Non è un Kempinski. Lontanissimo dagli standard della catena. Tazzine sporche in camera, nemmeno un bollitore per il tè e nonostante mi aveste scritto che i 36 euro di bonus come cliente silver, si potevano utilizzare sia per la colazione che per il parcheggio, non avendo io fatto colazione, non mi sono stati scontati per il parcheggio

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, frisch renoviert. Auf unserer Anfrage, ob wir unsere Zimmer mit Duschbad gegen ein Zimmer mit Wannenbad tauschen könnten wurde sofort reagiert. Wir bekamen ein anderes- leider kleineres Zimmer. Es wäre kundenfreundlich gewesen, wenn das vorher kommuniziert worden wäre! Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Leider haben die Innenarchitekten/ bzw. Einrichter eher die Optik in den Vordergrund gestellt. Unpraktisch:… kein Handtuchhalter im separatem WC, keine Ablageflächen im Hauptbad, kein Kofferstühlchen. Zudem gab es nur ein Duschgelfläschchen für zwei Personen- vielleicht ein Versehen? Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt recht düster/ das Beleuchtungskonzept ließ uns manchmal etwas verzweifeln….. vielleicht sind das alles Luxusprobleme- aber in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte alles passen….

This is one of the best hotels I have seen. The rooms are spacious and big. Everything there is very stylish and up to date. Love the interior of the hotel. The restaurant was also pretty good and accommodating of my food allergies. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s in the heart of the city and is quite accessible to everything. I will definitely want to come back to this city and will love to stay in this hotel again!

This is a very special 5-star hotel. Standing at the entrance gate of this former palace, the Dresden Opera House (Semperoper) and the Zwinger palace are right next door. High ceilings with beautiful crown moldings decorate the hallways and rooms. Our room had an extra half bath—a first. Service was immaculate.

Ein beeindruckendes Hotel mit erstklassigem Ambiente, aber Service mit Luft nach oben Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski war insgesamt angenehm, doch im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch (vor der Renovierung) musste ich einige Abstriche beim Service machen. Check-In & Empfang: Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, ich fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Besonders angenehm war, dass mich die Rezeptionistin sogar persönlich zum Zimmer begleitete – ein schöner Touch, der echten Luxus widerspiegelt. Zimmer & Renovierung: Ich erhielt das gleiche Zimmer wie bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt und war absolut begeistert vom neuen Design! Die Renovierung ist hervorragend gelungen, mein Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, hochwertig ausgestattet und wirkte modern, ohne den klassischen Charme des Hauses zu verlieren. Gastronomie & Room Service: Leider konnte mich der Service in den Restaurants und beim Room Service dieses Mal nicht überzeugen. Das Essen im Palais Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, und der Service war zwar aufmerksam, aber wenig herzlich – fast lustlos. Auch beim Room Service, den ich mehrfach für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzte, erlebte ich das gleiche Gefühl von Distanz. Nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht warm und gastfreundlich. Gastronomie & Room Service: Leider konnte mich der Service in den Restaurants und beim Room Service dieses Mal nicht überzeugen. Das Essen im Palais Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, und der Service war zwar aufmerksam, aber wenig herzlich – fast lustlos. Auch beim Room Service, den ich mehrfach für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzte, erlebte ich das gleiche Gefühl von Distanz. Nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht warm und gastfreundlich. Zudem fehlte auf dem Serviertisch die sonst übliche Blumendekoration – eine Kleinigkeit, die in der Luxushotellerie aber einen großen Unterschied macht. We had a very Pleasant stay at the hotel, the Room was excellent and the breakfast too. Service was very good and everything working smooth and fine at check- in and out. SPA area very nice, as usual in Germany are the saunas textile-free, not for very body!

Beautiful hotel just by the city castle. Parking is around the corner underneath the hotel. Wonderful amenities; we stayed in a big room that was more than enough for me, my husband and my daughter. Pity that we only stayed for 2 nights.
