The hotel is excellent in every way. There are bus stops nearby (about 200 m). The room is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. The attitude towards guests deserves special praise. Free coffee and free drinking water in the lobby. I recommend this one to everyone.

La nuestra fue una visita relativamente corta, solo 4 noches. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con vista a la Olivaer Platz. El CItadines esta muy bien ubicado, cercano al subterráneo y omnibus para moverse sin problemas por toda la ciudad. Muy cerca de la Avenida Kurfürstendamm y las grandes tiendas como Primark, Galeria (ex Karstadt o Kaufhof), etc. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar antes consultas. En planta baja (EG) se puede tomar café o té de cortesía. Tiene un supermercado Rewe muy cerca para las compras. Solo le faltó una mesa baja para apoyar el equipaje, pero tenía hasta plancha y tabla de planchar.

Die Lage des Citadines Apartment Hotel ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle Olivaer Platz ist ca 70 Meter entfernt , U-Bahn Adenauer Platz ca. 500 Meter. Also sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Desweiteren ist in der selben Straße ( Konstanzer Straße ein Rewe Supermarkt. Der Check in war freundlich. Probleme mit dem Zimmer wurden am nächsten Morgen sehr gut geregelt, so das ich nach einer Nacht in ein Zimmer der selben Kategorie umziehen durfte. Die Preise waren Anfang Januar fair mit 70€ pro Nacht in der günstigsten Zimmerkategorie über Expedia. Was mich nur wirklich verwundert hat das in den Zimmern dieser modernen Hotelkette ältere Haushaltskühlschränke stehen. Da der Küchenbereich offen ist, ist es schon etwas störend beim Schlafen. Der Küchenbereich ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man an Töpfen und Geschirr braucht ist vorhanden. Zumal sonst auch alles gut ist. W-Lan und Fernseher laufen sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Kaffeevarianten und Tee rund um die Uhr in der Lobby gratis. Einlass nur mit Klingel. Das schützt vor ungebetenen Besuchern. Auch der Empfangsbereich ist eine Art "Lounge". Hat mir gefallen. Wenn man die alten Kühlschränke gegen moderne und leise Kühlschränke austauschen würde , wäre das Hotel perfekt.

Parking in Berlin is a nightmare! Fortunately, at the end weeks of August, enough people are on vacation that most times near the hotel a spot could be found! Good location to get to where we needed to be. Staff were very good.

Die Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der 24/7 Gratis-Kaffee hat außergewöhnlich gut geschmeckt. Bei Abreise versehentlich im Zimmer vergessene Kleidung wurde uns sofort sehr preisgünstig geschickt. Kein Kurz-Parkplatz zum PKW Be- und Entladen, ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Overall ok. Just two minor problems. -At 4.30 morning an emergency signal required all guests to evacuate due to ”technical failure” and listen to information from the staff. There was no information during nearly 60 minutes of just standing on the street. The problem was solved after fire fighters check on site, and did not happen again the next nights. -At the time only one elevator worked.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic noise, but when you close the window you don't hear a thing. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room had a small kitchenette that was very cute.

Golvet var inte städat när vi kom, men ordnades nästa dag. Städningen efter tre dagar var utmärkt. Vi saknade instruktioner till diskmaskin och hur sopor skulle hanteras, t.ex. om sortering.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything is brand new. We had a room with two twin size beds. All rooms have a kitchen with a good size fridge, stove, dishwasher and kitchen supplies. There is also a kettle and a toaster. Our room had a street view. You are able to open the windows for fresh air. It is an apart-hotel so they don’t clean the rooms everyday. We got one clean in 10 days which was fine. You can ask the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, soap and basically anything you need, whenever you want. There are also laundry facilities which work through an app. The room had a nice size TV, big closet and a small dining room. The hotel is located right beside the Ku’damm where all the high-end boutiques are. There is an excellent organic supermarket (Alnatura) in front of the hotel. Also a regular supermarket (Rewe) about 5 minutes away. The closest subway station is Adenauerplatz which is a 5 mins walk. There are so many good restaurants in the area too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to feel like a local in Berlin.

Et meget bra leilighetshotell. Ren fin leilighet. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Litt mye støy fra gaten gjorde at vinduer bør være lukket om en ikke har ørepropper. Frokost var ikke så bra. Tomt for mye 45-60 min før den var over, det gjaldt både drikke og i varmebuffet. Alt i alt så bra at det godt kan bli bosted en annen gang i Berlin. Er en mange slik vi var (7 ) , så er det ideellt.

The hotel is well located, property was clean. On duty personal was OK but not very amicable. we stayed one week and the room was cleaned only once! we are long past the covid days !. We had to ask for towels to be changed...

