We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

From checking in to leaving, the staff were exceptional. Great idea to have the option of having room cleaned at a time of our convenience or not since we had a 3 night stay. So no need to leave room early for cleaning.

From the staff to the hotel and bedrooms everything was excellent. Love the incentive that if you dont need your bedroom cleaned they offer you a snack or drink. Nice touches in the bedroom like tea/coffee maker, free water, safe, fridge and bathroom toiletries. All in all it was fabulous and highly recommend

Staff were lovely and accomidating, definitely not a four star hotel though. The property being in the east of berlin makes it not ideally located if youre hoping to do touristy activites( that is on myself for not checking the location) and the building itself might be more attractive with a pool or something. We had a comfortable stay but for the price paid i expected more.

The only bad thing about the hotel, especially in the rooms, is that the old, stained, stained carpet, including a smell of old or cigarettes, when the air is still, but I know it's a decision of the owner of the hotel or the corporation whose runs it, and not of the staff of the day. Das Personal war durchweg nett und bemüht, dafür ein großes Lob. Leider war mein Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr enttäuschend: Das erste Zimmer roch stark nach Zigaretten, im zweiten lief mir nachts ein Insekt über das Gesicht. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde mir verweigert. Die Zimmer sind klein und zwecksmäßig. Das Mobiliar und das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Hier müsste mal ein wenig renoviert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr lecker und ausreichend. Man muss aber beachten, das man nur bis 10:00 Uhr frühstücken kann. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten am Brandenburger Tor.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Im Prinzip alles OK beim Hotel und Preis-Leistung war top bei 95 Euro/Nacht. Es reicht für gutes Schlafen, ist aber nicht der Burner mit Wohlfühlcharakter.

Das NH Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und man kommt fussläufig gut zur U- Bahn, zum Szeneviertel, Einkaufszentrum und wenn man einen Spaziergang machen möchte aus zum Alex.

Good hotel , helpful staff . Have stayed in this area before , it’s a bit out of town but plenty of restaurants within a 20 minute walk and good transport connections to the centre of Berlin again probably only 20 minutes away. Area can seem bit unsafe at first glance but all is ok when you get used to it.

The hotel location was perfect for my needs. The staff is wonderful, especially the cleaning one. The breakfast is great, enough of options, and they're open to requests. The only bad thing about the hotel, especially in the rooms, is that the old, stained, stained carpet, including a smell of old or cigarettes, when the air is still, but I know it's a decision of the owner of the hotel or the corporation whose runs it, and not of the staff of the day. Thank you.

Die Zimmer sind klein und zwecksmäßig. Das Mobiliar und das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Hier müsste mal ein wenig renoviert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr lecker und ausreichend. Man muss aber beachten, das man nur bis 10:00 Uhr frühstücken kann. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten am Brandenburger Tor.

Clean room and nice bathroom, but very worn and shabby carpet. Breakfast was good and a special plus for the samovar and small teapots for us non-coffee drinkers. A smell of sewage in the lifts and stair case.

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.
