Great hotel in a good location with outside terrace on the street as well as a great rooftop bar. Nice breakfast and happy hours at 5 o’clock and 10 o’clock which was a great bonus. The only issue on cleanliness was the internal courtyard which was used at breakfast. It needed a good sweep and spruce up. There’s no air conditioning so the room was very warm when we visited in early September

Litet hotel med bästa läget. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fanns endast 3 parkeringsplatser och de var ganska dyra . 400dkr för en natt. Frukostbuffen var sparsam men det som fanns var väldigt gott.

Was a dirty stain in the room floor that was grows. Also the remote control of the TV was really dirty. Allot of dust and even the wall behind the bed was dirty. Somebody spilled something once. It's a shame as all the rest of the Hotel is so great. I would really do a test on household

All the Breakfast staff were really pleasant. Nice selection of foods. Room was good, comfortable bed, strong decent shower, small cupboard (but I was in the cheese-slice room). No air-con but electric fan was useful. Windows couldn’t be left open at night due to traffic or pedestrian noises. A clean, well positioned hotel in the old town and a decent price too.

This was a great stay location, room & facility wise, houskeeping kept us topped up with towels etc. very welcoming hosts. only reason for a 4 star in cleanliness was a couple faults when we got into the room some hairs on the bed sheets & shower floor and some water stains on the toilet seat

Clean room and had all you needed but was on the small side. No temperature control. Staff helpful. Great location to metro and main sights but club near by that you could hear at night. Also walls thin so could hear other guests. Nice touches like free night cap and wine hour and other extras. Hotel very tired looking though and at times not very warm. Good breakfast.

Hotel is very convenient for the Tivoli Gardens and the station. The staff are welcoming and there's a happy hour and a nightcap hour! Breakfast is excellent. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small. While you can open the window, there is no way of securing it in the open position, so the wind either shuts it or blows it all the way open.

The room was too small to function properly as a hotel room. There were no spaces to put luggage, toiletries personal belongings etc. the bathroom , the shower in particular, was very cramped and hard to use. The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is nice and the wine and night cap is a nice touch. Loved the roof top terrace and breakfast was random but nice. The downside was the rooms, paper thin walls so you could hear people outside in the corridor like they were in the room with you. It was a very random metal frame around that I almost walked in to each day. The sink was in the room rather than the bathroom and the window wasn’t safe, no catch so could have easily have fallen out. Location good to the train station.

Unfortunately this is also one of these overrated hotels where they promise heaven but does not deliver. Quite uninterested staff, super tiny bathroom with the sink next to the bed (!), super bad connection to Wi-Fi, chrome cast not working, windows could be open but had to wire it to the next window because it could not be looked in position (it was very warm). No air conditioner installed except a very loud floor van. Very hard beds and awful pillows. Super nice breakfast though, but expensive. Great with a roof top bar.

Very disappointed with my stay. Arrived after 2pm, room not ready. No smile, no offer of coffee or drink despite booking suite which ALLEGEDLY had free drinks during stay ( of which i will discuss later.) When we returned later to access our room we were handed key card , went to the room and accessed an occupied room ! With a very shocked man on his bed! We were shocked and appalled. If you value your security and privacy dont book this hotel! We has to go back to reception and were given new cards to a different room. .... The "all inclusive suite" is not at all what they advertise. Whenver i requested drinks to my room they were too busy to answer so we ended up with nothing extra. Absolutely awful experience.....

We liked the location of the property and its proximity to Tivoli gardens and the train station. Although we were right by Tivoli gardens, the windows were excellent in keeping out any noise. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options and the free happy hour and evening drinks were a nice added feature. Although the room was rather small, it was clean and provided us with everything we needed.

Hotel Danmark is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is in a great location- less than 10 minutes walk from Copenhagen central train station and a few minutes walk from the Metro. There are so many attractions on the doorstep- Christiansborg palace, National Museum of Denmark, Museum of Copenhagen to name just a few. The main shopping street is also close by. I could see Tivoli gardens from my hotel room. There was a Netto supermarket nearby for any basics you may need. The room was warm (I went in December) and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room had most things that you would need for a few nights. A small bathroom but that was fine for me. It was clean and what you would hope for. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and I ate at Tivoli food hall (right next to Tivoli gardens and opposite the train station) most nights- a great selection of food. I would definitely stay there again when I'm next in Copenhagen and I have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

The breakfastroom should be greater! Why? We assume that it will be difficult for the hotel in wintertimes to get sufficient desks for the guests inside; because it is too cold to place them under open sky. The breakfast was really well done. They had a variety of pastries and breads as well as healthy options. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable, and the staff was really accommodating. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I knew where to go and how to get there. The room itself was small. The only issue I had was that often things like the glasses in the room did not appear to be changed out. But overall, I’d highly recommend this place. It’s in a great location. A quick walk to the train station and to Tripoli along with the national Museum of Denmark, which is incredible
