Pratique: environ 30 mn de marche de l'arena. La petite piscine est top pour se rafraîchir après quelques km a pieds. Chambre correcte ras. Prochain concert on reprend cet hotel 😀

Arrivée facile, chambre parfaite pour la durée du séjour, parking payant mais couvert et sous terrain. Accueil rapide et sympathique tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Appréciable d'avoir machine à café, bouilloire et quelques dosettes/thé. Seul bémol, dans la SDB l'eau est inconstante soit brulante soit gelée mais difficile de la régler. Pas fan du rideau de douche également. Localisation parfaite à 10min d'un métro à pied dans un quartier qui ne craint pas.

Although it was not in the city Center you can get there with the metro and walk 10 min. I loved my stay in social hub because the room was so clean, the staff was extremely friendly and I could use the gym and the pool ! I would come here again and also recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Paris !

Tout s est bien passé, personnels accueillants, l hôtel est un peu en travaux , mais très propre , je suis sur que c est sera encore très beau quand tout sera fini, je vais renouveler d autre week-end en été en espérant profiter de la piscine 😅, nous avons passé un bon week-end,( un peu de salade des fruits et fromage blanc m a manqué)

Nous avons séjourné ici au mois d’août, Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour le parking gratuit disponible : arrivé à l’hôtel je demande une place : on m’indique qu’il n’y en a plus, qu’il n’y a que 8 places et qu’elles sont toutes prises Que pour stationner il faudra trouver une place dans la rue Heureusement en rentrant du concert j’ai réussi à trouver une place mais il faudrai prévenir en amont Ensuite nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit car la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, en plein mois d’août en pleine canicule nous avons souffert de la chaleur d’autant plus que la chambre était au 7eme et dernier étage Heureusement nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes Par contre niveau sécurité nous avons trouvé ça très moyen de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres en grand à une telle hauteur Nous ne reviendrons pas séjourner ici

Wish I stayed here longer! Room was so spacious and the amenities were a great change of pace compared to other hotels in Paris. I enjoyed being able to do my laundry easily on-site, there is a pool, and just an overall pleasant time. Thank you!

Hôtel propre mais j'avais réservé une place de parking et au final j'ai dû me garer dans la rue à plusieurs centaines de mètres, il aurait quand même fallu préciser que les places étaient limitées

Séjour hyper agréable, calme, ambiance branchée, salle de sport top, salle et petit déjeuner avec terrasse très propre, très fourni avec un choix incroyable, un personnel aux petits soins et hyper souriants. Cadre extérieur calme et reposant, on entend les oiseaux chantés le matin, surprenant pour Paris. Quartier bien fourni en resto et bar sauf le dimanche soir. Petit bémol la piscine était encore fermée mais on reviendra avec plaisir!

Budget option for Paris. The room size is okay. The shower drain was clogged and I had to change to another room after the first night. The shower pressure was a bit small. AC was not super powerful. The bed was comfortable.

Pas de menage sur mes 3 jours de séjour, alarme a incendie qui c'est déclenché cette nuit a 4h00 du matin sans forcément qu'il y est un guide serre file Pareille été un exercice un minimum de communication aurait été appréciable bref 1ere est dernière fois. J'ai par ailleurs demander un downgrade pour avoir le ménage est ne pas changer de chambre, on m'a en contrepartie offert le petit déjeuner le samedi mais ma carte ne fonctionner pas bref déçu très déçu

The Student Hotel was a good experience, but it was so close to being a a great one. My two sons and I spent 10 nights here in a family size room (three beds). Throughout that stay, the staff was very nice, but occasionally did open the door through the do not disturb sign. I our particular room, on my particular bed, the headboard would regularly shake when the surrounding room doors were closed, which could make mornings annoying. Everything was kept very clean, however, in a room meant for 4 people, there is one chair and zero desks. There are shared kitchens, but as tourists, we were not given access to those, however there is no fridge in the room and no way to make anything cool. This was very aggravating; no way to keep leftovers or just a snack cool. One of my sons is Type 1 Diabetic, so we like to keep a snack available, and were very limited to our options because there was no dorm fridge. But I would emphasize that the staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the walk to the metro was reasonable (though not short) and we enjoyed our stay. The price was fantastic, and we are very happy with our stay. However, the sub-par items: nowhere to sit, no fridge, thin walls, will not make our return certain, but we would not be upset to return, we really like the hotel.

