Clean room good breakfast

Front desk staff great, assisted in railroad reservations. Housekeeping did not show up at all for the three nights we were there. We had to go to front desk for items.

The hotel is located just across the road from Vesterport station making it very convenient to travel by metro and subway to all parts of the city. We arrived very early and were granted an early check in due to VIP access on Hotels.com benefits. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was good. It was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

Check in was quick and easy and the person who checked us in was great and offered to help us find things to do. Room was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well each night. Upon check out it transpired we had been allocated a different room in their system and charged for a breakfast package we didn’t have, but the person who checked us out was able to resolve it easily and without issue.

Bed was comfortable, location was very good and close to central station. Convenient for walking to the rest of the city. Price was a little on the expensive side. Restaurant downstairs was handy and convenient for drinks in the evening
