La devanture ne fait absolument pas envie, et c’est un vieil établissement. Pour autant, les chambres ont été rénovées et sont extrêmement propres et finalement très cosy. J’ai dormi comme un bébé, avec une très bonne literie et une très bonne insonorisation. J’imagine que les seuls bruits qui peuvent venir sont ceux du couloir, mais à l’heure où je suis rentrée, c’est plutôt moi qui en ai fait … Réception 24 heures sur 24. Très bon rapport qualité prix. En terme de situation, tout dépend de ce qui est recherché. Moi, j’étais juste en face de chez ma belle-fille. Parfait.

Alojamiento por un precio mas económico en las afueras de París. Llegada y barrio muy seguro. Fue limpio pero no especialmente tranquilo, las paredes son muy estrechos y se oue el ruido de los demás habitaciónes. No molestó porque no hacían fiestas. No se puede guardar el equipaje, me dijeron que lo dejara encima del sofá, que no me he atrevido.

A notre arrivée, on nous a stipulé que le parking étais déjà rempli ( nous sommes arrivés à 14h55), mais nous on conseillés un parking souterrains à une dizaine de minutes. Chambre très sale, des trous dans le mur vers la salle de bain , le coffre-fort non fonctionnel , la porte de l’armoire qui manque de se faire la malle. Dans la salle de bain, les traces de passage des anciens clients toujours présent sur la cuvette, des draps de bains à l’hygiène douteuse, mieux vaut ne pas toucher les murs ,vous risqueriez d’y rester collés… Le seul co

What you see in the pictures as 3 star hotel it’s even matching 1 star hotel. We have stayed 3 nights they never cleaned the room even not change the linens.everyday we have to ask towels. When we complained about room cleaning they were asked to go out of the the room. Even when we went out as per their request cleaning was not done. The bed was not comfortable. Toilet seat not fixed properly. It’s was moving around when we sat on it. Corridor was not cleaned for some time it’s dirty. Lift was so old and small only one person could accommodate with one luggage. Cleaning staff opened the doors without knocking with the master keys which was really disturbing. They switched off the AIr conditioner from the main board it was terribly hot in the night. So we didn’t have a good night sleep.

Hotel könnte modernisiert werden. Mitarbeiter konnten kaum englisch sprechen. Bett war sehr weich. Lage war sehr gut, wenn man nahe der Arena sein möchte. Gute Verbindung ins Zentrum mit der Metro. Man muss paar Minuten zur Metro laufen.

Il faudrait vraiment rénover cet hotel : déjà l'ascenseur n'est pas très propre, les couloirs non plus Il manquait une lampe de chevet côté droit, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain nous est restée dans les mains, pas de tapis de bain ; une bouilloire certes mais pas de tasse ou mug ni moindre sachet de thé ou tisane .... il manque de l'éclairage sur la table bureau Petit déjeuner correct il faut vraiment rénover .....

Not very clean. Nice location, but disappointed compared to the photos. It is a basic Hotel, with friendly staff, but not very clean (when I had to pick up something from under the bed, it was completely dusty).

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas impeccable, quelque petite tâche, et un cheveux dans la salle de bain. Il y avais du scotch partout dans la chambre, elle était dans un mauvais état. Sinon l'emplacement été très bien, proche de la défense arena, beaucoup de commerce a proximité. Le lit été confortable. Un peu déçu par rapport a mes attentes, mais convenable quand même, cela suffit pour quelques jours

Wir hatten das Familien Zimmer auf der obersten Etage. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall war es staubig, die Spinnweben wurden seit Monaten nicht entfernt. Haarföhn und Steckdose im Badezimmer war kaputt.

Die Lage des Hotels mit Anbindung an die Esplanade de la Defense ist sehr gut. Es gibt zahlreiche kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist bereits relativ alt. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und wurden vor unserem Aufenthalt nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Mülleimer war nicht geleert und im Kühlschrank befand sich noch Essen vom vorherigen Gast. Wir haben Haare gefunden und die Dusche war ziemlich verkalkt. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken, aber wir haben eine neue bekommen. Für den Preis war es okay, wir werden aber nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen.

Chambre vieillotte,mal isolée,une bouilloire sans café ni thé (étrange),salle de bain mal nettoyée (paroi de douche sale pleine d'éclaboussures,poils et cheveux près du lavabo , faïence limite ) Le lit a fait l'affaire pour une nuit ,mais la couette ne convenait pas pour le matelas...

