Charming hotel with great character. The staff and especially the concierge were very helpful and the location was perfect for our touring needs. Breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a nice variety. We also liked the easy access to the water front, etc.

The hotel is very nice, the buffet has many options, all clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, but the best part is the location. We loved the location, we could walk everywhere. We are a family of 5 and all of us thought this is the best hotel.

Loved the spacious suite we stayed in which was very comfortable. But the most enjoyable part of this stay was the front deck staff which went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. The first night we decided to order out for Uber Eats but the restaurant website wasn't in English so the front desk clerk did the order for me and met the driver as well. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the former hotel ballroom.
