Sentralt hotel med gangavstand til feks Strøget, Tivoli og jernbanestasjon. Enkle, men pene rom. Bra renhold. Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. Heisene var treige. Kun to av tre fungerte. Plass til kun 3 pers om gangen. Måtte gå trapp til/fra 5 etg flere ganger pga vi gav opp å vente på heis.

Indtjekning var lidt problematisk. Der er ikke mange parkerings pladser. Man skal ind på hotellet inden man kan komme i parkerings huset. I receptionen får man sine værelses kort og lidt info. En seddel hvor der står hvor du skal parkere, men ikke hvordan du komme ud derfra. Med det resultat at man ender på forkert hotel, med kort der ikke virker. Lidt dårligt de ikke lige forklarer og informere bedre. Værelset var fint og meget rent. Madressen var ikke så god, men det gik. Morgen mad var virkelig god, meget at vælge imellem. Lækker brød og pålæg og oste. Super godt.

Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt i forhold til et ophold i centrum af København. OK parkeringskælder tæt på. Fin størrelse værelse og fint rent. Vores minus ved vores ophold, var bl.a. at morgenmadsbuffeten og betjening ikke kunne følge med. Der manglede både bestik, tallerkner og kaffekopper ved morgenmaden. Personalet gik med rullevogne i buffeten, som ellers er lidt smal, hvorfor de fyldte meget. 2. Morgen kom vi tidligt (kl.8), for at være sikker på at få service. Her var der så ikke fyldt op med mælk til cornflakes, bønner på kaffemaskiner o.lign. Endnu. Virkelig ærgerligt! Personalet gik også flere gange selv og hentede mad og kaffe i stedet for at fylde op. Elevatorerne var enten langsomme eller i stykker? Vi måtte tage trapperne flere gange, fordi de ikke kom. Desuden kunne man ikke se etage nummer på knapperne i elevatoren, da de var slidt væk.

The hotel is clean and room is in decent size. Breakfast is excellent. The only concern is the elevator. It is really small and may be able to fit two people with luggage each. Also, they only have 3 of them serving all hotel rooms. It is definitely not enough and you may have to wait for long time especially during check out time.

Ligger perfekt. De har billigt parkering, dog ikke i deres egen p-kælder men en 100m væk så det var fint. Morgenmaden var kaos, ren gedemarked pga alt alt alt for lidt plads til alle de mennesker der skulle spise. Man skulle bestille plads, dette blev ikke tjekket om man havde. Elevator var en katastrofe, De kørte meget langsomt og kun af gangen. Det tog en evighed at komme op eller ned. Nemt at komme rundt, M lige udenfor.

Renlighed i top. Senge og badeforhold i perfekt stand og personalet var yderst hjælpsomme med vejledning om hotel og omgivelser. Morgenmad super. Der kom konstant friske forsyninger så man skulle ikke vente på nogen ting. Og sådan kan jeg blive ved Vi (min kone og jeg) vil glæde os til at besøge Imperial Hotel igen.

Pros, very good location, quiet and was granted late check out due to gold member. Cons, mirrors in living room dirty looked like some sneezed on them. Cleaning is now up to you to book (claims it is good for environment ) Btw I did ask for cleaning and when came back late evening not done. Room clean just a lot of dust but halls and elevator dirty.

Hôtel plus que décevant. Accueil à peine aimable, sans aucun effort pour se faire comprendre. Personnel pour le petit déjeuner : pas de bonjour ni de sourires ,de même pour le personnel d'étage. La chambre sombre, manque de lampes éclairant réellement, installation électrique vétuste . la literie donnant l'impression d'être dans un trampoline car rebondissant à chaque mouvement. La salle de bains mal entretenue : moisissures sur les bords de la baignoire, calcaire aussi bien sur la paroi de douche que sur ses fixations et sur la robinetterie. Un des spots ne fonctionnant pas. Il faut demander le ménage qui est fait très superficiellement et les distributeurs non rechargés, sinon aucun ménage pendant votre séjour.. aspirateur, S de B ,lit, verres et tasses du plateau de courtoisie ( par ailleurs très succinct). Pas de minibar .Très décevant pour un soit disant hôtel 4 étoiles. Et la déco très quelconque dans les chambres et inexistante dans les parties communes( couloirs, réception, salons )

The room is full of dust everywhere, especially at the bathroom. You can find it easily on the towel racks and containers for hand wash and shampoo. The bin was broken, asked for a replacement but they did nothing during our 4 days stays. The staff is not friendly and not helpful at all. We had one staff unlocking our room without any notice one day and we therefore, reported this incident to the receptionist but he was laughing at us and said " sorry this shouldnt be happening", which I truly dont feel he is sorry about this and i think breaking into a guest room without notice is truly accpetable.

