The property was that of a typical big chain hotel. The staff was extremely nice but while we were there, the air conditioning unit broke and for one night our room was hot. Our floor was ok the next day but the unit that cools the lobby was still not working and it was very hot, so you couldn’t sit and relax in the lobby comfortably.

Very nice communal areas, and the reception, restaurant and bar staff were great. I’d like to also mention the excellent service we had with our baggage, and it’s a shame we didn’t get to say thanks to the guy who helped us before we left! In terms of the room, it was very nice although the bathroom was a little dated. It would have been better if we had a shower instead of just one big bath. More air conditioning in the bedroom would have been good too.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was dirty - mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, the shelves in the closet were dusty and I cleaned the grime on the door next to the lock. The fitness center only had one treadmill and it was out of order.

Not worth the 4 stars. The Hotel’s breakfast experience was disappointing. Waiting 15 minutes for a fried egg, tea choices only flower flavored, where is the normal Earl Grey and Breakfast tea ? The room had an unpleasant sewage smell, impacting the overall stay negatively. However the location was great.

The room was filthy, bed/linens unsanitary and gross, the bathroom gross, the closet door falling off, the safe locked. Asked the front desk and he told me We are full you have to wait. Brought him pictures and he didn’t care. I had to sleep there because it was midnight. Wrote to manager and he didn’t respond. Called and placed a complaint and nobody has called me back. The next day I moved rooms but they didn’t give me a credit or an apology

-) at our arrival day we’ve noticed that the sheet and blanket had a bloodstain on it (how can the cleaning staff not see this kind of things when putting fresh and new sheets on the bed ?!). We’ve taken a picture of it and went down to the reception to tell them about that, the 2 ladies told us there is no cleaning staff at the hotel anymore to change the sheets of the blanket (again it had blood stain on it!) so we told them that we’re happy enough if we get a fresh sheet without blood on it, to at least cover ourself without a blanket. (We got handed over a sheet) NOW THE BEST PART -> The next day we’ve left the blanket sheet with the blood stain on it purposely on the ground (after telling the reception in the late evening about it - the day before they made a note) to get sure the cleaning staff realizes there is something „wrong“ with them and to get them exchanged (finally after not being done the night before), after leaving the hotel and comming back at night for sleep, we just realized they have fu**** used the same (!!!) sheet blanket with the bloodstain lying on the dirty hotel room floor again (!!!). We’ve turned the sheet upside down and tadaaaa the exact same blood stain has been there (of course we took a picture of proof!) again, which makes us ask ourself „do they ever change sheets?“. The location of the hotel is good, it’s not on a busy street which makes the area quiet and calm but inside noisy sadly.

The King Size bed was good and firm. The noise from The street was horrendous and it was virtually impossible to sleep. The breakfast was very good. Staff polite and helpful especially waiting and cleaning staff. It is close to Tram, fairly close to Rail and about 15 mins from the beach ( slow walk on a hot day). Triple glazing or a room at the back of the hotel is required but good standards otherwise.

Great location. Looks nice outside. Parking next door(not affiliated with the hotel) is reasonably priced. Rooms are very outdated. Carpets covered in bleach stains. Shower head falling off. Lots of caulking around the bathroom. Overall it's really old and requires serious updates. My team had 4 rooms during the stay and they were all like this. The location is very convenient. Close to everything. Walking distance from the beach(10 mins)

Very easy to get to from tube station from airport. Train station 10 minute walk, seafront 10 minute walk, breakfast was good, rooms nice (though no drawer space) but wardrobe space,free safe. Would use again.

Helpful staff, good size room, good area, nice breakfast an overall pleasant stay. The only downside was the lightening in the room. There wasn't a big lamp instead we had to light several small lamps all over the room to get it bright during the evenings. The breakfast was good, just enough options and everything for everyone. The staff helped us and were very kind and professional.

Booked for 3 night checked in at 10pm went to room ac was not working in the heat of 32c asked the desk is there something wrong the guy said yes your ac is broken down we are aware of it but can’t do nothing until Tomorrow morning couldn’t sleep at all they wouldn’t refund me so I can go elsewhere not fair at all.

This hotel is a 9 minute walk from the train station and it has a restaurant however we did not use it . There were many cafes close by and we chose to sample the local food. The room was nice and the tub and shower had grab bars which are so helpful to anyone in a different bath room. The staff were all helpful and polite. Madina checked us in and she was such a nice person to greet us. Not a major complaint however it would have been nice to have USB ports in the room for charging our phones.

Looking for a hotel in Nice can be a challenge but do not forget that Nice is not a big city so most of what you want to do and/or see is within walking distance. I did choose this hotel for its location and it is like 5-7 min walk to the beach/La Promenade des Anglais and 10 min or so to Place Massena. So great location. The hotel is a bit "old-ish" - but works. The gym is small. I got positively surprised by breakfast - but make sure to come early due to limited space. I also had a room on the higher-floor (7th) which I would highly recommend for the feeling of view and limited noise from the street.
