My travels were cancelled due to geopolitical reasons. Flights cancelled so we cancelled all hotels tours etc and all refunded due to circumstances except for this hotel. They kept diverting us to Hotels and giving no direct communication at all. And then when Hotels reached out to them they denied the refund.

We didn’t like the 6th floor with the stairs, very difficult to move luggage, we had to book for the housekeeping and ask for fresh towels daily, a hotel with such price, shouldn’t be like that!

Great location near train station and Tivoli. Staff is wonderful. I had sore feet from heavy tourist activity after my first couple of days and the staff was kind enough to give me ice a couple nights which saved me and probably made the difference in me acclimating v. getting a bruise that could have been a stress injury. Great room.

I've stayed here before and liked it enough to pay the premium to stay again. But that will be my last time. The staff was dismissive and in a bad mood. I was not offered the discounts or upgrades that I should have received. The room had some trash on the floor and the lotion container was empty. The breakfast is good, but it's not enough for me to stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights

It was quite odd to request for room service via QR code in the first place. Had expected a daily service from a hotel service point of view. Dates requested for clean up was not fulfilled. We requested for 2 days and only 1 day was fulfilled. We stayed in a junior suite and the light at the wardrobe area was not working. One of the toilet door could not be locked and had to wait for technician to repair it on Monday. We checked in on Sat. The cleaning service could have refilled the tea bags too which they did not when they clean up the room. So it’s only 2 teabags for the 4 nights we stayed in. Security could be tightened a bit more. Saw a lady who requested for her room number and claimed to have the card key and that she forgot the room number. Though they did not provide the room number they just allowed the lady to walk and loiter at the lift lobby. Could have asked for an identity or else escort her out of the hotel as the card key could be stolen. Overall, location was great and convenient to bus stops and train stations. Staff were friendly and helpful.
