Staff was pleasant. Bed comfortable but room small. Maybe 16” clearance from edge of bed to wall. 1 small, slow elevator for entire hotel. Make sure to leave enough time at departure. Roof garden pleasant but no real views. Good location to access all of Centro Storico.

Hotel Diana is in a very good central location, 10-minute walk to the train station and within walking distance (30-60 minutes) of most major tourist attractions. It's also close to lots of restaurant and shopping. The down side is that it's quite noisy, there is a lot of daily construction/working noise both day and night, we were on the 6th floor with a roof-top bar about 50-ft away that was quite loud some evenings.

Nice lobby Friendly reception. English spoken at reception Bathroom is small and the layout is odd for a North American traveller. The shower handle did not stay attached to the wall and the side of the bath is only partially covered so if you choose to wash your whole body, the rest of the bathroom will get wet. Room is clean Beds are comfortable Breakfast is nice. We had breakfast in the rooftop garden. Beware of the aggressive pigeons who will steal your food if you turn your back.

It is a cute hotel, it has its charm, the staff is helpful and the location is great (specially if you travel by train) However, it is not a 4 star hotel, it is very outdated, the AC did not work good, the shower head did not function as well, the hairdryer really hard to use and works when it wants, also very dusty. Not good for the price.

This was our first stay at Hotel Diana. We were thrilled with the friendly and efficient clerks at the front desk, as well as the elegance of the lobby. However, our floor (#1) reeked of mildew, the carpets were filthy, the shower was filthy and the water wouldn’t drain. Hoping to return to better conditions next year.

If you are looking for a place to drop your bags and sleep while you are in Rome, this hotel is a great option. The room we stayed in was very tiny - suitable for one person and/or a small couple. I would suggest upgrading if possible. Additionally, the shower was small and the water temperature was not regulated (hot and then suddenly cold) Overall the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast was also average with several options such as eggs, sausage, assortments of pastries and cereals. A coffee machine as well. Again this hotel is a good basic option.

We arrived early and the hotel happily stored our bags until our room was ready. Upon check-in you are given a complimentary coupon for a glass of wine on the rooftop patio. The area is right by the termini station which was very convenient and still 1/2 hour walking distance to many sights. We did have issues with trying to get the a/c to work, change the language of the tv to English and enjoy a good shower, water pressure not very good. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. This is its biggest advantage. Some negatives were that the water pressure in the shower was very weak and just dribbled from the shower head. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room and drinks in the rooftop bar are the most expensive I've ever had. 15 Euro for a bourbon and coke was ridiculous.

Very well located. Very good access to transport, shopping and sites. Hotel was certainly good value for money. Many restaurants close by with good food and reasonably priced. However rooms and shower area a bit snug.

I was supposed to stay at the Diana but was sent down the road to the hotel Torino due to “air conditioning issues”. The hotel Torino was disgusting and unsafe. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in and would not close properly. I was given a diiferent room but it was not much better. I went back to the Diana and told the staff I was a woman travelling alone and felt unsafe. They were unwilling to do anything or give me a refund. I refused to stay there because I felt unsafe. Diana is still refusing to give me a refund even after Expedia support contacted them. This place is a scam. If they can not honour their reservations they should not be on Expedia. I booked the Diana because of the good reviews. The Torino has bad reviews and is not near the same standard as the Diana.

The staff member did not read appropriately the reservation and wanted to give us 2 single beds . The staff member treated my straight friends as a married couple and for us that we are a gay couple he did not treated us the same . I understand that people don’t know but at least don’t assume read the reservation because we reserve a queen bed .

The facility was very good and clean. The cleaning ladies were very nice, friendly and happy to be at work. A couple of the people at the front desk made it seem that it was a hardship to check you out or answer a question. They never smiled.

Staff very friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Very impressed with the whole set up. Location is awesome and you are right next to the main train station in Rome. I would definitely stay here again. When arriving we were given 10% off to eat in their restaurant ( Food was fabulous!!!!) and we had two free drinks the first night. Awesome hotel!

I have many great things to say about this hotel. The front staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast buffet had a wide sample of foods. The the location was excellent. Within a couple of blocks of the train station.

CON: no air conditioning in the rooms despite it being listed. Overall a lovely hotel we really liked it. However the breakfast isn’t great, the quality being the main thing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The only thing stopping us from ever going again is that there was NO air conditioning in the room. We always make sure to check there is air con as we’re from the U.K. and we are easily warm lol, and it did say air con on the room listing. However nothing, we went to ask and they all spoke between themselves and it was decided to tell us they only had heating. We found the room uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep because we was just too hot, they told us it’s quite cold outside (not by our normals) and should open the windows which we did but wasn’t great. I feel if it’s listed it should be available as it’s not really the hotels job to decide if it’s warm enough for its guests to have air con.

The breakfast offerings were great. Both hot and cold dishes, meats, fruit, assortment of pasteries. Something for everone. The hotel is very close to the train station for thise who are traveling. Quiet hotel and pleasant neighborhood. Families, tourists, small shops. Felt safe. Room decor is a bit dated and tired, but you're not in your room much! Large bathroom. One sink. Shower/bathtub combination which can be a bit tricky for someone with mobility issues. Heated bathroom floor! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel próximo ao terminal que era o que pretendíamos. Funcionários da recepção e limpeza muito atenciosos. Mas os funcionários que atendiam no café da manhã eram rudes, grosseiros e mal educados. O senhor que trabalhava lá, vivia brigando com os hóspedes. Achei isso um absurdo e observava bem longe dele. Até que Uma moça chegou a gritar comigo pq eu aqueci um pão brioche na grelha que era a única coisa que minha filha estava comendo nos 5 dias que ficamos lá. Pois o ovo mexido era horrível. Entendo que haviam várias maneiras de me falar que ali só podia aquecer pão de forma. Mas ela preferiu ser grossa e gritar entrando na minha frente e desligando a grelha! Café da manhã pra americano. Sem sabor, industrializado e bem diferente dos últimos hotéis que nós hospedamos na Itália.
