Rent hotell. Bra beliggenhet. Men lite fleksibel i forbindelse med at vi kunne låne plass for å skifte til bade klær før 15 00. For å komme seg på bassenget på toppen av hotellet kostet det 20€ pr person. Dette er drøyt når hotellet koster så pass mye. Da burde dette vært inkludert.

We only booked this hotel specifically for their 2 saunas. I called in the afternoon to ensure they were in operation and then made a booking. We drove four hours there arriving to spend the evening in the saunas until. After a problem with parking and checking in , we went to the saunas only to find out that both were broken . I asked for help and if someone could fix them as there were still several hours left, but was told no one was available and maybe someone would come sometime the next day, but they couldn’t guarantee it. I explained the situation and was given an email to write to the manager, but had no luck.

Le personnel est à l’écoute, la partie spa est très agréable, le fait qu’il y ai peu de personne rentre forcément en compte. L’eau de la piscine est un fraîche mais supportable. Un bar est à disposition au sein de l’hôtel, ainsi qu’un restaurant. Les prix pratiqués sont convenables au vu des prix cannois. Le buffet petit déjeuner est un des moments phare du séjour: choix, qualité, accueil.

Beach was close by, family friendly, enjoyed privilege room, inside pool was good and spa facilities. Try to book early for spa if you have a short stay. Front desk staff including concierge was very friendly and helpful especially at recommending tours, Italy trip to Ventimiglia and then Monaco, Menton by train. Ile de Lerin trip. Housekeeping staff were great and dining room staff. There was a sur charge for roof pool and it had to be booked. I think they could have a special for paying guest to use the pool during restricted times throughout their stay at at less charge because every day was a new charge. Restaurant was out of use but bar was in service. Overall, loved it, great family friendly holiday at good rate on one of the best shopping street in Cannes, Rue d'Antibes. Everything was central, uber was 25 minutes to Nice, also went to Nice by train from Cannes station. Fabulous trip.

Extremely disappointed in our hotel room stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and gave me a really bad headache. Keep in mind this hotel is smoke free. I reported this to the front desk and they did not seem very concerned. They provided me with a room spray, which I promptly used and it made no difference whatsoever. I reported once again that the room still smelled like cigarettes and they did nothing about it. I advised that it would be important to report this to management.

Problème de formation du personnel pas professionnel. Sauna qui ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel ne savait pas comment le faire marcher . Spa froid et sale avec cheveux et serviettes usagée laissé un peu partout. Chambre vieillissante, fenêtres qui ferment mal, Impossible de fermer à clef la salle de bain et les toilettes, dalle plafond manquante , joint salle de bain jauni. Il y a de nombreuses petites réparations à faire afin d’éviter de gâcher un peu le charme de cet hôtel à l’emplacement idéal. Sinon bon petit déjeuner avec du bio !

Excellent accueil avec présentation de l hotel. Aucune proposition suite à mon statut "vip" expedia. Dans la chambre tv qui ne fonctionne pas le premier soir, réparé le lendemain. Lorsque je prends le peignoir dans l armoire une étagère tombe, problème sur les autres étagères...pour eviter un accident on n y touche plus.Dans la salle de bain le porte douche est prêt à tomber. Le mitigeur du lavabo est trop bas, un verre ne passe pas.le hammam mérite un nettoyage, il est tres sale. Petit dejeuner avec des produits de faibles quantités.

Mmmm Not really a 4star, communal spaces all fine and staff lovely. Beds great but the bathroom was grubby bit dated. The AC was minimal we went down to ask if it was working properly, apparently it was. Location all good didn’t use the spa. Expected coffee machine or proper coffee cups in room, just paper cups and instant. Did give us water each day, the room wasn’t cleaned each day just tidied. Wouldn’t say to not stay here just room not quite as expected.

Maalesef çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdim. Vernada kapısı kilitlenmiyordu servis istedim . O gece için yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Ben de o şekilde yatamayacağımı bildirdim. Odamı değiştirmelerini istedim. Değiştiremeyeceklerini söylediler. Otelin tamamen dolu olduğunu bildirdiler. Ben de inip lobide oturdum. 15-20 dakika sonra hiç de nazik olmayan bir tarzda oda vereceklerini söylediler. Hiç profesyonel bir yaklaşım değildi .

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, also the cleaning team did a fantastic job each day, we were very grateful. The only slight negative would be that the room didn’t look anything like the photos. It was much smaller and the layout wasn’t what we expected.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was super friendly. The elevator was really small but we just made more than one trip with the luggage. My only complaint is about the pillows. Terrible, terrible pillows. Sleeping was really tough for us because of the pillows. Not acceptable for a 4star rated hotel.

Hotellet ligger fornuftigt på hovedgaden i Cannes. - Hvis man bor i et værelse der ender på 02, har man formentlig havudsigt, ellers ikke. Vi havde morgenmad med i prisen, og det var ganske udmærket. Jeg har boet på hotellet et par gange nu, og checker gerne ind der en anden gang.

This unassuming hotel felt like great value in expensive Cannes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, 5 minutes from the beach, and at one end of the main shopping street. My triple room was spacious, not just a double with an extra bed rammed in. The indoor pool was very pleasant. My only slight frustration was that there was a 20 euro per day fee to use the small rooftop pool, but the indoor one was much bigger and free to use. Overall, recommended :)

Vi sjekket inn torsdag og oppdaget at air condition ikke fungerte. Rommet stinket av røyk, og i tillegg hadde vi bestilt og betalt for samme rom som andre vi reiste sammen med, og vårt rom var mye mindre enn deres. Vi ga beskjed om dette samme kveld, og ble møtt av himling med øynene og latter. De sa likevel at de skulle fikse ac dagen etter. Da vi kom hjem på ettermiddagen fredag var det enda ikke fikset. De sa da de skulle fikse det på lørdag, det ble heller ikke gjort. Da sa de igjen dagen etter, men vi bodde der helt til mandag og ingenting ble gjort. Hadde vi visst det på torsdag, ville vi byttet hotell med en gang. Det ble et forferdelig opphold, med lite hyggelige ansatte.

Veldig fint hotell.Stort rom, rengjøring hver dag, kjøleskap på rommet. Veldig bra spa avdeling, supert for barn og avkjøle seg når det ble for varmt ute. Ligger i enden av rue d’Antibes, nasse butikker og cafeer rett utenfor. Litt langt å gå til gamlebyen hvis man ønsker å være i det området. Ca 5 min å gå til la croisette, ca 10 å gå min til jernbanen. Anbefaler dette hotellet!

Good: Staff were very helpful, location if great just 2 mins from the Croisette, everything clean and high quality. Breakfast was really great! Bad: Rooms on 2nd floor are quite noisy at night with the main road close by. Also lots of noise from room above with people going out / coming back from a night out.

Le personnel est à l’écoute, la partie spa est très agréable, le fait qu’il y ai peu de personne rentre forcément en compte. L’eau de la piscine est un fraîche mais supportable. Le buffet petit déjeuner est un des moments phare du séjour: choix, qualité, accueil.

The room was spacious but there was hair in the bathroom and water pockets above the bed I did complain and they moved us to a much smaller room but it had a balcony which was nice The smell of airfresher is very overwhelming when you walk in and the hotel could do with an update especially the pool area . Ben the member of staff was particularly helpful but the others were not the best . great to stay if you are out most of the day like us but if you are looking for more high end there are much better options
