It is an older hotel with a small lobby but probably the best location in Cannes. The breakfast area is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable. I appreciated that there was a converter in the room for those who forgot theirs. The staff was pleasant and friendly. everything (toiletries, wifi, kitchenette) about this hotel seemed well-thought out and first rate.

´Esperábamos llegar a un gran hotel como lo mostraban las fotos, la recepción es muy pequeña, delante de nuestro balcón había un gran afiche publicitario que nos tapaba la vista al mar. La habitación agradable, pero el hotel tiene muy mal aislamiento y se escuchaban muchos ruidos de descargas de baño, duchas etc para colmo había una discoteca en frente y a pesar de tener ventanas anti ruido no pudimos dormir. Realmente una decepción.

I have walked past this hotel a million times. The building is one of the loveliest in the center of Cannes. The location is spectacular. I had a room with a balcony and a sea view which was superb. The room was quite small but very comfortable. If you are a petite woman, their bathtubs are possibly THE most comfortable in the world. I only stayed one night but I returned the next day to buy one of their perfect bathrobes. Due to the fact that it is showing its age, I would not rate it as a 5-Star hotel. I would rate it a 4.5. However, everything about it is splendid.

My card key for the door to my room kept failing to work. I had to go back down to réception 6 times to have them redo the key. They finally repaired the lock on my door; it was broken. The bathroom door stuck so badly it was very difficult to get back open. The hôtel is poorly maintained. They didnt' even apologize, much less offer me anything in return for their mistakes. A free drink or breakfast maybe? Not in this place.I decided to leave a Day early. The front desk rudely informed me that I had to leave by noon Thursday, even though my réservation was through Friday morning. They just wanted to resell the room in my absence. It's a shabby hôtel with very poor service. Avoid this place.

A shining beacon on the Cannes seafront. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but I have not been since before Covid. It would appear they have decorate the rooms as my room had a fresh and new feel to it. They have not detracted from the traditional Cannes feel, but a great hotel. Great bedding, great location, good breakfast but don’t get the fascination of Olive soap and shower products

I stayed in a double city view room for 3 nights on business. This isn't a super modern hotel, rather a classic type. It was clean, had kettle and coffee machine in room along with a TV and good wi-fi. It didn't haven an ironing board, however i am sure if i had asked for one they would have provided. Breakfast was pretty basic, but had fresh fruit and pastries and cereals. Location wise it is perfect as right opposite the Palais and in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars. Train station less than a 5 min walk if you need it. However, easy enough to get Taxi's and Uber's.

Friendly service and an immaculate room welcomed us. The bed was very comfortableand the air conditioning powerful. We had a beautiful view over the promenade and harbour. The only small issue we had was we couldn't stream or watch anything from our phones on the tv and the wifi signal wasn't good enough for the Google Chromecast we packed. We had a rainy day while in Cannes so just watched tv on our phones. The breakfast is a bit overpriced and not amazing although the staff are great and sitting out in the morning sun on the patio is lovely.

This hotel is a BEAUTY!! Authentic French Hotel , with all the antique luxuries like 5 star hotels used to offer and have been lost!!! Limoges soap dish, breakfast in the bedroom WELL SERVED! even with the newspaper . Full of elegant antiques !! to. top it ocean and marina view with balcony! Centrally located!!
