El personal de recepción no son nada cordiales, el único que es amable es Rolando creo que ese su nombre ,de ahí no les recomiendo venir en lo absoluto a este hotel , mi experiencia ha sido mala , avisé que llegaría de madrugada y tardé más de una hora para que me abrieran la puerta ,y la mujer que me atendió ni siquiera saludó , y lo único que habló fue para pedirme la targeta de crédito de ahí más nada , en el cuarto el baño estaba sucio el baño con cabello la en la bañera y sin shampoo , y casi nada de papel de baño , pedí una extra toalla y no quisieron proporcionarla hasta que le diera una de las que tenía en el cuarto lo cual era que yo ocupa una extra , en el desayuno termina a las 9 en la semana y a las 8:50 ya no hay nada y ya casi te cierran la puerta en la cara , quieres hacer book este hotel por el desayuno déjame decirte que no está nada rico y puedes desayunar en otro lugar y no pasar este mal tiempo , el hotel es nuevo y las camas cómodas , buena ubicación pero el personal echan a peder todo .

I really appreciated the staff during our stay! During the time, the key card maker was down and the managers and staff were trying so hard to assist everyone. Even through that small hiccup, they were timely, so polite and kind and never got mad at the constant requests from guests to get to their rooms. Also the breakfast was AMAZING! The biscuits were sooo buttery and fluffy, slightly crisp on the outside as well. I would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful and smelled wonderful. It was clean and the rooms were VERY spacious. I booked 2 rooms and they were both immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

Only complaint were the pillows! I should have asked for another pillow cause one didn’t cut it. And that one pillow had nothing to it! Woke up with a painful neck and back. Other than the pillows everything was pretty good.

The desk receptionist, Catrenna, may need to review some of the training on customer service, her attitude was not welcoming at all. Maybe she needs to be on night shift where she doesnt have to deal with many, if any, customers. Day shift may not be her best time of day.

Great place to stay. We stayed 5 nights. Relaxing, quiet, comfortable beds. I liked that the room had microwave, fridge, kitchen dishes ! Maid service was great.
