Over all okay stay. Room could have been a little cleaner Pool / grill area 10/10

The property was well maintained and lighting was excellent around the property. The rooms were well cleaned and the staff was helpful and courteous. Everything was neat and clean and fresh smelling.

The property is well-constructed and modern. Nice gym and convenient store has excellent product variety. Staff was friendly and amazing! I have already made another reservation for an upcoming trip!

The property has some cool amenities, one is that there was a kitchenette in the room. The hotel has a 24 hour mini store to shop in if you need something to eat or snack. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. Hotel is fairly new, under a year old. So when I saw the tub had an ugly rust colored stain spotted on the whole floor of the tub, it grossed me out. I mean, how could that have passed housekeeping cleaning? It wasn’t even rust. I don’t know what it was and I complained and was told there are no other rooms available. There was complete silence on my complaint. No housekeeping on premises to attempt to clean. Nothing! But knowing this is a 2 star hotel, then I guess, oh well, it’s just for one night. Otherwise the rest of the hotel was great. Bed was comfortable, AC nice and cold and hot water stayed hot for 3 showers straight. Oh and it’s Pet Friendly. There’s an animal hospital right next door and a 7-11. We slept good. One other thing, it’s in Fayetteville, the directions from i95 North take you through a very sketchy neighborhood on Bragg Blvd. Known to be unsafe. Learned that afterwards. Leaving you don’t have to go that direction bc 295 connects you to i95 North. If it wasn’t for the long drive from i95 to the hotel and this weird unexplained stain in tub, that wasn't rust, I would definitely stay again.

I checked in on a Friday night at 10 PM and checked out at 11 AM on Saturday. I had a reservation and I was on the second floor in room 208. When I first walked inside the lobby , I loved the set up. A nice young lady at the front I believe her name was India suggested some places I can go and have a drink. I got on the elevator and once the elevator opened up on the second floor, it just smelled muggy and like pickle juice for some reason. As I walked down the hall leading up to my room, I noticed there was stuff such as little trash pieces on the floor leading towards the room I was checking in. Once I entered the room, I noticed that the stove top in the kitchenette had some residue on it and the tub look like it was not cleaned. Other than that there was an onion in the refrigerator that was previously cut from the past guest. I literally went out for a drink, went to sleep, came back and checked out for the funeral I came in town to attend. I went to the front desk to see if I can go for a swim before I left because checkout is at 11, but the pool does not open up until 10 AM which would not have worked for me. The place has great potential and the location was great for me. I just think that the place could be cleaner.

This was our second time staying here. The property is always clean. This trip we visited the pool. The pool was clean. You have to get pool towels from the main counter. Wish The towels were thicker like pool towels. Our stay was very quiet at night time. Like there are convient food options avilable in the lobby with a self check out option. There is plenty of parking and a 7 eleven gas station close. Love the price point.

Arrived at the property after sunset and the parking lot was dark. Would have been nice to see surroundings instead of using phone flashlight. It was also odd that needed a key to cut the lights on. Lastly, there was no carpet in room

Very new, clean rooms and nice sundries area. Parking lot has no lights so lock your car and check your surroundings when going out at night. Only downside is the Amazon fulfillment center trucks block the entrance and stay there a while holding things up. Would definitely stay again

Nice hotel and room. Previous guests had cooked fish and room smelled strongly of it. Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as there was food left from previous guests. Shower wall had dirt on it and wasn’t properly cleaned. Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana.

I cleaned the room myself. My toliet disnt work for the first 2 nights. The staff she told me i have to wait until monday to get the toliet fixed. Then i was told i had to remove all the trash from the room before i left or they would charge me to clean the room. I only found this out the 2nd to my last night.... i was there for a week. The big reason for staying here was the convenience they said to have but i only got a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. Everything else usually available at hotels was avaliable at a price usually starting at $5 each. Also the bugs, and hair were everywhere when i checked in. I dont think housekeeping cleans and the maintenance person wet my things fixing the toliet which was really gross. So unless you want to clean, buy everything, and have staff give you the run around dont stay here. Seriously i wish i remembered her name only 1 staff member was helpful. Sorry girl im going to call you "K". Thank you for sending someone to fix the toliet and make it flush for me.

Everything was fine other than rooms not being cleaned properly. Bed had hair everywhere, refrigerator & tub was not cleaned. Their was good in fridge from previous reservation.

Ot was great 2nd stay, next time im going to pay attention to type of room i want. Even though i booked the wring one the stay was still amazing. Only critics it was so hard to com cast my phone to the tv, it just didn't work.

