This is a lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a newly renovated suite on the lower floor which was spacious, beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Unfortunately we shared a wall with the gym and were awakened very early on our first morning by someone working out with weights. As soon as we opened the door and let him know about the noise he kindly stopped & it was not a problem during the rest of our stay. The location is excellent — convenient to transportation and great shopping & dining. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful & the vibe was great.

An excellent Hotel, highly recommended, I would also suggest getting the spa access package, although not necessary as can be booked on specific days with little or no notice. Spa facilities are exceptional. Definitely attend cozy hour each day and get chatting to the other guests to find out any hidden gems. Not detract from the various other establishments where you can get decent breakfasts, but the hotel one is top quality.

An excellent hotel well situated a short walk from Norreport Metro (served by direct trains from the airport). Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Luggage room available if you arrive before 3pm check-in. Free drink each day in the bar between 5pm and 6pm Most main tourist attractions within a 20 to 25 minute walk e.g. Rosenbog Castle Tivoli gardens, Christianborg Palace etc. Very safe and civilised City to visit. Great restaurants in walking distance. Hotel breakfast excellent. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! The property has a very boutique feel with beautiful communal areas including multiple courtyards/gardens to sit in. A free happy hour was also included, and it was the perfect way to relax and refresh after a long day of taking in the city. Our room was very spacious & clean if slightly outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. We happened to come during a heatwave, and the building doesn't have air conditioning, but each room had a nice, powerful fan that kept the room very comfortable overnight. The restaurant "Sticks n Sushi," that's accessible through one of the courtyards, was shockingly good and so cozy with covered outdoor seating on a rainy evening. Additionally, we loved that you could cross the main road to a large pond that had benches and lovely views or head the opposite direction to the outdoor food hall to grab drinks and convenient, delicious meals. The location of the hotel was quiet, but still had nearby access to public transportation. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great hotel with one of the best lobby I’ve ever been to. So well-designed. The rooms are spacious, the staff is amazing and really friendly. The location is ideal. I thought breakfast was very good and the gym decent. Two things that I would give feedback on: I wish they had better bikes, and that there would be A/C in the room. With global warming, it’s not always cold in Copenhagen. Otherwise, I highly recommend Hotel King Arthur.

Limpeza péssima, da roupa de cama, utensilios (copos, canecas). Banheiro que alaga e molha inteiro (eles deixam um rodo para o hospede limpar...) Servico de quarto pessimo, as vezes nem atendendo ao pedido. Serviço em geral (do it yourself) não ajudam com carregar as malas, nada. Checkin foi horrivel, não sabiam chegar no quarto devido as obras e tivemos que. retornar a recepcao e refazer o checkin isso tudo as 2am... não teve nenhum carinho devido aos problemas causados. Não recomendo.

Clean room , comfy beds . Powerful shower with nice toiletries and soft towels. Perfect for 3 adult friends . Beautiful and warm, well decorated hotel with such nice touches . Cosy hour was a real treat . Everyone was so nice . Lovely couches in the bar to relax in after all the walking . Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

The location is perfect. Every local attraction we wanted to visit was easily walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cozy hour is a great perk. Minor cons: the bathroom ventilation system was weak and there was no air cooling/conditioning in the room. The shower door didn't seal, so a lot of water escaped onto the floor.

The breakfast was excellent (it should be as the price was high). Getting into the hotel is a challenge as there are stairs to navigate with your luggage. The room had no closet or wardrobe to hang clothes in. There is no dining service after breakfast. Room was clean and nice size.

A reasonable hotel, but it was hot and we had no air conditioning. Windows were high so we had to climb on the bed to reach them. The fan supplied was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. Our room needed some decoration as the walls were scuffed. We had a light over the bed that didn’t work so this needs to be checked before each guest stays. The coffee was the cheap, sacheted variety - we would expect a machine in this type of property. It was also not topped up by the cleaning staff. Considering we booked the hotel months ago, we would have expected a better room. Overall, the room was a good size and the reception staff were very professional. It’s also a fantastic location for the market and Norreport metro (direct to the airport).

