A modest and generic hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Felt overpriced for what it is, but I needed a room at the last minute so can’t complain. Staff are terrific, though!

First the good, the staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful, especially Victor. Reasonably priced, and a short walk across the bridge to the shops and restaurants - lots to choose from. Right along the river, beautiful view 1/2 block away. Unfortunately, our room had many problems. The bathroom floor was very dirty. Our safe didn't work but they quickly replaced it. Not sure why it was not bolted down... At 2am, it started to heavily drip water through our ceiling vent due to the air conditioning working overtime in the constant heat (90-100°.) The man on duty was very apologetic and brought towels. We were able to close a door to that area but it was difficult to sleep even with the muffled dripping noise. They offered breakfast as an apology for the dripping, we grabbed croissants but we did not have time to sit and eat since we had to walk to the public parking lot down the street due to the threat of possible vandalism to our rental car. Their own parking lot does not allow for electric cars. The public lot was nice and reasonably priced. If you're on a budget, the place is nice enough but bring a gasoline car and call to reserve a parking spot as they are limited. Also, be careful at night.

We arrived early to avoid the forecast storm (which didn't materialise) Staff were excellent and got us a room before the check in time. Staff also helped us get our boarding passes printed and gave excellent advice on where to go in Lyon

Nice hotel. Good location to restaurants and tours. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lift was not working but staff helped carry luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was good.
