The property was very clean and the rooms were quiet. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the food at the restaurant was very very good. Get the meatballs. The sauna and cold plunge were great and you can order some snacks and drinks while you are at the spa. You can also get a massage if you want. I would stay here again

We had an amazing stay at the Reisen. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so comfortable and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the bar was great fun. The location is excellent for walking or getting a bus or ferry. The sauna and plunge pool was a nice bonus.

Sauna and pool facility was amazing and included in room price, hotel staff very friendly. Hotel was a 10 min walk of metro station and bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, great spa facilities, a lovely bar and sitting room at the back which we only found out about on our last morning. (It would have been good to know about at check-in). Great location and very well appointed room with a balcony.

This is the perfect location and the service here is impeccable. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, especially the reception, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, functional and comfortable. The fitness center is small, but well equipped and perfect for this size hotel. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Big warning about sound that you can hear from the room, it is located very central in Stockholm next to a busy road and I can’t believe this hotel has no sound proofing… I stay in Stockholm a lot and this was my first time at the Reisen and will unfortunately be my last- you could hear everything outside and was a terrible nights sleep… the room wasn’t particularly clean either with hair on the shampoo bottles.. I would strongly recommend booking another hotel as the reception team didn’t seem bothered when I provided feedback- super disappointing as the other reviews seem positive on it… but trust me the sound is a huge issue and there are better hotels.

We stayed in a standard room. It was extremely small. In fact, this was the 4th major city in Scandinavia that we stayed on this trip and this room was the most expensive but had the smallest room by far. You could barely move in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. We really appreciated the early check-in given our room was ready. The included breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, but small rooms. Noise from the corridor, and adjoining rooms at night, not so well insulated probably because the building is old. The room key didn't work on the room floor, so I had to go down to the reception again. The receptionist said that the battery for the lock probably needs to be changed, and that guests have had this problem before for the past few days. A few days later a bill came for a "pet fee" charged to the credit card. We didn't bring a pet. I called the hotel, and they said it would be refunded within 4 days. No refund after 10 days. Called again, still no refund. The staff is very friendly though. Breakfast OK, similar to all other hotels in Stockholm. Not a 4-star hotel experience, and $300 per night is a bit steep for such a small room.

Lovely hotel. Room was small, but shower was so small. Wouldn’t recommend room on floors that end in 01. Couldn’t bend down without opening shower door. Water ran out of bathroom into bedroom area..

Bra läge, sköna sängar. Rummen är helt okej. Det jag har att anmärka på är bland annat att check-in upplevelsen var under all kritik. Jag sa mitt namn och fick nyckeln, de sa nummer, pekade mot hissen och sa välkommen. Jag frågade då om frukost och då pekade de vart den serverades. Jag har aldrig varit med om sämre check-in, ofta säger man åtminstone hur man får tillgång till Wi-Fi, de borde informerat om vart man finner gym, spa, restaurang öppettider osv. Frukosten var inte heller 5 stjärnigt, mer i klass med 3 stjärnigt förutom kaffe vid bordet då. Utbudet var riktigt dåligt så var förvånad när man får bättre utbud på majoriteten av 3 eller 4 stjärniga hotell. 5 stjärniga hotell brukar även komma in och ”natta” sina gäster med att vila upp täcke och lägga choklad på sängen men inga sådana typ av gester gör hotellet heller. Hotellet är fint men tycker inte det håller standard för 5 stjärnigt. Vill man ha den typen av upplevelse skulle jag boka ett annat hotell.

We were put in a postage size room. It was so small that you couldn't even lay 2 suitcases out. It should NEVER have a king size bed in it. My small suitcase that fits under an airplane seat just fit in one of the aisles. We were in the first floor right over the bar. Since it was hot we had to open the window. The noise was HORRIBLE! It quieted down Sun night at 1:30 am but garbage pick up was before 6am & it sounded like a bomb went off. It was the worst experience we ever had.

A nice hotel and great location. Service was friendly. Main issue was with the room - it was 1st floor and window opened onto the small lane beside and we were woken at 5:30am and 7am when deliveries and bin pickups happened. Far too noisy.
