I absolutely love this hotel. It is chic but also affordable and comfortable. My only “complaint” is that I wish there was a proper workout room. There is no treadmill and only a rowing machine and the room is so small you cannot move around

Lovely, cosy and well appointed hotel. Staff super friendly and discreet. Hotel is a bit of a maze in a charming way, and has several small but very comfortable public spaces - including lobby with small bar, larger bar, restaurant, and roof terrace which looked beautiful with its Christmas decorations and had a surprise honesty bar. The room was slightly smaller than anticipated and the interior view was disappointing, however it was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and with a brand new compact bathroom.

Helt til grin at reklamere med “fitness center”. Jeg valgte specifikt hotellet pga. fitness center, det var mit eneste søge filter, udover lokation. Ydermere var der ikke mulighed for træne på det ønskede tidspunkt, fordi der kun kan være en på værelset. Og det er hvad det er.. et hotelværelse med en bænk og nogle håndvægte. Fin morgenmad og værelse, og nem indtjekning.

What a gem. This hotel design is so thoughtful in its many gathering spaces. The colors are muted and welcoming, and it smells fragrant and calming. The rooftop deck and honor bar are a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

A great hotel with amazing location in the middle of Copenhagen with Nyhavn just around the corner and the water front just outside the hotel! Very nice rooms with all the amenities you want. Great breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect parking possibilities with EV charging for a reasonable price in a garage a minute walk from the hotel.

Great location next to the buzz of the city and canals. Sidewalk restaurants were right behind the hotel, and the hotel had outside dining as well. Breakfast buffet was very good and with various dishes (breads were outstanding). Coffee machines were excellent (expresso, americano, latte, etc). The building is a landmark and refurbished. The roof-top tops it off with a panoramic view, comfortable seating, and the Honesty Bar.

Vi brugte p hus så det var ingen problem

Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen, sehr gute Sandwichbar, kein hoteleigener Parkplatz aber öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe (nach Hotelkonditionen an der Rezeption fragen).

Rent och fint rum. Fint inrett. Bra frukostbuffe. Trevligt läge.

Room cleaness not satisfactory.

Gode rene værelser og venlig personale. Og ikke mindst god beliggenhed i forhold til shopping og gode restauranter.

Our large deluxe room was neither as large nor as deluxe as I’d have liked. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The air conditioning was loud (but essential during a warm spell!). The bathroom floor had not been cleaned very well and we found a hair grip and empty packet on it that must have been from the previous guests - it also smelt. The location is perfect for exploring the city on a wide quiet street. Close enough to lots of bars and restaurants but far enough away to not suffer from noise.

Litt dårlig renhold, vannkoker virket ikke,men ble byttet. Lyspærer i lampe virket ikke.

Welcoming, very clean, great atmosphere

Rent og fint rom. Litt lite, men det gjorde nytten. Personale og service helt greit. Aircondition greit. Bra frokost. Koselig avslapningsområde/stue/ peisrom. Ikke noe å utsette på, så kommer nok igjen.

DO NOT STAY here if you are a ligth sleeper or need the room to be cold to sleep. The hotel only says the AC can get the room to 21 Celcius, or roughly 70F. My room never was able to get that cold, even with the windows open. So you have to hear a lot of construction or street noise also to chill your room at night. I moved rooms once and was trying my best to make it work (ear plugs, night mask) and overall this was the worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The staff is really nice, and the location of the hotel is amazing, but overall I can't recommend staying here to anyone unless they like a really warm hotel room and are deep sleepers.

Great location, friendly stuff, room could be hit and miss. We got very strange small, dark and uncomfortable room at first, room 402. Next morning we asked about the other room and was moved to room 417. Great size, a lot of light , not even comfortable with the first one. If both rooms are at the same category, it is very strange. Otherwise we enjoy our stay

The hotel itself is nice and clean but the rooms are incredibly small.

Great location, nice terrace and bar area. Our room was overlooking internal courtyard so no natural daylight which made it a bit dark and difficult to tell what the weather was! Ask for a room with an external window. Would stay again but would ask for a different room next time.

Property is in excellent location. Perfect location for Nyhavn area. It is clean and well maintained. Common areas are lovely. BUT, Rooms are very small, a deluxe room hardly fits two people. Hallways are so narrow it’s claustrophobic feeling. Hallways are so narrow housekeeping staff cannot use a cleaning cart to service rooms. Though most properties have similar small rooms. Air conditioning could not be set below 21C so room was very warm and humid making comfortable sleep impossible. Bathroom was very very very small and had no exhaust fan.

