Personalen, receptionen och frukosten var riktigt bra. Men jag blev lite förvånad över hur slitet det var i korridorerna och rummet. Och även garaget var rejält förvirrande och inte mist deras prissättning där parkering kostar 395 och man måste hämta bilen senast 13:00 dagen efter annars blir det tillägg på 90SEK/timme och detta oavsett hur sent man checkade in dagen innan,

Personalen, receptionen och frukosten var riktigt bra. Men jag blev lite förvånad över hur slitet det var i korridorerna och rummet. Supert hotell veldig sentralt i Stockholm. Lett tilgang til t-bane, og mange restauranter i nærheten. Anbefaler parkering i Pipersgaraget under hotellet. NB! Må forhåndsbookes. Rommet var akkurat passe stort for tre. God plass på badet.

Kanske dags att inför frukost-time slots? Frukosten blir ingen kul upplevelse när det är trångt och köigt och man får äta den i ett ocharmigt konferensrum. Se till att alla tre hissarna fungerar - galet lång väntetid på hissarna och till slut kö i nödutgångstrappan, både uppåt och nedåt. Inget bra.

Ok experience. Good - Hotel was in a good location in a quiet area and next to a metro station. Breakfast plenty on offer and good quality. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Bad - checked in early but one bed was not made up and had to report twice to reception to get it sorted. Bathroom - badly cracked sink and floor badly flooded due to the gap between the shower screen and the bath, my son’s clothes were soaked. Had to move room where the issue still existed but we were able to work round it. Communal areas weren’t spotless. Disappointing that the sauna was out of order for the length of our stay. Only one waitress in the restaurant in the evening who was rushed off her feet and service was slow.

Amaranten ligger med bra gångavstånd till centralstationen, butiker och nära tunnelbana i centrala Stockholm. Jag upplevde rummet som mörkt… kanske pga av de små fönstren som också var placerade högt upp? Rent och fint städat. Jag upplevde frukosten som ett slagfält. 😩 Alldeles för mycket människor på för liten yta för att kunna ta för sig av utbudet. Högljutt, trängsel och svårt med sittplatser. Ett plus för nygjord omelett som stektes på plats. Nej, hotellet skulle behöva göra en till frukoststation eller införa förbokade sittider. Hissarna var bland det märkligaste jag upplevt. 2 av 3 var i funktion. Väntade man på våning 4 gick de upp tomma till våning 7 innan de gick ner igen så man kunde kliva på. Väldigt långsamma dessutom. Det här resulterade i att många tog trapporna, även vi… Trånga, trånga stentrappor och i trapphuset gick det nästan inte att mötas utan att det blev farligt. Mötte man någon behövde någon av personerna gå på den smalaste delen av trappan eller stå stilla där. Absolut inget för äldre människor som har svårt med balansen…

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn direkt nebenan, aber man ist auch sehr schnell zum Hauptbahnhof gelaufen (ca. 10 Min.). Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist toll. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung des Fitnessbereichs im Hotel. Ich war durchweg zufrieden mit allem und kann dieses Hotel empfehlen!

I recently stayed at this hostel and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. The room was quite worn out. There were scratches on the TV and stains on both the armchair and the sofa. Additionally, there was so much dust in the bathroom ventilation that the mirror fogged up when I took a shower. On the positive side, the location is perfect, just a short walk from the central station. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very helpful, and answered all my questions about Stockholm. 10 out of 10 for their service. The breakfast was also good, with nothing to complain about.

We stayed for three nights while exploring Stockholm. The location is excellent, tenminutes or so from Central Station, right next door to the metro and a few blocks from the waterfront. Our room was on the 7th floor, was very spacious and had floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the street below and the surrounding buildings. The service was friendly and efficient and the included breakfast, while a bit average for the price and status of the hotel, was quite ok. The bar was a friendly and inviting spot for a drink in the evening. Overall we would recommend highly.