We are a famlily of four and had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need. Bakeries just outside on the street, 300m to supermarket, and a short walk to Kurfürstendam. Busses near by. The room we had was spacius, with a small kitchen. It had all the basics you might need. We bought our own breakfast at the bakeries, but the hotel offers a breakfast buffet as well. Did not try it, but it looked nice. Only thing to note is that the sofabed is not really suitable for adults, only children would be able to sleep well in it.

The hotel is excellent in every way. There are bus stops nearby (about 200 m). The room is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. The attitude towards guests deserves special praise. Free coffee and free drinking water in the lobby. I recommend this one to everyone.

Die Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der 24/7 Gratis-Kaffee hat außergewöhnlich gut geschmeckt. Bei Abreise versehentlich im Zimmer vergessene Kleidung wurde uns sofort sehr preisgünstig geschickt. Kein Kurz-Parkplatz zum PKW Be- und Entladen, ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Overall ok. Just two minor problems. -At 4.30 morning an emergency signal required all guests to evacuate due to ”technical failure” and listen to information from the staff. There was no information during nearly 60 minutes of just standing on the street. The problem was solved after fire fighters check on site, and did not happen again the next nights. -At the time only one elevator worked.

La nuestra fue una visita relativamente corta, solo 4 noches. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con vista a la Olivaer Platz. El CItadines esta muy bien ubicado, cercano al subterráneo y omnibus para moverse sin problemas por toda la ciudad. Muy cerca de la Avenida Kurfürstendamm y las grandes tiendas como Primark, Galeria (ex Karstadt o Kaufhof), etc. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar antes consultas. En planta baja (EG) se puede tomar café o té de cortesía. Tiene un supermercado Rewe muy cerca para las compras. Solo le faltó una mesa baja para apoyar el equipaje, pero tenía hasta plancha y tabla de planchar.

Die Lage des Citadines Apartment Hotel ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle Olivaer Platz ist ca 70 Meter entfernt , U-Bahn Adenauer Platz ca. 500 Meter. Also sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Desweiteren ist in der selben Straße ( Konstanzer Straße ein Rewe Supermarkt. Der Check in war freundlich. Probleme mit dem Zimmer wurden am nächsten Morgen sehr gut geregelt, so das ich nach einer Nacht in ein Zimmer der selben Kategorie umziehen durfte. Die Preise waren Anfang Januar fair mit 70€ pro Nacht in der günstigsten Zimmerkategorie über Expedia. Was mich nur wirklich verwundert hat das in den Zimmern dieser modernen Hotelkette ältere Haushaltskühlschränke stehen. Da der Küchenbereich offen ist, ist es schon etwas störend beim Schlafen. Der Küchenbereich ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man an Töpfen und Geschirr braucht ist vorhanden. Zumal sonst auch alles gut ist. W-Lan und Fernseher laufen sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Kaffeevarianten und Tee rund um die Uhr in der Lobby gratis. Einlass nur mit Klingel. Das schützt vor ungebetenen Besuchern. Auch der Empfangsbereich ist eine Art "Lounge". Hat mir gefallen. Wenn man die alten Kühlschränke gegen moderne und leise Kühlschränke austauschen würde , wäre das Hotel perfekt.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything is brand new. We had a room with two twin size beds. All rooms have a kitchen with a good size fridge, stove, dishwasher and kitchen supplies. There is also a kettle and a toaster. Our room had a street view. You are able to open the windows for fresh air. It is an apart-hotel so they don’t clean the rooms everyday. We got one clean in 10 days which was fine. You can ask the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, soap and basically anything you need, whenever you want. There are also laundry facilities which work through an app. The room had a nice size TV, big closet and a small dining room. The hotel is located right beside the Ku’damm where all the high-end boutiques are. There is an excellent organic supermarket (Alnatura) in front of the hotel. Also a regular supermarket (Rewe) about 5 minutes away. The closest subway station is Adenauerplatz which is a 5 mins walk. There are so many good restaurants in the area too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to feel like a local in Berlin.

Et meget bra leilighetshotell. Ren fin leilighet. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Litt mye støy fra gaten gjorde at vinduer bør være lukket om en ikke har ørepropper. Frokost var ikke så bra. Tomt for mye 45-60 min før den var over, det gjaldt både drikke og i varmebuffet. Alt i alt så bra at det godt kan bli bosted en annen gang i Berlin. Er en mange slik vi var (7 ) , så er det ideellt.

Excellent hotel! Arrived quite early, before the check-in time, after a long flight, super nice welcoming by the hotel staff and got the room upon arrival. The rooms are clean and well equipped. well located property within easy walking to a host of great restaurants, my favourite was the Lebanese across the Park 100 yards from hotel. Kurfurstendamm was 150 yards and access to the city very easy. Staff were welcoming and efficient and room spacious and clean - all that was needed for a hassle free well priced stay in the centre.
