Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Restaurants close by, but not on site, only breakfast on site. Bar opened at 5pm.

Not worth the four-star rating. Rooms are very small and mine had no air conditioning. The window barely opened, so it got hot and stuffy—I felt sick from the poor ventilation. There’s a live music venue across the street that plays loud music from 4–9 pm, which I could hear even from a room in the back. In-room amenities were disappointing: only instant coffee, no slippers or robe. The location is great, the bed is comfortable, staff are friendly, and the gym is decent—but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can confirm a larger room with AC

Snabb incheckning, bra aircondition på rummet och sköna sängar. Finns ett fåtal P-plaster på låst innergård mot avgift, väl värt pengarna för att slippa leta parkering. Nära till Ströget och annat.

El hotel está muy bien, céntrico y también se puede llegar bien desde el aeropuerto. Los precios son elevados, pero lo del parking más de 50-60€ por día por ese aparcamiento es demasiado...

Floors squeak, elevator holds 4 with luggage if your lucky. Breakfast buffet good. Location to shopping, restaurants and sites convenient.

Nice hotel in a good location just minutes from the metro station. Good little bar with friendly service open until around 11PM. Room was very modern and comfortable. Only issue was lack of really hot water in the shower. Kinda warm, but not to the temperature you desire on a cold morning.

Hotel had charm, character and style. I also had some very good interactions with its staff, who were kind, helpful and empathetic. It was across the road from some sort of live music venue, and this did tend to be audible within the hotel itself (hence other reviews may mention noise as a negative). But I asked to be moved somewhere quieter within the building, and I was not disturbed again. The only other downside was the inadequacy of its single, small elevator. The central location was ideal for me, and my overall stay was very pleasant.

Amazing location with the Tivoli gardens and city centre a short walk away. Really lovely looking hotel with comfortable beds. Our room was standard in didn't have air conditioner, the fan helped. It seems very under staffed. The staff we did meet were very nice and did what they could. Anything you needed you had to go to reception to collect. On a Friday and Sunday evening some of drinks ran out and a lone bar staff was trying to serve a busy bar with a lot of ppl waiting so couldn't go to get replacements.There were limited drinks and mixer options as they had run out. No meals available apart from breakfast. On Monday morning construction noise started at 7am and was extremely loud. Windows closed, fan and earplugs didn't manage to drown it out. There's a live music venue across the road, great place to call in, music is loud until around 10pm too. Really enjoyed my stay but with a more staffing, better noise proofing and more food and drink options it would be a lot better.

Workout facility was convenient and the style of the hotel was very classic and tasteful.

I stayed twice at the hotel. Two nights over the weekend and a few days later. The staff were super friendly. Hotel spotless and clean. Breakfast excellent. The only disappointment was the fitness room whose weights are low and some equipment could do with servicing. In addition, I had left some clothes in a bag in the storage room to pick up on my return. Some one had stolen them. The storage room is accessible by hotel guests and staff only. The hotel cannot be blamed for that but they might be able to take some steps to prevent it from happening to others.

Accommodation was below expectations. I stayed 4n for a conference at a nearby hotel. The building is lovely and the lobby area is cozy and inviting but that is where the positives end. I had a standard room which had no ac and being on the 3rd level with multiple windows it was way too hot for comfort in the pre summer conditions. Opening the windows for ventilation was essential but this allowed flying insects free access. The stench in the bathroom was overwhelming, not sure if this is an expectation in old buildings with ancient plumbing or if something untoward was in the drains. The requirement to pre request maid service is ridiculous, historically this has always been included in the room price and the fact that hotels are now routinely offering it as an option available on request is not acceptable. Make it clear on the hotel website or at booking, not at check-in. Based on my extensive travels this is most certainly not a 4 star accommodation and would barely register 3 stars. The location is the best aspect and there are many alternative options in the vicinity at similar prices. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Clean room, convenient place, good service

The shower would not drain nor would the sink. After being in the shower for 2 minutes the base would fill up and you would have to turn the shower off for a few minutes till the water drainer. You would have to do this 3 times at least just to have a wash. Also the sink had bits of food in when we arrived and the sink would also not drain and the bits of food that were in the sink when we arrived would not disappear.

First impressions of the hotel are good, good location, nice reception area and bar, didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment. Building is lovely but old and could do with some updating in places. Room and bathroom was tired and in need of better facilities, namely aircon, working bedside lights and plug sockets in more convenient locations (next to beds). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was an old piece of chewing gum stuck to the wall which made me question the overall cleanliness of the rooms to be honest.

