Great value … medieval Galway is walkable, or transit passes right by the hostel if you prefer. Salthill area has good shops and pubs/restaurants. Limited parking on site, but plenty on surrounding roads. Common area and kitchen were quiet and clean - the smell of fresh baking at breakfast time was devine!

Really welcoming, warm and well presented hostel. Clean and spacious bathroom in female dorm and room also had a table/bench for doing hair/makeup which is a nice touch. Bunks have privacy curtain and nice linen. Some parking is available onsite which is awesome.

가성비로보면 아일랜드 최고의 호텔! 주방에 조리를 위한 가재도구(전자렌지 등)가 모두 있고 뜨거운 물과 허브가 들어간 물, 초코렛 분말,커피도 무료로 먹을수 있음. 혹시 약ㅇ간 냄새가 나는 김치나 라면(c햇반)은 데운 후 야외 테라스에서 먹을수가 있어서 너무 좋았음.

Great room and we enjoyed both the cafe and tea/coffee anytime. Convenient location for exploring Galway. Parking is not always available, and street parking may be equivalent of a couple blocks away, so drivers should be prepared not to have the car near. We had a nice time here!

Parking on street was fairly easy if parking spots were taken. All levels need tap in with the key and felt really secure. Great area to walk up to a few pubs and restaurants and if you’re up for a good walk it was easy to get to central Galway.

The place was clean, very well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great deal and food was good. Location was great! Ample street parking. Laundry facilities available for fee with detergent available to use. While still a social place, this hostel seemed to suit the non-traditional hostel goers quite well.

We enjoyed our small room with two twin beds. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and simple. There are nice amenities in the lobby cafe as well.

Camera praticamente sulla strada e sulla porta di accesso con gente che entrava e usciva già la mattina presto. Parcheggio non c’è n!è se non lontano e a pagamento. Finestrini su una zona di passaggio che praticamente ti obbligano a tenere i tendoni chiusi e vivere con le lampade accese. Bagno.non pulitissimo con scarico del lavandino che non andava. Vicino al mare ma lontano dal centro città. Presente in camera solo un frigo dove ci stanno giusto 2 bottigliette di acqua. Unica cosa positiva il servizio bar con brioches e dolci cotte in casa nella zona comune anche se con prezzi un po’ alti.

Was a decent hostel, was on the ground level by the door so we heard a lot of in and out noise throughout the night, not ac and was really hot in the room for sleeping with the window open it didn’t help. Room was clean and big, pillows were very thin

Stayed one night, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Small but very nice room, beds were comfortable and there was a mini fridge! I felt like I was sharing a college dorm room with my mom. lol She likes to watch tv at night, when booking I did not realize the room did not have a TV. Next time l'd probably stay at a hotel considering the similar price range. The parking lot has very limited parking. Overall a good stay.

The Nest Boutique Hostel is clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and it was great to have a laundry as we'd been travelling for a while. The room and bathroom are huge. The parking in the area is very limited. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes as well as the beach.

Short walk to Galway’s famous restaurant strip. For a hostel, this was well done. We had a clean, tidy room with own bathroom. Had a window we could open which is important because there is no AC. Couldn’t fault it. Recommend.

In many ways, this is a great property in the wonderful Salthill neighborhood of Galway. Cool design, convenient to shops, dining, the Latin Quarter, and the seaside promenade. However, the 000-series rooms on the ground level of the adjacent building are very small and not worth what you pay. I was put in Room 001, which was 2.5 x smaller than family members in 201, even though we booked our rooms at the same time and paid the same rate. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told by the management that it's just how "the system" is, and nothing can be done about it. Very frustrating.

Hola, el sitio es muy original. La bienvenida fue muy poco entusiasta y aséptica impropio de un servicio de calidad. Good value, very helpful staff and convenient location with adequate parking for a motorcycle. Breakfast was very good value with ample choice of breads cheese and pastries and fresh coffee. Although we vacated the room by the required time of 10am, we were able to sit comfortably in the lounge/dining area while we planned our journey and charged our phones, with no pressure to leave.

I needed a place for overnight in Galway City. The Nest was clean, convenient, staff was friendly and efficient, the common areas were comfortable and the were spaces to work. The wifi was excellent. The breakfast was a good value and delicious.Theyx also had lockers available to store luggage after checkout. I was meeting a friend who was coming by bus from Dublin. I was able to store my luggage and take a nice long walk on the beach before meeting my friend. It was perfect for what vI needed.

This place is in Salthill, which is a lovely little area nearby the water and promenade with cafes, restaurants, a fabulous pub for live music nearby, but a bit of a ways out of the center of Galway. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot not in the middle of the madness but easily accessible to it

The Nest was adorable. The location was close to restaurants and O’Connors Famous Pub. We also walked portions of the Salthill Promenade. We had to park on the street, which wasn’t the most convenient, due to the rain.

Great boutique hostel. People of all ages were stating here, not just for a young crowd. It’s been quiet and comfortable. The room was clean. I’d recommend staying here even if it’s your first time at a hostel.

Heel gezellig guesthouse met goede kamers. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Guesthouse ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen van het centrum van Gallway. Er is een bushalte voor het hotel. Taxi, gratis te boeken vanuit het hostel, kost ongeveer 13 euro. Zee, met boulevard is, om de hoek. Leuke gemeenschappelijke ruimte en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Goede bedden. Aanrader!

The breakfast is not to be missed! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff and other guests were very welcoming and friendly - all very down to earth. If you’re a pretentious pain in the behind, don’t corrupt this wonderfully place!

The staff were great! The building itself was super cool & felt secure! Although not in galway city proper, the area was fantastic & would highly recommend exploring & not too far of a walk! The only thing I would say is that the breakfast was a little pricey for what was included.
