Room looked out to a wall 20 feet away. Location is conveniently near train station, but also on the same street as an adult theater, and the street is has beggars… I did want my young adult daughter exploring without an escort. Otherwise, the hotel was great: the staff efficient and helpful, the restaurant in the hotel was good, plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close by.

Stayed 4 nights

I am giving my stay a score of 4 due to a few significant service and housekeeping issues that affected my experience. 1. Lack of Privacy & Interrupted Rest: On one of the days, housekeepers entered my room at 10:00 AM unnecessarily, waking me up and interrupting my rest. 2. Housekeeping & Unresolved Amenity Issues: From my very first day, I noticed that the hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was filled with water instead of soap. I personally approached a housekeeper in the hallway and politely asked her to check and refill it. Unfortunately, nothing was done for the remainder of my stay, and it was extremely uncomfortable having to step into the bathtub every time I wanted to wash my hands. Furthermore, I found hairs on the bathroom wall, which showed a clear lack of thoroughness in cleaning. 3. Pending Security Deposit: Additionally, a security deposit was pre-authorized/charged at check-in. It has now been 4 days since my check-out and the hold/charge has still not been released or canceled. I would appreciate it if you could look into this immediately and ensure the deposit is refunded/released to my card. I hope this feedback helps management improve housekeeping communication and front-desk processing.

Location is central in Munich, the hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant in the hotel was very limited in dining options. The neighborhood was simply ok but because it is very near the train station it was good. Staff was nice but when questioned the answers were always different. I’d honestly probably stay there again if I am ever visiting Munich.