A new long stay facility with odd business practices. Housekeeping services rooms every 8 days for long term reservations, but failed to change my linens until my 11th night, even though I asked on the 9th to have them changed. You have to carry your trash to the dumpster if your cans are full before your housekeeping visit on Day-8. Their CAST streaming service caused issues with watching live TV, so for 3 days I had no live TV because the staff couldn't correct the problem (& I wasn't the only guest with this issue). They don't have a business center. Water pressure in the shower was poor. WiFi for computers was slow.

We stayed in a handicapped accessible room, but there were multiple issues. First, there was no hot water. If we ran the water on "hot" for 10+ minutes we could get it to warm, but never hot. Water pressure was almost zero. We took cool, quick showers as there simply was not enough water, nor warmth, for comfort. The shower floor is *very* slick when wet! We chose to put a towel on the floor to minimize potential to slip and fall. In the kitchen, one of the 2 cooktop knobs was minimally functional at best. Refrigerator door is hinged on the wrong side, opening from left to right rather than the opposite, which would have been far easier. Were we in a wheelchair or using a walker, it would have been extremely difficult to navigate for this reason. The automatic shade control on the wall was *very* difficult to figure out. In fact, after making it work once or twice, we couldn't figure it out again, and so we manually pulled the shade down so that we could sleep, but never got it up again. Workmanship overall was very poor, with gaps in the flooring and just poorly done overall. Mattresses on the beds-terrible! No support, very wiggly, uncomfortable. We did not sleep well... We were offered to change rooms, but this after completely unloading all of our things for the 3 days we were there. We suffered through. But it is a shame-this is a new hotel and has the potential to be nice, but it's just not. We wish we could have left a better review. But we feel let down.

My fiancés speaker was stolen out of his locked car in the parking lot. The dishwasher in the unit does not work. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. The water just drips down out of the shower head. You have to be nearly on the wall to get wet. Not enough water pressure to even wash the shampoo out of my hair or soap off. There is a big crack in the shower tile.

Nice to have a kitchenette and plenty of space

I was on the 3rd floor room 301and the ppl above me seem to tap dance over my head most of the night. The the fire alarm went off 4 times starting at 6am, my event wasnt till 11 but I just left.

Dogs are allowed, so you might be awake all night with lots of barking!

The amenities were fine but they overcharged me and messed up my room twice. Never going back

Staff was ok. For my 3 night stay I had to keep having them to re-key my door key each day as though they automatically stop working at 11am or so, checkout time. But they had no explanation when asked about it.

Front desk staff very demeaning nor helpful. TV never worked our entire stay front clerk “I dunno” had to argue for towels. Never again…

The staff was excellent and friendly, They was absolutely wonderful. The facility is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new facility, close to freeway and one exit from Fort Bragg Main Gate and visitor center. The staff are ok but not great, except for the sales rep who called just to see how my stay was going and was very attentive. Your room is only cleaned once every 8 days so you must pick up garbage bags, broom, clean towels etc etc etc from front desk when needed. The kitchen is fabulous to have however is VERY limited to one small pot and pan, and two plates, 2 small bowls, and cutlery. Everything else, including dish soap, you must purchase. Very difficult to cook a meal for two people, but managed. But the studio type apartment with comfortable bed, couch and kitchen and very close proximity to Fort Bragg, was worth the few negatives for sure. I’d definitely stay again.

Convenient to Ft. Bragg/Liberty, and easy access right off of I295. Easy drive/route to main shopping areas in town. However the traffic around the hotel area seems to be quite noisy. Overall it was a convenient stay.

Great stay overall. Location was perfect. Area safe (in front of Amazon warehouse). Very new facility. Customer service was good. Very clean and spacious room. Lots of space. Even had a full size fridge and small cooking area! Our only complaint was the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. They had an auto shutoff and wouldn’t stay on. We were offered another room but had already packed and were exhausted from long trip. No other complaints. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I traveled with my dog and they made sure to put a special tag on my door so housekeeping would know to do whatever additional cleaning they do when pets have been in the room. BONUS! The location was close to the highway and only a very short and easy drive to shopping and restaurants. This will be the only place I stay when I travel to Fayetteville.

Loiterers, dirty, disrepair, stained towels, a full breakfast that included no meat or eggs (unless sausage gravy is considered meat). If you’re staying the night, it’ll do, but this is certainly not a vacation destination. Staff friendly enough, though.

This hotel was nice and clean and staff and management helpful. I had made a mistake when booking and this hotel and Expedia worked together to help me. I would stay here again. The only thing I’d suggest is that the hotel put a doggie waste bag dispenser outside so when pet owners forget to bring a bag out, they can pick up after their dog. But this place is great and although there isn’t anything within walking distance, there’s plenty of restaurants and conveniences just a short drive away.