We have stayed at the Hotel Kong Arthur several times over the last few years. It's in a convenient location, the rooms are usually quite good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this last stay was in a room (503) on the top level and three of the walls followed the roofline and the ceiling was very low in many places. I had to duck my head coming in the door and the ceiling was so low at the head of the bed it wasn't possible to sit there and watch TV. My wife and I both bumped our heads a few times but fortunately no real damage was done to heads or the ceiling. The room did have a small outside area and a bit of a view (mostly other rooftops) so perhaps some people would consider that a fair tradeoff but for us it wasn't. I didn't ask to be moved to another room as we were only staying a couple of nights, but I won't stay in a room like that again...

This hotel definitely does not qualify as 4 star hotel. It's run down. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake and charged me for 2 days parking instead of 1, then when I asked them about it, they were grilling me about why I only parked on their property for one night. Their delay at checkout cost me 30 dollars more in cab fare. When I called to complain, the desk clerk told me not to start with her and after yelling and screaming hung up. Very rude. Do not recommend at all.

Lovely rooms and decor. Clean, Scandinavian vibe. Cosy hour was great with a free drink in the evening to relax at the hotel bar. Our only issue was when the fire alarm went off in the morning one day there was no communication about the situation from the staff, they were all standing around chatting rather than speaking to guests about the situation.

My partner and I recently stayed at Kong Arthur to celebrate his 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay.The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between homey comfort and elegant sophistication. The decor is tasteful and refined, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the adjoining spa. The spa's interior design was stunning, with calming lighting and beautifully arranged spaces. They offered a wide range of treatments; whether you're looking for a massage, facial, or something more indulgent, the spa is a must-visit. To make the occasion special, the hotel provided an array of options to personalize our stay, including romantic decorations in the room. The staff were another standout feature of our visit (thank you Hannah, Anna, Kamilla...to name only a few!) They were always on hand to help, incredibly friendly, and provided great recommendations. The location itself was fantastic, located in the city centre and everything within walking or cycling distance, making it easy to navigate, and return after a long day out! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

I wish all staff at a hotel were as good as this place. BIG shoutout to Cecelia who not only was always cheerful and helpful but she brings our emergency delivery right to our hotel door. Definitely recommend !

Perfect location. A few walkable blocks from Norreport Station and Metro. We arrived early from USA, so took advantage of early check in option which was available by 11 AM. Staff comped us two coffees while we waited. All in-town Copenhagen sites within easy reach. Hotel has free drinks at cozy hour 5-6 which is a great way to mingle with other travelers. Met folks from Germany, Australia and Arizona(USA). Staff everywhere to assist and all were very helpful. Bathroom floor was heated! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel , food and staff were lovely, it was clean , warm and well maintained . The hotel is really on the outskirts of the main city sights so you need to be able and willing to walk . There were fairly limited options to eat in the near vicinity Check how far places are that you want to visit as this will help making the decision as to whether it’s the the right place for you.

Excellent hotel in a central location but away from the crowds. Amazing restaurants with walking distance. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The superior king room we booked was plenty big enough, clean and comfy. Being able to rent bikes direct from the hotel was a nice touch and allowed exploring further afield possible. There was some noise from the street at night but we were sleeping with the windows open. Would definitely visit again.

This is a great hotel for all travellers. The staff were attentive and helpful! Breakfast was amazing, so much local choice. It is a sustainable hotel so be aware there is no air con. The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are small, however you don’t need to be in it that long!

The hotel the spotlessly clean, the staff incredibly helpful and our room in bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, if not a little pricey, but a brilliant variety of food and caters to all needs. My friend is coeliac and she had a very wide choice of food.

Amazing hotel in central Copenhagen. Comfortable room and really cool design features around the hotel. They have a really nice ides with the cozy hour from 5-6pm where you can get a free drink at the bar and mingle with other guests. The highlight thiugh isbthe amazing Nordic breakfast which is not to be missed. All local produce freshly made each day. And the staff were so helpful and friendly, they even brought out toys for our baby during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very expensive=nsove for the food served. It was chaos in the lines - there were none! We did breakfast one morning Ang i ate about 2 dollars worth of food because i was not going to go back to the unruly chaotic agressive rude line of expletives. Very disappointing and a waste of 117 US dollars. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. I was unaware that thr wA NO AC but - it all worked out. My biggest iissue was the expensive issue with limited protein choices and limited access because of the rude stampede.
