I booked through a very popular website when I showed up at the property. I was told that my reservation was canceled. I should’ve got an email from them not Hotels.com, which I booked through. I was treated probably the worst I’ve ever been treated by a hospitality manager at a facility I would not recommend this place. They were rude. I asked two questions and at the end of the second question about who is responsible for the money I paid he told me to leave his hotel or face trespassing charges not only do I not recommend this hotel I have written a formal complaint not only to him to the hotel management to the hotel ownership and to the website that I booked through luckily the hotel website Hotels.com not only reimburse me immediately. They gave me $100 credit to the new hotel and help me book that new hotel, which ended up being a four-star hotel in Denver. I couldn’t be happier about that but this hotel and the manager was the worst I’ve ever been a part of.

First, the location is quite inconvenient, as there are no commercial facilities nearby—no restaurants, shops, or services within walking distance. On the positive side, the property itself is very new, and the room includes a kitchen. However, it was disappointing to find that there were no cooking utensils provided, which makes the kitchen essentially unusable. Another issue was the lack of basic amenities in the room. There were no face towels—only bath towels and hand towels were available. At night, the front desk closes and is secured with a rolling shutter, which makes the place feel more like an apartment building rather than a hotel, and it can be a bit unsettling. The most unacceptable part of the stay was that the entire hotel only has four hair dryers available for guests, which is extremely inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is new, several important details need improvement to meet basic hospitality expectations.

BEWARE! The staff is very unprofessional here. I had a very outrageous experience at this location upon trying to check-in. As I pulled into the parking lot, a vehicle sped across the lot and cut me off, very close to my vehicle. I honked at that car and continued to park. After I did so, I noticed that prior vehicle circled back around and stopped in front of my vehicle and began yelling and flipping me off. We had a verbal altercation when she mentioned that she worked there! So, she ran inside and told the other front desk lady to not let me in or to check-in. She drove dangerously, I honked, she blocked me in and cussed at me, I cussed back, and then she didn’t allow me to stay. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel & I will happily take my money elsewhere.