Ok hotel. Fed placering Ultra bløde senge Nogle persienner virker ikke, så kun mørklægningsgardiner hele døgnet. Enten varmt værelse eller meget højlydt AC anlæg. Mug på alle badekar kanter. Morgenmaden kompenserer for meget…

We only had one night stay here & were flying back to the US the following morning. The property was very nice, close to Tivoli Gardens. The staff was friendly, however did not acknowledge or give any VIP benefits from Expedia despite my emails & messages. Our room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioner was broken and blowing hot air. The windows only opened a crack so it got very hot and it was difficult to sleep. There was also construction and noise going on right below our room through the night. The staff sent someone to check, who agreed the air conditioning was not working. They said there was no other room that could accommodate us unfortunately. In the morning I asked for compensation in the way of free breakfast -which they agreed to.

Room small but bed comfortable and clean with soft pillows that were comfortable. Bathroom ok - shower gel empty (no canister in it) which was irritation at 0530 for an early flight. Bath narrow so showering difficult to keep balanced.

On the surface, it seems like a nice hotel - however, we sadly had quite some smaller things - and then it adds up. First of all, at check in, the staffmember had quite a snobbish attitude. Basically we felt like we where a burden, instead of a welcome guest. This felt quite bad. At the room, the cleaning was just under what we expect. also, there is no papers under the glass and cups, so they where just turned upside down on a very dusty tray - so one does not feel like drinking from them and wounder when they where changed last. The shaving kit what was offered at the room, had been opened. We did not need it - but if we had needed it, we would definitely not have felt safe using it, since it was a open package. Those should be disposed from former guests. The toilet, could basically not flush out properly. After a pee-pee it had to be flushed 2 times - after a bigger deal, it had to be min. 3 times - where you need to wait every time ofc. for it to fill totally with water, to then flush again. 3 times... Thats both gross and annoying. The hairdryer was from 1935 i think and it was not only very ineffective, but the plastic was also all melted and brown all around the edge. Very gross as well. And lastly, at check out, again the staff. No "how was your stay? Was everything in order?" or "We hope to see you back again".. no. When saying we wanna check out, the staffmember just took the key and said "thank you" and then look away! Disappointing for this hotel priceclass.

They did not have a room made up with no feather bedding. We requested twin beds but got one large bed. When we asked for twin beds they told us to just pull the beds apart ourselves. Not great service for the price.

Service: jeg fik lov til at tjekke ind før tid. Mine ønsker blev lyttet. Meget informerende medarbejder. Værelser: flot indretning, fint størrelse og varmt værelse( januar måned) Der var intet ekstra på badeværelset, udover shampoo, hårtørrer, bodylotion. Restaurant: ikke lige det store udvalgt, men fint udvalgt. Beliggenhed: meget tæt på centrum, Tivoli og Hovedbanegården.

We had some cash stolen from our room during the night while we slept, an intruder came in through the open balcony door. A manager called B. Assam listened to our tale, said he'd worked at the hotel for 20 years and nothing of the sort had ever happened before. He then insulted us by offering 2 soft drinks as compensation! We'd already said we didn't want compensation, just a different room. His attitude was in contrast to the rest of the staff, especially a man called Oliver who was very helpful. He'd checked up and found that a football supporter who had been in the room next to us had checked out early that morning.

Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay.

Fint hotel, men desværre var der mega støj fra håndværkere på side-vejen. SÅ ærgerligt , når man tar afsted for at slappe af/sove og have energi til oplevelser. De startede allerede med larm kl 4 om morgenen, begge dage. Receptionen sagde at de først måtte kl 9, men kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Øv øv

Location is superb and walkable distance to many attractions and stations. Room is clean and good and comfortable bed mattresses, the only little complaint is the pillows are too small and flat. We didn’t dine in the hotel as there are many varieties around.

Lovely hotel. Great location. We hired a car and very convenient car park for it. Great restaurant attached. Had an issue with service being slow. Meal booked for 8.30pm no starters and mains not received till after 2115 plates not cleared and we were asked if we wanted bill before being asked if we wanted desert to then be told kitchen shut at 2200. The staff should have been quicker and it’s up to them to get the menus to us in time. Waiter a bit off telling us what we could have ( ice cream etc) and when we didn’t want those he said he get us the others if we wanted them. He should have said that first. So we decided not to spend more on them. Unfortunate end to evening as we’d eaten there twice and the food was great. Like everything in Copenhagen fairly expensive