Chambre ok, douche de coin un peu petite mais ok. Petit déj ok avec du choix (petit dej tradi pour moi). Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation des chambre, un soir j'entendais (un peu) les ronflements du voisin. Mais il faut avouer ils étaient violents.

Booked this hotel for a buisness trip and due to travel issues had to move my trip. Airline allowed me to rebook my flight but this hotel would not allow me a refund or even to hold a credit for future stay. Very disappointing service. Paid for over a week stay and never actually went here. Expedia tried to help but the hotel refused to make any accommodations

First couple of nights were alright, the person who worked the front desk was friendly. On my last night the person that worked the reception had all the lights turned off, was watching TV in the dark and was generally quite rude. I left my key in the room and he started shouting at me saying don't forget your key. Honestly a very unpleasant experience to deal with. The person that worked the front desk the first 2 nights was incredibly friendly however. Just the Sunday night I had a bad experience. I hope anyone who stays there doesn't have to deal with him.

Hotel könnte modernisiert werden. Mitarbeiter konnten kaum englisch sprechen. Bett war sehr weich. Lage war sehr gut, wenn man nahe der Arena sein möchte. Gute Verbindung ins Zentrum mit der Metro. Man muss paar Minuten zur Metro laufen.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Fijne (bad)kamer en schoon. Voor een stedentrip waarbij je alleen slaapt in het hotel, is het goed en goedkoop. Omgeving is weinig bijzonder, metro op 700 meter afstand was goed te doen.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas impeccable, quelque petite tâche, et un cheveux dans la salle de bain. Il y avais du scotch partout dans la chambre, elle était dans un mauvais état. Sinon l'emplacement été très bien, proche de la défense arena, beaucoup de commerce a proximité. Le lit été confortable. Un peu déçu par rapport a mes attentes, mais convenable quand même, cela suffit pour quelques jours

Die Lage des Hotels mit Anbindung an die Esplanade de la Defense ist sehr gut. Es gibt zahlreiche kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist bereits relativ alt. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und wurden vor unserem Aufenthalt nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Mülleimer war nicht geleert und im Kühlschrank befand sich noch Essen vom vorherigen Gast. Wir haben Haare gefunden und die Dusche war ziemlich verkalkt. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken, aber wir haben eine neue bekommen. Für den Preis war es okay, wir werden aber nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen.

Petit déjeuner non proposé le weekend car pas d'employés pour le service. Chambre vieillotte,mal isolée,une bouilloire sans café ni thé (étrange),salle de bain mal nettoyée (paroi de douche sale pleine d'éclaboussures,poils et cheveux près du lavabo , faïence limite ) Le lit a fait l'affaire pour une nuit ,mais la couette ne convenait pas pour le matelas...

Bon hôtel, mériterait un coup de jeune pour le rafraîchir, surtout dans les parties communes et en façades. 3 étoiles et pourtant l’hôtel en face donne plus envie niveau beauté. Toutefois, le personnel est sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse 👍 manque un coup de ménage supplémentaire pour que ce soit parfait

Chambre ok, douche de coin un peu petite mais ok. Petit déj ok avec du choix (petit dej tradi pour moi). Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation des chambre, un soir j'entendais (un peu) les ronflements du voisin. Mais il faut avouer ils étaient violents.

Il faudrait vraiment rénover cet hotel : déjà l'ascenseur n'est pas très propre, les couloirs non plus Il manquait une lampe de chevet côté droit, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain nous est restée dans les mains, pas de tapis de bain ; une bouilloire certes mais pas de tasse ou mug ni moindre sachet de thé ou tisane .... il manque de l'éclairage sur la table bureau Petit déjeuner correct il faut vraiment rénover .....

Good clean comfortable bed but air con didn't work. We were then provided with a fan which worked fine in June. Also able to borrow forks and glasses for takeaway meal eaten in the lounge area. Hotel in need of some TLC but for the price in Paris it was OK. The area of Puteaux is great

Booked this hotel for a buisness trip and due to travel issues had to move my trip. Airline allowed me to rebook my flight but this hotel would not allow me a refund or even to hold a credit for future stay. Very disappointing service. Paid for over a week stay and never actually went here. Expedia tried to help but the hotel refused to make any accommodations