Room nice and clean , good location

The overall ambiance of the hotel is nice with many classic details. The so-called „Deluxe“ Single room does not live up to the name: my room was tiny, no space to place even a cabin trolley and you can almost touch the toilet from the bed. An OK room, but certainly not a Deluxe feeling and imho not good value for money. On a positive side the bed was comfortable, the room extremely quiet despite a Metal festival in the neighborhood and the staff was very helpful at all times.

Værelset var virkelig rent og levede op til vores forventninger. Dog var værelset kun 20,5 grader men det gik. Venligt personale og god morgenmad

Vasken var i dåligt skick, det var stopp och luktade illa. Vi sade till, det glömdes, vi sade till, och en nödlösning gjordes. Saknade även en duschmatta att ställa sig på efter duschen. Det blir blött på golvet och inte trevligt att torka med egen handduk. Även trist att ingen vattenkokare fanns eller gratis pulverkaffe och te.

Hotellet er bra, og har god beliggenhet. Men det luktet ganske kraftig kloakk på badet. Døren dit måtte være stengt, og vinduer åpne. Dette gir ikke godt inntrykk.

Excellent hotel - room was spacious with good A/C which was welcome in the summer heat. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is within short walk of train station and Tivoli. Nice bar although a bit pricey! Only drawback was the shower. Bathroom was like a wet room but flooded when in use. Seemed like a design flaw.

Great location with restaurants, Tivoli & train easily walkable. Clean rooms but bathroom was tiny and the shower doors did not seal to prevent water from leaking onto the floors.

A very nice property & a lovely stay in Copenhagen. The location was perfect for me & my partner. It’s within walking distance of SO many great places to eat & things to see. ø12 is at the top of the road & the brunch is 10/10! next door is a ramen place which was also delicious! The hotel room itself wasn’t great. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe Double’ but the room was tiny. We struggled with 2 large suitcases & 2 cabin cases as there was no room to open them apart from in the doorway to the room. The bathroom was also SO small. It was just a shower & toilet with the basin being outside in the bedroom. It was just disappointing as the picture made the rooms look spacious. The hotel staff were very nice though, we forgot our travel adapters & they happily gave us two for our stay. When we return to Copenhagen sadly I don’t think we would stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located near dining, shopping, central station and Tivoli amusement park are all walking distance within 15 minutes. One negative point for this hotel is NO air-conditioning in the room. Hotel will provide a table fan. I wad there in late September and the weather is in mid 60 degree Fahrenheit. So not too hot inside the room by opening the windows. Summer time may be hot.

Excellent location as everything was within a short walkable distance, not far from the bus stop which goes to and from the airport. Booked a standard double room which was a lot smaller than the photos suggested and the bathroom is not what is suggested on the website. The separation from the bathroom to the bedroom was minimal and regularly caused flooding after a short shower, there isn’t a proper door separating the two rooms, only a fogged glass door… We didn’t dine at the hotel as there is several reasonably priced breakfast, lunch and dinner options near by. Overall it was a very presentable and rustic hotel.

This was a quaint and charming boutique hotel with good looking front line staff who tries to accommodate. I didn’t appreciate its strange policies like you must put your tag outside the door before 9am for them to clean your room - if you don’t you’ve missed your boat. Aircon was turned off during our visit and we had to open the windows- bad mistake because of the traffic and the noise from the diners. Space is limited and the room felt like it was only meant for one person.

Hotellet har väldigt fina gemensamhets utrymmen, frukost matsal bra, baren trevlig, bra soffgrupper att sitta och ha möten. Rummet litet men fräscht. Dock något dåligt organiserat, det saknas krokar för att kunna hänga upp jackor/ytterplagg, saknas krokar för att kunna hänga upp handdukar vid handfatet som ligger just innanför dörren. ingång till toalett är fel tänkt och erbjuder ingen avskildhet, bättre att öppningen legat mot handfatet vid ingången. denna typ av rum kan bara rekommenderas om du bara skall sova en natt på rummet och är själv.

When checking in, I got my key and went up to the third floor. I was to tired after a full day’s work and didn’t think too much about the “do not disturb” sign. Went in and immediately smell perfume. I realize I hear the shower running and that there’s an open bag on the bed. My room was OCCUPIED!? I then go back down to the front desk, and they just shrug me off and I get a new key. No explanation, no upgrade or any other compensation. I could barely sleep from feeling so unsafe. If I had gotten someone else’s key, I’m sure someone could get mine. Would not recommend!

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed få minutters gang fra Rådhuspladsen. Værelset var stort og lækkert. Det var en meget upersonlig indtjekning. Der blev sagt “Hej, hvad er dit efternavn, I får værelse 20 og det er nemmest at gå den vej”. Det var det!!! Vi fik lidt en fornemmelse af, at vi ikke var vigtige gæster. Værelset lå under morgenmadsrestauranten, så fra kl 7 blev der trukket stole frem og tilbage på gulvet, så det var umuligt at sove videre. Glasdøren på gangen havde selvluk og det gav et ryk i sengen, når den blev lukket. Ved udtjekning blev der svaret “Selv tak”, da jeg sagde “Tak for denne gang”.