Single værelse er meget småt, men ellers godt hotel

Ekstremt små rom, uten mulighet for frisk luft - vindu inn i atrium. Koselig men smått.

Super charmerende hotel, dejlig rent værelse. Udsigt var der desværre ikke noget af, da man blot kiggede ind i “gården”.

We do not recommend staying in the hotel’s junior suite. It is positioned underneath the rooftop bar and is incredibly noisy - chairs scraping and stomping of feet from breakfast service at 7:30am, until 10:30pm at night. Made even worse when the DJ performs. Attempts to resolve the issue were made but there was no suitable solution for us at the time. Family enjoyed their stay in the penthouse apartment, and in a room overlooking the street. Many rooms are not external and face into the covered atrium. Some are totally internal facing reception or a brick wall. We were incredibly unlucky with the junior suite and regret booking this room. The area around the hotel is perfect and we were very happy with the location. The breakfast was good.

We looked forward to our stay but this was not to be from the start - we were made to endure a cumbersome online check-in process and even had to download an app. The concierge (blonde hair above shoulders) then told us dismissively to check our room number via the app and to use it to access our room. However, the app was faulty and the same concierge grudgingly gave us a physical card. But all the other guests used physical cards? Despite being rated 4 stars by hotelstars.eu, the hotel didnt meet these criteria: no pillow menu, only one chair, no side table and didnt provide bedroom slippers on demand. It is egregious how the hotel tried to game this - the same blonde hair staff told us that the hotel only had 1 pair of slippers when we asked for 2. We asked for a 2nd pair the next evening and a curly dirty blonde hair concierge gave the same excuse. A hotel with 100+ rooms ran out of slippers? The concierge (shoulder length blonde hair) told us that we were entitled to complimentary breakfast when we asked on 1 May. We also double checked with the restaurant staff. No one told us otherwise when we went for breakfast over the next 5 days; we’re simply asked to pay when we checked out on 4 May. The concierge sarcastically replied “Thats a lot of breakfasts.” when we explained. We paid anyway. I’ve travelled extensively in Europe and Asia for work and personal but never have I been treated so shamefully. The only reason I can think of – maybe because I am Asian?

An excellent hotel with efficient business-like and friendly staff.

Requested 6:15 wake up call , call was made at 6:40, not good! Requested taxi to airport at 6:45. When went downstairs at 6:40 we’re told someone else had taken our taxi and we had to wait until another taxi came.

Tucked just behind the Nyhavn strip of restaurants and only a short walk away from some of the sights it was a great base to explore the city. The room is small as expected in the city but it was designed well and was comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Hotel SKT. Annæ. From the moment we stepped into the lobby the staff was friendly and gracious. Our room was ready for us and we found it to be clean and well outfitted. The location was excellent, sitting on a fairly quiet street but close to all of the fun things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent location, easy walking distance to attractions, pretty hotel, tres chic. However, there is nothing like arriving at your hotel and having 3 front desk people watch you struggle to check in on the auto-check in machine - please can i just check in. Then the e-key didn't work getting me up the stairs, etc.

Dejligt hotel med super god beliggenhed helt i centrum af København. Gå afstand til alle seværdigheder. Værelset var lille, men hyggeligt, pænt og rent. Vi var heldige at der var “festlig fredag” på ankomstdagen, hvor der var gratis vin i en time mellem kl 17 og 18. Meget dejligt! Vi havde ikke bestilt morgenmad, da jeg ikke spiser morgenmad, men det var nemt at finde bager/café lige rundt om hjørnet, hvor min mand kunne få en kop kaffe og en bolle. Desværre var det ikke muligt at få et bord på hotellets restaurant, da alt var optaget.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. Everywhere we wanted to see was within walking distance. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff took excellent care of us.

Bed was ok, the room itself was fine but not notable (except for the flooding from the shower and lack of towels so you could deal with flooding. The common area downstairs was gorgeous and the breakfast was impressive. Might be the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in Europe- maybe anywhere. The location to the Metro and Nyhavn was great. Was my first time in Copenhagen and I would definitely go back if I returned.

The hotel is extremely well located and convenient for so many of the star attractions of this wonderful city. Many of the rooms are small although well fitted out. The hotel has a modern chic feeling and the staff were all very helpful. A good breakfast buffet and the Shrimp restaurant provides excellent and well presented evening meals. Altogether a great place to stay.
