Check in unfriendly and automated. No welcome. No friendly small talk. Bed uncomfortable. Room cleanliness only ok. Shower good. Wifi good. Unfriendly check out too. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great experience staying in fragrance Rose hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants.The hotel provided housekeeping service every day is very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them.👏👏👏 Thank you very much! Will be back.🙏