OTROLIGT små rum. 2 grabbar kunde ju inte dela ett rum, fick ta ett varsitt singel pga av det. Tråkigt. Och dyrt. Trevlig personal. Bra frulle.

Trevligt hotell men det saknar engagemang ifrån personalen. Men känner sig som gäst lite i vägen. Har besökt det tidigare och då var det mer service. Nu känns det som personalen hellre vill vara någon annanstans. En enda stack dock ut och det var en kvinna i restaurangen som vet precis vad det handlar om. Hon gav mig och min familj ett bord vid sidan av då vi har småbarn och såg till att de fick maten först.

Okunnig personal i receptionen. Ingen öppnare på hotellrummet och när man ringer ner till receptionen får man inget svar på 10 minuter fast när man går ner står 3 pers och snackar med varann utan någon som helst kö. Allmän okunnig och outbildad personal som gör upplevelsen till en besvikelse. De ska veta när room service stänger... Gammal menyn på roomservice (oj, vi har visst glömt att ändra...)

For the first I have stayed in this hotel before. Unfortanetely the room was not in the standard that expected. When I asked to update the room the reception staff ( young man) told me that there was no rooms available. Then I opened the hotels.com app and showed him that there was rooms available. After this he told me that the app dont synchronize with their system. When I complained about the bad service and asked to speak with the manager of the hotel he told me that the boss was not there and that I threathened him and he will call to the police if I dont stop. I will never stay here again!! Its pitty because the location of the hotel is great and I’m a regular guest of all Clarion hotels :(

Came in late evening, after notifying hotel my flight would come in late only to find that I had know room. The staff did find me a comparable hotel and arranged taxi back n forth however at 2am it is the last thing you wish to do. If you have a reservation. Honor the reservation.

We loved our stay - it was very convenient location, nice rooms and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant was awesome - way exceeded our expectations for breakfast. We hope to stay here again in our future travels.

We loved our stay - it was very convenient location, nice rooms and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant was awesome - way exceeded our expectations for breakfast. We hope to stay here again in our future travels.

Great location, around the corner from a very convenient metro station that takes you wherever you want to go in the city! Great, cozy and comfortable room. Super delicious breakfast with a lot of healthy options, freshly squeezed fruit and ginger juice shots, pancakes, local delicacies and omelette cooked the way you want it, if you want it;) Would highly recommend this hotel and its location!

I liked my stay at Clarion Hotel Amaranten in Stockholm a lot. It is conveniently located - roughly 10 min walk to the main train station, another couple of minutes to the city centre. the hotel is nice, my room was a small single room with what was probably the most comfortable bed sheets I have ever had, huge breakfast is included, the bar is well stocked and the staff extraordinarily friendly.

The property was clean and well located. The breakfast food was very good. The food at lunch and dinner was not that great. I was served the daily dinner of fish and potatoes and the potatoes were not cooked. they offered me french fries instead but I did not want fried food. There was no concierge service or anyone behind the desk to offer any advice on what to do in Stockholm. The elevators were very overcrowded at Breakfast time. There were only three and one was out of service and one was so small it could only handle four people at a time comfortably.

Kanske dags att inför frukost-time slots? Frukosten blir ingen kul upplevelse när det är trångt och köigt och man får äta den i ett ocharmigt konferensrum. Se till att alla tre hissarna fungerar - galet lång väntetid på hissarna och till slut kö i nödutgångstrappan, både uppåt och nedåt. Inget bra.

Frukosten oslagbar, t.o.m..en kock som tillreder omelett, antingen vegetarisk eller med skinka och ost. Överlag ett synnerligen välfungerande hotell. Det enda jag irriterade mig på var att pumpen på duschtvål och shampoo inte fungerade. (Men så är det på många hotell. Jag antar att man bara fyller på innehåll utan att kolla pumpen)

I Used the facilities in conference room as directed by staff and got told off. Room was good, but water crept under shower door so floor got very wet. Very noisy if you had window open at night. Expensive hotel for what it is. Location was ok if you like walking.
