Aparthotel Adagio La Défense Esplanade

Underwhelmed and dismal. We arrived to find that their check in system and internet were down. They said they couldn’t check us in until it was up. We sat in the “lobby” for an hour while they sorted it out to only be told that they couldn’t check us in. And they put us in a room, that wasn’t correct for what was booked, once they looked at my reservation on my phone. They couldn’t see what rooms were Available. Also they couldn’t issue us keys, so our entire 3 day stay they had to unlock our room for us every time we wanted to enter our room. We booked a room with 2 beds but only got one, was told “that’s all we have.” The internet, Tv and Ac did not work the entire visit, we were told since it’s the weekend they don’t do any fixes. The room over all was dingy. Also they whole area is under construction so the only way in and out the hotel is thru tons of construction and no way to get luggage easy in with out many stories if stairs. The hotel overall was very loud with very little sound proofing from any other rooms.

Clean room and just what i needed for my business trip

We enjoyed our stay. Finding the hotel was easier than people say, it's simply down the steps under the Nest hotel. Apartment was nice, decent size and clean. Shower was good, air con worked well. Location for Metro and RER was excellent as well as La Defence arena which was our purpose of staying here.

The property is in bad shape in general - rooms are very small and aging There is no daily service to replace towels and beds have not been changed during 3 days of our stay there Definitively poor service
