Loved my stay at this property. Easy location to access everything in Cannes. Access to the beach club is extra (100-150 Euro), which I thought was a bit steep, but the pool area is very cramped. The beach club is quite lovely, but that’s a hefty price for a bit of sun.

great location while visiting Cannes for work or fun and shopping. Staff is very polite and helpful. What we did not like in the room is very old and un-functional shower and bath tub that leaves entire bathroom wet after relaxing shower. Also hotel bar closes very early like 11 pm

Great stay, staff was fantastic and this hotel just screams 5 stars. The restaurant was excellent and much better than the one in the Martinez. The bar was fantastic as well. The only downside was the beach club, its location is really close the the convention centre so the day we went there was construction noise and no music. It is also not on the best part of the beach. If I had to do it again, I would have gone to a more central beach club. Hôtel was still fantastic!

Great hotel, centrally located, excellent service, although some purchases were excessively high. Paid $1000/ night. Had a view of the parking lot. Also didn’t include beach chairs at the beach. Expect to pay $70 plus for that. 2 coffees in paper cups to the room cost over $20.

Considered to be one of the best hotels on the Riviera, I was so looking forward to spending two nights here. In the end it’s not in the same league as the Carlton or the Martinez. Check in was efficient and we get to check in early which we are very grateful for. Room was small but functional and the quality of finish, bedding, towels, robes etc was excellent. All downhill from there. €55 for two nights parking, lunch was not good, a prawn salad had six prawns on top, no wait for it, it’s three prawns cut length ways in half and placed length ways to make it look like there are six. To make things worse the dressing was béarnaise sauce as they had no Máire Rose sauce. Arrived back from dinner at the excellent La Môme restaurant at 11:10pm and the staff was closing up the bar, if we wanted a drink we had to use our mini bar or order room service. You have to go through reception and people dining and having cocktails to get to the swimming pool which we were told was now closed due to the rain. The big problem was getting our room serviced on day two. Went for breakfast, room not serviced, went to town, room not serviced. Rang guest services and we agreed a time of 3pm. Came back at 6 pm to get ready for dinner, room not serviced. We had to go onto the hallway and find towels in a cupboard. Came back that night, room not serviced. Next morning the reason given was the electronic device on our room was not working to indicate the room needed to be serviced. I understand

The room was well appointed and comfortable but extremely small. A 5'5 130 pound woman could barely fit in the shower. Phone was inoperable for 3 days despite multiple requests for service. We fixed it ourselves. There was a strong odor of sewerage in the hallway one evening. Room service options were limited. Restaurants were extremely expensive and average. Some staff were superlative, others were rude and unprofessional. The pool, beach, gym, spa and lobby areas were top rate, beautiful and very well maintained. Valet parking team were great.

This hotel was out of this world. Incredible facilities and impeccable service. The concierges constantly went out of their way to assure that we had reservations when we needed them, and provided countless options for our plans. Our rooms was cleaned thoroughly daily, with the evening turn down service proving a wonderful touch for when we returned at night. Both the Fouquet restaurant and the pool were incredible. Their private beach is stunning. We were in the middle of all the fun stuff in Cannes, which allowed us to walk to our desired destination every single day. We have decided that we will stay at this hotel every single time we stay in Cannes, as it’s unlikely our experience could have been any better.

Beautiful hotel at an amazing location. The bedroom was beautiful (Superior partial-sea view) although quite small. Loved that the bathroom had a private toilet, however the bathroom itself was very small (the shower was tiny). Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The hotel is very pompous on the outside but inside it’s dated. The rooms are small and inconvenient. For the amount of money they charged I would except to have a stand up shower . We had a shower in the tub with the shower head mounted from the ceiling, spilling everywhere and creating a lake every time you want to shower. Location on the beach is far from ideal. It’s the last on the strip and all the motor sports make the water dirty.

Beautiful view from room. Wonderful area to walk around. Great restaurants close proximity. Comfortable beds and huge rooms! Overall, wonderful experience! If you have time, schedule a lunch in Mougins ( La Cave De Mougins) and then to Grasse (perfumery). And definitely take the train to Monaco! Beautiful! The Majestic hotel will give you great ideas! Wow! What a find. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Can't wait to return. Everything about it is perfect. The hotel is amazing, the interior is so lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic probably the best we have ever had. The swimming pool is wonderful and the water lovely and warm. The hotel is opposite the seafront with beautiful views and beach area. It is also close to shops, restaurants and the town all of which are only a short walk. We will return, and are already looking at when we can come back.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes! From the comfortable bed, view of the sea, and the hotel and restaurant service, our stay could not have been better. The highlight was having a cocktail at the bar, and meeting Mehdhi, our mixologist. He made amazing cocktails, and went above and beyond, showing us the garden used to create the drinks, and the laboratory used to make edible perfume/oil for the cocktails. Truly amazing! Also , Chloe & Hamid, whom took care of us for dinner, at Ciro’s, were great! Chloe helped find my credit card, and both are skilled servers. We will definitely be back! .

Impressive lobby, valet parking, one of the best central locations. Very professional and friendly service. Lots of well dressed guests! Great swimming pool area, the perfect place to unwind.