J’ai trouvé que cet hôtel s’apparentait plus à une auberge de jeunesse avec son personnel très jeune, et l’atmosphère en général. Le passage du parking à l’hôtel est glauque. L’étage du resto pour petit déjeuner est un peu lugubre. L’ascenseur est très petit. Les chambres sont très petites. Peut convenir une nuit ou deux mais après, on commence à trouver le temps long.

The property is located in a nice area and close to a train station, however, the AC in the room did not work properly and the shower always ran really hot. We paid for breakfast but most of the days we had to leave early for the olympic games, activities, or to get to the airport and they could not accommodate with a to go breakfast so we wasted our money and did not get it back. Breakfast buffet was limited, not a lot of things to choose from. The Social Hub in florence had a wide variety of food and the service and amenities were way better there.

Client depuis plusieurs années, quelques nuits par en pour le travail je venais dans cet hôtel pour son emplacement. Mais c'est fini, la direction ne pense qu'à une chose l'argent et point barre, le service client ou l'écoute du client à oublier. J'ai demandé une seule fois soit un remboursement soit même un avoir car comme je l'ai dis je viens plusieurs fois par an sur Paris pour le travail pour cause de maladie. J'avais la grippe, justificatif du médecin si nécessaire et prévenu 48h avant mon déplacement, leur sens de la conciliation est proche du néant avec comme réponse "aucun remboursement est possible au revoir"

The hotel is located close to Metro line 1, so getting around Paris as so easy. The area where the hotel is located you feel safe, and it is clean. The social hub staff was amazing! Most of them spoke English or was willing to work with me on my baby french. The rooms were clean, large and bright.

Staff were extremely respectful and helpful, especially as I was having trouble with the washing machine application. The location was convenient and we were able to find restaurants and shops within a comfortable walking distance. I would stay here again

A notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre un momenet avant de trouver quelqu'un pour faire l'enregistrement, qui a d'ailleurs été long. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé une facture et je n'ai eu qu'une facture partielle. J4attends la facture totale à ce jour .J'ai été étonnée des taxes a payer lors de la réservation et aussi sur place. JE pensais que celles payées lors de la résa étaient les taxes de séjour et bien non. Et la taxe de séjour est chere sur cette ville....

Although it was not in the city Center you can get there with the metro and walk 10 min. I loved my stay in social hub because the room was so clean, the staff was extremely friendly and I could use the gym and the pool ! I would come here again and also recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Paris !

Accueil parfait, bonne disponibilité, chambre ok, petit manquement de mouchoirs en sdb. Juste décevant que des mégots de cigarette traînaient sur la terrasse. Pas de confiture aux fruits rouges au petit dejeuner,dommage. Un peu trop classique. Sinon tb pour le reste.

The property is located in a nice area and close to a train station, however, the AC in the room did not work properly and the shower always ran really hot. We paid for breakfast but most of the days we had to leave early for the olympic games, activities, or to get to the airport and they could not accommodate with a to go breakfast so we wasted our money and did not get it back. Breakfast buffet was limited, not a lot of things to choose from. The Social Hub in florence had a wide variety of food and the service and amenities were way better there.

Tout s est bien passé, personnels accueillants, l hôtel est un peu en travaux , mais très propre , je suis sur que c est sera encore très beau quand tout sera fini, je vais renouveler d autre week-end en été en espérant profiter de la piscine 😅, nous avons passé un bon week-end,( un peu de salade des fruits et fromage blanc m a manqué)

Séjour hyper agréable, calme, ambiance branchée, salle de sport top, salle et petit déjeuner avec terrasse très propre, très fourni avec un choix incroyable, un personnel aux petits soins et hyper souriants. I agree with all the other reviews. So glad me and my teenager stayed here 4 nights. We used metro line 1 //yellow line, to all the attractions. So quick and easy. Bolt to the airport Charles de Gaulle= max 24 euro for two, is not bad. During weekend it’s less option for eating breakfast and lunch. Quit, nice and safe area. Impressing part of the city. Business building (180.000 works here, all traffic is under the area). Impressing the staff, rooms, pool and facilities. Perfect medium size hotel. Eat very good ramen 3 min from hotel. Metro 10 min walk from hotel. The same a huge shopping center with food court. Free parking in the street. I will return

The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and having a pool during the Paris heatwaves is awesome. The only complaint I have is with the showers. It’s impossible to have a shower without partially flooding the bathroom. Put some shower screens in that enclose the shower. It is a nice design in thought but not in reality.
