Great staff I have to stay. Food ( lamb) was top class. Room was lovely and comfortable an d a great rate for a last minute booking.. Excellent all around.

The staff we not helpful or friendly We booked a king double room and were given a double bed, when we went to the staff to say our booking didn’t match our room we were told that’s all that was available and all there beds were the same size, which is fine but don’t advertise kings are available. Drain in our bathroom was blocked, shower made funny noises. Room was quiet though

Very large hotel, easy free parking out front. Rooms need updating but were clean and comfortable and good size. Buffet breakfast has all the options for a full Irish breakfast plus oatmeal and fruit. Location is not good for walking to anything, but this is a good choice if traveling by car.

The hotel is very large and has an excellent bar, lounge area and very nice rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient bus service to get to the city centre and although it is walkable (i went down by the lough) there is a bus stop nearby for service to the city and to the racecourse

The hotel was a little out of town but on the town bus line - 5mins in and very affordable- 2 euros each way. The facilities including restaurants and bar were so welcoming. There was plenty of parking included. Cost was reasonable.

Very nice hotel - very comfortable and has been recently refurbished. Great welcome from the staff. Location is not ideal for the city and it takes about 30 minutes to walk in but is on a decent bus route.

I stayed 5 nights here in an adjoining room with my 3 kids. The beds were very comfortable and I liked how there were various pillow options. The daily room refresh was lovely and my kids LOVED their pool (it was super warm - the only pool my 8 month old has liked so far). It was also so nice they had a laundry room on site (just bring your room key and your own detergent). There were two washers and two dryers. We had already been traveling for two weeks upon our arrival so it was really nice being able to run two loads of laundry! The laundry room is a bit hard to locate but an extremely kind staff member walked us all the way to the “d wing” and showed us how to fine it. The breakfast is okay - not the best food but not bad. The service was prompt though. Our dinner there I had the baked cod and it was phenomenal. My sons ordered the burger and chicken goujons and both kids’ meals were left wanting (just not great quality or great tasting). The hotel is 7-10 mins from downtown and I could always find a parking spot. Very easy spot to get to places around Galway.

Very spacious hotel. About 30 minute walk to the city center. We booked for pool but later realized you had to purchase swim hats so we did not swim. I liked that they had a coffee station in lobby where we could buy pastries and coffee. The lobby was nice and spacious. Quite a large hotel.
