The staff was great, amenities were great, and you can not beat the location with an 8 min walk to central station. The breakfast is of great quality with many items. Also, having laundry onsite (for a fee) was very convenient. All around great experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Centralt och prisvärt hotell med bra standard. Nära till restauranger, nöjen och sevärdheter. Lugnt område trots att det ligger mitt i Köpenhamn. Extra plus med garage i huset och hotellhissen går hela vägen.

We really enjoyed the "barception" in the lobby. Nice cold beer and snacks, if not the typical Danish tourist pricey. Gym was great, staff were nice and friendly. Only complaint was the lack of AC in the room. We had the temperature down and the fan speed cranked but we just couldn\'t cool it down sufficiently. Not a first in Scandinavia so perhaps we\'re just used to colder hotel rooms.

Very close to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli! The hotel itself is nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Also the roof lounge area was very nice.

Everything was super clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of hot and cold foods (though the coffee and tea situation could be better). The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. It's extremely close to the main station and walkable to lots of places. The only thing I was disappointed with, and it's not anyone's fault really, was that the gym and laundry areas with the iron were closed for renovations for the exact period I was there. I had intentionally brought workout stuff and I could have used the laundry area for ironing as I had a formal event to attend. It ended up being ok, but I may have prepared slightly differently had I known those areas would be closed (it wasn't communicated beforehand). Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in CPH. Close to the train station, easy bike rentals, convenient luggage storage, excellent gym, and amazing breakfast. Definitely will return and highly recommend

Ikke varmekabler på bad og generellt veldig kaldt på badet, dårlig merking av allergener på frokost. Mye tomme beholdere og tomt for brød en dag på frokosten. Kunne vert renere på rommet i hjørner og vegger på bad.

Jättetrevlig personal samt mycket trevlig gemensamma utrymmen. Frukosten var också väldigt bra. Rummet var däremot rätt eftersatt. Andra personers hår på duschväggarna samt mycket mögel i fogarna som lätt kan skrubbas bort för en mycket trevligare upplevelse. Dessutom fanns många märkliga fläckar på både dörrar och kakel på flera ställen som också lätt hade kunnat städats bort. Satte en mindre väska högst upp på en hylla och när jag skulle ta ner den var hela underdelen täckt i damm. Jag är inte jättekräsen men tycker ändå att det var tråkigt med så dålig städning.

Great location and clean hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast, just got pastries from shop next door as prefer the have a large lunch. Rooms cleaned every 4 days which wasn’t an issue. Plenty of seating and decent selection of beers. A few decent bars locally and food court next to train station so plenty of options nearby.

Unterkunft i. O. und zentral gelegen. Personal nett und höflich. Frühstücksauswahl gut. Dadurch, dass die Zimmer nur alle 4 (!) Tage gereinigt werden, sammelt sich Staub und die Mülleimer sind voll. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich ok für einen City-Trip, aber vom Preis her absolut nicht gerechtfertigt!!! Viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt!!!!

Dört gün konakladığımız otelde hiç oda temizliği yapılmadı, havlular ve nevresimler değiştirilmedi, çöpler bile alınmadı. “Oda temizliği ne zaman olacak?” diye sorduğumuzda “Dört günde bir” cevabını aldık. (Bu durumda son gün odayı temizlemeleri gerekiyordu, yine temizlemediler.) Çay ve kahve sınırsız ikram dedikleri halde her seferinde çalışmayan uygulamayı göstermemizi istediler. Asansör odamıza inanılmaz uzaktı. Bir buçuk dakika yürüdükten sonra odamıza ulaşabiliyorduk. Hiç memnun kalmadığımız bir otel oldu.

Relatively small rooms. No closet. Only 5 coat hangers. No cleaning, exchanging of towels or adding toilet paper on our stay. We had to get that all from the lobby. Breakfast was ok, coffee not good. Bar area ok, but the selection left something to be desired. I dont think I will be staying here again. To expensive for what you are getting.

Good and well situated hotel. Walking distance to all places. On business trip I dont spend much time in the room so what is there is not the key, but it was a bit small and no chair or desk to put down the computer (only downside). But instead well priced compared to downtown CPH

Det gick inte att sänka temperaturen i rummet mer än marginellt. Satte på Ac på max, temp på min, stängde av handdukstork, ändå gick det inte att få svalt rummet. Hade fönster som vette åt frukostrummet så jag kunde inte öppna fönster. Ev lite för hård säng. Annars var allt annat toppen: service, frukost hämta kaffe/te som Strawbwrrymedlem, trevlig atmosfär.

