4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. Good staff and service. The room was clean with a lovely view. The breakfast was very good. I had a larger car, so the parking was a little tight. You have to leave the garage to get to the elevator for the reception. The reception is on the 32nd floor and the hotel is attached to a large Westfield mall.

Séjour convenable, l'hôtel est bien, mais le service au restaurant est lent. Le service du petit déjeuner se termine à 10H et celui du diner à 22H30 ! Pour la période d'été c'est un peu juste. Michel a la réception est très gentil et serviable. La machine à café en libre service au lobby ne fonctionne pas. On sent que l'hôtel fourni le strict minimum de services ce qui est dommage vu le potentiel de l'hôtel, considéré comme un des meilleurs à Lyon. Dommage !

Interesting, thanks the reception desk is on the 32nd floor and our room on the 38th floor. That requires two separate elevators but you do have a spectacular view. Our booking entitled us to a free drink. We went to the bar where we were told that only included wine and no cocktails. Kind of cheap I’d say considering you could walk down the block and get an Aperol Spritz for €6! And we probably would have bought 2 or 3 more but instead we drank our small glass of wine and left the bar.

Room and bathroom really nice bed super comfy -- a couple of English TV channels - great views as the hotel is on the top 7 or 8 floors of a 40 story building - easy 10 min walk to the train station and also the shuttle tram to the airport - MUCH cheaper than a cab - buffet breakfast fine - bar and dining room perfectly OK but limited selections - a huge shopping mall is steps away - other than this a bit out of the way from attractions and the rivers

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.

Je suis plutôt déçue,merci pour le sur classement pour les 2jours sur places mais la chambre (37.23) était poussiéreuse sur les lampes et les draps. notamment,impossible d'utiliser la télé ,sûrement un problème de pile de la télécommande,2 ampoules grillées,des serviettes de toilettes tres réches,la bouteilles d'eau entamée,et une vitre brisée rafistolée..je. pense que cest une chambre qui n'a vue du monde pendant un bon moment. Le sol de la douche en plastique est très. glissant et craque Attente trop longue pour le dîner sur place . Belle vue mais cela na pas suffit J'ai fait la remarque à l'accueil ,ils ont faitl les réparations le lendemain mais tres en. desdous de la qualité de ce type d'hôtel je n'y reviendrai pas.

Nous avons pas eu expérience sympathique digne du Radisson. Je prioritisais Radisson dans le passé mais je ne le ferai plus jamais. Tout a été décevant, l’accueil glaçant, limite méchant. Vraiment le personnel à l’accueil (surtout la jeune fille avec un accent) devrez changer de métier car cette attitude arrogante, méchante ne colle pas dans le travail avec des humains.. Toute question complémentaire ou besoin d’aide - c’était comme on leur demandait de l argent voir pire. Très mauvais pour la réputation de cet hôtel, mais dans n’importe quel établissement ce type de comportement est inacceptable. Puis les chambres sont dans un très très mauvais état: serviettes sales, le linge de lit troué, le sol pleins de taches, et plein d autres. On ne viendra plus et biensur je vais conseiller les autres (surtout les séminaires qu on organisait dans cet hôtel, pour choisir tout autre hôtel que celui ci.

As communicated on check-in, this was the first time I arrived at a hotel early (12:30 p.m.) and rooms were available but would have had to pay €40 for that…not sure what extra cleaning would have been needed. Waited until 3:00 p.m. and waited in a long line up since many people had to wait, and check-in process was extremely slow (could have been avoided by checking in earlier). There was a pervasive chemical smell in the halls and entry to suite. Suite was surprisingly small for the price but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice view.

HOTEL SOLD MY PRE-PAID IN ADVANCE ROOM AND CLAIMED IT WAS NOW FULL! I had prepaid a twin bed hotel room over a month in advance. Was disgusted to find when arriving at 10pm that night that they had sold my room and the hotel was 'full'. Complete lack of ownership from the hotel and couldn't explain why they had sold my already paid-for room. Offered me a taxi and another hotel 15 mins away by car. I asked for the manager and told they weren't available. Only by standing my ground and insisting on a solution did they eventually call the manager. He simply confirmed the hotel was full and couldn't explain why my room had been sold. I told them this was their issue to solve. After a few minutes following this call, miraculously a room was then found in the 'full' hotel for us to check in. There was a greeting card pre-written in this room for another guest so clearly this was being kept for another guest or the next day. Horrible experience and not what I expect from a Radisson or being an Expedia VIP customer for many years. Had I not held my ground under considerable pressure, we would have ended up nowhere near where we needed to be for the short visit to Lyon.

Nice hotel. Contemporary design with rooms arranged around an atrium. Lobby and rooms on the upper floors of a mixed use building. Overall a positive hotel experience. One significant exception - the neighbourhood. It’s a short distance from the main Lyon train station and even on a Sunday you can easily walk to the hotel through the large shopping mall next door. A few steps past the hotel entrance and you begin to feel uncomfortable very quickly -especially after dark. And do NOT take the underground passage to the trains - even during the day the place is creepy. So, if you can work around the drawbacks of location, it’s a very nice hotel at a reasonable price point.

This is a good property with excellent accomodations. Great view from the room, clean bathroom, good beds. The area where it is located, however, is not great. It is far from the old town and the main touristic attractions, and it looks a bit like taken from the Blade Runner movies (= futuristic dystopia). The area has a whiff of La Defense in Paris, which is not exactly a praise in my view. Parking is free, but access to it from the hotel is inconvenient. Overall, I was fine and slept well, but it would have been a bit unpleasant for a long stay.

Et godt hotel med en god udsigt. Hvad der ikke var helt tydeligt for mig, var at hotellet går fra 32. til 39. etage, som var en positiv overraskelse. så alle burde have en god udsigt. Morgenmaden var middelmådig, med virkelig dårlig kaffe, bake-off croissant, der havde fået 2 min for længe og havde jeg ikke betalt, så var jeg nok taget på et bageri eller café. Alt i alt et godt hotel, men selvfølgelig også lidt dyrere end gennemsnittet.
