Larnaca LIV & CO Suites

We would 100% stay there again but there are a few ways that it could improve. 1. The breakfast is 15 euros per person but it wasn’t value for money. The way it could be improved is to cover the food to stop flies. The tea / coffee machine wasn’t working. More options for cereals which is an easy win like cornflakes. More options for the omelettes like ham or onions or tomatoes etc. 2. There were some events that meant we didn’t have access to the roof top swimming pool and the wedding music was really loud but honestly we get it but it would be good to have a better heads up so we aren’t kept up late. 3. There are two pools I would recommend having vending machines or at least to have someone there to offer drinks or snacks while you sit at the pool that is definitely a missed opportunity. What we really liked was the cards with food, restaurants, things to do - amazing that was a lovely add. We really liked the gym which was really nice but would suggest a water machine or a vending machine with water bottles. We liked the amenities in the rooms they were really good but we thought we had a washing machine in the room which is incorrect for the flats you have to go downstairs to use them which is included. Parking is amazing would recommend renting a car. Really close to Larnaca and 30 mins to Napa, all easy to find with hire car.

Very nice facility and team. You need to fix the entrance to the area; it's not a pleasant experience for the drivers.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet.

Cocktails and pizza on a friday night. Well the bar was closed, we had to buy drinks from reception which was not a great selection very minimal after complaining. Then we paid for pizza and it never came. The lady was just going round taking card payments and not delivering. Terrible service only positive was the Housekeeping they went above and beyond if anything we felt comfortable asking them for assistance and didnt bother reception because they didnt care, there answer was always no and they were on their phones the whole time. One particular member of staff was constantly rude cannot say what her name was as none of the staff members wore name tags. The apartment was nice, clean, modern and had everything you needed. We didnt have breakfast so cannot comment
