Property was okay well maintained in prime areas but looking a bit tired in the rooms. Prefer sliding doors vs solid doors to balcony when booking with a balcony and oceanfront or view. Bathrooms for pool area was a portable bathroom. Note: need to do stairs to go to beach area. Tiki bar doesn't have a view of the ocean only a dune.

our only *issue* was we asked mid-way through our stay for our front hall/bathroom to be swept. As far as i could tell it was not- not the end of the world. As the hotel is on the beach sand is expected. Staff was amazing, Bar area was very nice- bar area very nice. We only had breakfast our last morning and it was very good (as i am from New Hampshire i wish they had real maple syrup lol) This was our second time at this property and loved how they are pet friendly- sooooooo sooooo many dogs!!! Loved it