This hotel is very well located with spotless rooms and excellent breakfast. Personally to make it better I would’ve liked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms or at least on each floor, a couple more English tv channels and I am not sure about how the rooms are located above the lounge/breakfast areas, as if you want to open the windows for some air you can get noise from downstairs. The hotel does have a lot of plus points though.

Jättebra hotell med bra läge, trevlig liten bar och mysig innergård med glastak. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rymligt rum (dubbelrum standard), eftersom det inte finns garderob eller annan förvaring för kläder skulle det vara bra med fler galgar än 5 - två personer som stannar över en helg vill kunna hänga upp och inte förvara i resväska.

O hotel é realmente bem localizado, tem um tamanho ok para a escandinávia, os funcionários foram super queridos, mas é muito disfuncional, não tinha suporte para nada, um armário sequer, não tinha uma mesinha pra apoiar as bolsas, nada. Tinha uma mini prateleira e uns ganchos colado na cama, se vc quiser colocar o casaco, vai ter que atravessar o quarto pra poder deitar. Não ficaria novamente.

Aircondition didn’t work and the room had no windows. Asked to get a fan in the middle of the night because the room was so extremely hot, even though it was supposed to be on the coolest setting. Had to change room to one with a window. Breakfast was ok, but not something I would bother to pay extra for again.

Location, staff, vibes were so great. The room didn't have any furniture other than the bed so it was a bit of a challenge to keep my belongings organized. But it was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Having access to a laundry room was a huge plus and made things much easier for us during our trip. The hotel offers excellent value for the price, considering Copenhagen’s expensive prices. The location is also very convenient just a short walk from the central train station and easy to reach from the airport.

Enkelt, men flott hotell, nær tivoli og Mathallen. Litt mye folk til frokost, kunne være vanskelig å finne sitteplass, og enkelte ting ble ikke fylt opp. Men alt i alt noen flotte dager på en fint hotell med hyggelige personale.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon check-in, I was met with a lack of warmth from the reception staff, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. I requested a room with a street view, as well as one close to the elevator due to my extra luggage. However, the receptionist informed me that there was only one room available in my booked category for the entire hotel, with no other options unless I agreed to pay an additional fee. Having stayed at two different hotels in Copenhagen during this trip, it was clear to me that the previous hotel I stayed at made a much greater effort to ensure their guests felt welcome and valued. Sadly, my experience at this hotel was far from that. As this was my first time staying here, I had hoped for a more hospitable atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to this unwelcoming treatment, I do not see myself returning in the future.

Fik et værelse, der lå sådan, at man kl. 6 om morgenen kunne høre pallevogne, der blev brugt til vareindlevering og kl. 6.30 begyndte håndværkere at arbejde lige uden for vinduet. We stayed at this property in June for 6 nights. It is very close to the train station which is very convenient. They have an outstanding breakfast Buffet with a wide selection of choices. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. There is a laundry which you can use for a fee. It is a bit expensive but at least it is convenient. There were no laundromats nearby. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We had a fabulous time. Copenhagen is amazing.

Very convenient and accessible in self-checking in and staff very accommodating with queries and friendly. Rooms where nicely presented and clean. If including breakfast - they have decent selection. Key points of interest there is plenty to visit on foot, otherwise metro is nearby. Plenty options of food shops/eatery in this area also. I had a convenient & comfortable stay with this team - thank you.

Men det som gör att hotellet inte får en femma i betyg är att det är så stökigt vid frukosten. Utbudet är toppen (t.ex. brödet består bland andra av supergoda surdegsfrallor och väldigt god overnights oat) men det är för hög ljudvolym och svårt att hitta en sittplats. Det är tyvärr ingen plats dit man går för att få en bra start på dagen. Jag har bott på hotellet tidigare och det var samma sak då men det andra gör att jag återvänder. Men om ni hade kunnat inreda på annat sätt i frukostmatsalen tror jag att det hade gått att få rummet lugnare och tystare.

Personalen i receptionen var jättetrevliga! Handduk till golvet i badrummet hade behövts och även byte av handdukar vore bra. Stopp i avloppet i badrummet i rum 209 så vatten överallt. Glömde dock att meddela detta. Extremt mkt folk vid frukosten så det fanns inte platser till alla.

The property was subpar for the price. It fronts on a busy street full of vehicular traffic and passing pedestrians loudly talking, laughing, even shouting past midnight. One could use it and sweat, or do without any cover (probably the better choice). "Comfort" is not a word I would apply to the accommodations. Fortunately, my stay was for just one night.

Great location with convenient walking distance from Central Station and Tivoli, as well as other downtown attractions. Amenities are limited, but otherwise it is a nice hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is amazing - make sure to include with your booking.
