They don't actually have AC. It’s more like a fan, you have to open the windows and hope it’s cold outside if not the room will stay super hot. Also because we had to open the windows, it was difficult to sleep because of the noise and brightness.

I love this hotel! The staff was so nice and always remembered who we were when coming/going. There is a lovely sitting area downstairs where they have happy hour and guests can chat, play cards/games, etc. with nice music playing. The attached restaurant was very good and had a closed off outdoor patio eating area that we really enjoyed. Room was so nice. I can't wait to go back!

Sentralt, godt utgangspunkt for en helg i København. Deilig frokost på kafeen vegg i vegg. Kult med ekte anske designklassikere som innredning. Gratis glass vin i resepsjonen ml kl 17-19. Kommer tilbake!

We loved our Wegner room with his furniture. The reception desk with Aisha and then Lou were friendly, helpful and efficient in meeting our requests. We liked the 5 PM Happy Hour wine and the use of the lobby to wait. We used their bikes for a ride around beautiful Kopenhagen. We will be back.

Our stay was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful on many levels! Good directions for whatever we needed made out excursions easy! There were no language barriers!! A bonus was being able to store some luggage at the hotel safely while we traveled and could return to pick it up! Overall a great place to stay was Hotel Alexandria!!

Room was clean but rather dated and on the small side. Nowhere to store clothes other than a hanging rail, and nowhere for two suitcases, The bathroom was also dated and cramped, towels were clean but elderly and neither soft nor absorbent. Cleaning service was hit and miss. Location good but noise (sirens) from the road; staff friendly.

Location is good,staff at the reception is good. You can hear noise next door or upstairs . There's luggage room to leave your things if you are early to check in. You should put the noticed outside your room before 9am if you want your room clean,I put the noticed the night before,so the room should be clean the next day,but unfortunately cleaning wasn't done.

Equipe da recepção atenciosa e ótima localização. Mas o serviço de limpeza do quarto foi muito ruim, sem reposição de sabonete líquido do box, cuja embalagem estava quebrada. Também não fizeram reposição de papel higiênico. Elevador fede a peixe estragado.

Hotellet er ganske charmerende og roligt. Man omgiver sig af flot design som bestemt trækker op. Dog var skrivebordet ved at falde fra hinanden og jeg rettede selv op på det og dyvlerne blev tilbageført i sine huller. Det trak desværre også ned, at jeg ikke var i tvivl om, at vedkommende, der har klargjort værelset, har sort krøllet hår. Selvfølgelig kan man fælde, men det er fedest ikke at skulle starte med at fjerne går fra sin hovedpude.

Great hotel near the city center. Shower was a bit small and room service forgot to change my towels. Had to ask twice for them. However, the location and cleanliness of the hotel makes up for that. Would recommend staying here and will return

TOP: Centrally located, public transportation close by, rooms in retro style. TIP: breakfast expensive, coffee not up to normal standard, although fresh fruit is displayed, the served orange juice is not and is a premaid drink with an orange taste. The room is very warm, airco is switch off, due to the winter according to reception. Opening a window is an option however lots of disturbing traffic noise during sleep is the result.

Friendly staff. Good location for seeing the sights. Train nearby. Hotel restaurant had a good breakfast but not included with room price. Very loud rock band across the street every night from 7-9 which was annoying. Our room was ok. Wooden floor was creaky. No place to put luggage...had to place on floor. Shower was very small but did have good water pressure. Safe in room was basically on the floor, so was difficult to access. TV did not work 1st 2 nights. Phone did not work the 1st night, not sure about the other nights. Doubt I would stay here again.

The staff gets a 100/10! So friendly and wonderful. It’s my birthday and they upgraded our room to a beautiful space with a balcony - totally unnecessary but a really nice treat! The hotel is like a museum, a step back in time and a hat tip to some stunning (and comfortable/functional) Danish furniture. Spacious room and bathroom, which is nice for a couple traveling together. Thank you to the team at Hotel Alexandra for making our stay special!

Receptionist blev siddende under indtjekning. Hun talte så lavt, at det ikke var til at forstå, hvad hun sagde. Havde bestilt morgenmad; men fik dårlig og ubehøvlet betjening. OG så kan det ikke være rigtigt, at man kun kan kommunikere med personalet på engelsk. Vi kommer ALDRIG bruger hotellet igen. OG vi vil ikke anbefale hotellet til andre.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I had specifically reserved and paid extra for was not available. Amazing spot to stay in Copenaghuen. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and nice. Rooms are very accomodating and have a great Danish decoration. It is located right in the heart of the main area of the city. Everything is walking distance.

The hotel is centrally located, The front desk staff is professional and very friendly. Open 24/7. Within 3 minutes from the hotel there’s a metro station, a number of coffee shops and several fast food types of restaurants. Lots of bars close by. The Central Rain Station is a 8 minute walk to the hotel.

Beautifully decorated property with a staff that really makes you feel at home. Eager to help and give good advice. I love the way each room features a different classic designer. Beautiful public spaces and excellent breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Convenient to walk or take public transportation anywhere.