From the moment we asked staff about storing our luggage as we were early they couldnt have been more welcoming. Room was spacious and plush, all details were first class. Hotel was about 70m to railway station, 150m to Tivoli gardens and comfortable 10 min walk to Nyhavn. HoHo bus 50m away too.

Hotel was fine. Very comfortable bed! Staff was friendly and requested services were good. I left a few clothing items in the room and have twice emailed the hotel to discuss returning the items and have not received a response.

I had a really great experience! The location was super good, the room was fantastic and I also received a very nice reception from Bryan.

Absolutely the most friendly staff, I have ever encountered - and I travel excessively. Helpful, warm, competent. Combine that with a charming, home-like atmosphere and a central location - and you have the best hotel whether you are travelling on business or for pleasure.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. A hotel with personality and lovely bar. Quiet room. Only downside was some external remodeling going on next door and related noise.

Hotel med super beliggenhed i forhold til transport og seværdigheder MEN med et spillested lige overfor. Man får at vide at musikken stopper kl 21.00, men den fortsætter indendørs til omkring 03.00 og derefter larmer unge mennesker lige udenfor hotellet til kl 5.00 eller 6.00. Vi sov måske 2 timer per nat. Værelser ud til gaden er ikke beboelige. Da aircon ikke virker (selv sat på 14 grader i september) og de små værelser er man nødt til at åbne vinduer for at kunne have godt indeklima. Vi skulle tillige dyrke sport om dagen og det var ikke let uden søvn. Virkeligt trist da hotellet har charme og dejligt personale og skøn morgenmad

A centrally located & well appointed hotel, in the heart of the action! A bit noisy with the Pumphouse Bar directly across the street but the good news is that they clearly have to finish up early (by 9pm if I recall) so the noise doesn't last long or late! Friendly staff and a nice hotel bar to relax in at the end of the day - recommended!

Warm welcome, our first room was below ground level and had an aircon issue but reception sorted this no trouble. Rooms are modern & comfortable and nice reception area & classic bar. Anyone who wants an early night, maybe don't have a room at the front of the hotel as the outdoor music venue is lively between 8 & 10pm.

Extremt dåligt utbud och variation, inga hårdkokta ägg och väldigt få vegetariska alternativ. Pannkakorna tycks mjöliga. enda som var bra är juicen och brödet

Overall very pleasant stay! If you have the option to include breakfast in your package, take it! While pricey on its own, the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was in a convenient location. Note that there is an event space across the street with loud music in the evening, although it stops promptly at 9 pm. It may only be open during certain months, so ask the hotel. There is also building going on down the street, so expect to see construction.

The location was excellent in relation to the main train station and central to all the main sights by foot, also had reasonable bike rentals. Staff was excellent. I had a standard double room and was perfect space for 2. Breakfast had a wide’s selection of food and it was all delicious, well worth getting. I thought it seemed expensive at first but quickly realized the price of food in Copenhagen and I felt it was definitely good value and good quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Varm atmosfär. Rent och fint med stilren inredning. Centralt och även tyst läge. Superfin frukost. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Utmärkt läge. Bra alternativ på frukosten.

Pent og stilig hotell. Sentralt beliggende. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. MEN: rommet vi fikk (rom nr. 308) var i minste laget. Og oppe på veggen ved siden av tv’en hadde de plassert en minibar som bråket noe fryktelig gjennom omtrent hele den første natten. Morgenen etter fikk vi hjelp til å skru den av, bare for å oppdage at den skrudde seg på igjen neste natt. Etter mye krøll, fikk vi stoppet uvesenet ved midnattstider. Forøvrig gjorde værelsespiken en finfin jobb. Gulvet på det knøttlille baderommet var kaldt, og det ser ikke ut til å være noen gulvvarme der, heller. Vi fant i alle fall ikke noen bryter for det. Frokosten på Ascot er ok, men ikke noe mer. Eggerøre trolig laget på eggepulver, og hverken speilegg eller tomatbønner tilfredsstiller ingen fans av english breakfast, og granolatilbudet var ganske fantasiløst. Konklusjon: ok hotell, men ligg unna rom 308.

Når deres aircondition ikke virker på værelset og man er nødt til at sove med åbent vindue, fordi værelset har så dårlig inde klima, så burde det simpelthen være ulovligt at stillads arbejdere starter med at banke og hamre kl. 06.30 på en lørdag. Ufattelig dårlig morgenmad.
