Hotel is close to Munchen hbf station, about 8-10mins walk. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Staff is very happy and helpful. The carpets in the room need replacement. They look old. The hotel has a bar in the ground floor. There is a theater right next door if you want to catch any performance. The hotel has luggage storage option which was helpful for us.

I understood why the hotel does not post photos of the rooms, they are terrible, outdated furniture and zero design or decoration. On top of that, the hotel is surrounded by middle east restaurants mainly and it does not make you feel safe. Terrible choice

This is a hard property to rate. Location: Close to the old town. Area feels a bit sketchy in the afternoon/evening. It is ok, during the week day. Staff: The old man at check in was lovely. Free tea and coffee in the morning which is a nice touch. Pictures: Although likely technically accurate, I would argue they are photographed really well and not quite representative of what is a very basic hotel. That being said, what looks like a great value find, it priced about right for what you get. Parking: About 2 blocks away. Very sketchy garage that smells of urine but this is no the hotel to be clear, just the parking lot with the discounted rate. You are locked in from 11 pm to 7 am with no staff on site. One person cannot leave the room without locking the other one in. No a/c or fan. Room was hot. Overall ok as long as you expect basic budget accommodation and not the pictures of the theatre next door.
