Boutique Hotel Campo de' Fiori

The hotel was full of very helpful staff. They were always willing to go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. All of their efforts were very much appreciated! The apartment was nice, even though it is somewhat removed from the actual hotel property. It’s around the corner in a separate building. The apartment itself was very clean and suited out needs perfectly. Thankfully they do have a small elevator otherwise it would have been very challenging getting our large bags up 4 stories to the apartment. Really enjoyed the stay, staff were amazing and the location was in walking distance of just about every major place we wanted to visit. Great place!

The rooms here are quaint, the roof bar lovely and the location good but don't stay here if you want a hot shower. No hot water first night - complained. Told it was the boiler and it had been fixed. Next day - no hot water again. Complained and was told it would be "looked at". No apology. No reduction in charges. A hot shower is a pretty basic hotel requisite so I was not happy.

The staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating. The only complaint was I booked a room in a building across the plaza that was on the 4th floor with no elevator. That was not in the details of the advertisement. If you have a medical condition or mobility issues, you would have had to check into another hotel as they were completely booked when I inquired upon arriving. My guest counted the steps to the room and it was an amazing 67! Location and staff were great. Marketing...not so much.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment . The apartment was clean and had everything we needed . The negative was that it was up 4 very high flights of narrow stairs w no elevator . It was a hard walk . The apartment was also quite far from the hotel so they was not helpful . I would just stay at an Airbnb since the apartment had no amenities like the hotel would .

This was our first stay at this hotel. It did not disappoint. My family had two rooms. Room service was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The best part - the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy views of the city and have a meal or beverage. This was a very unique and special feature and we enjoyed it almost every evening of our stay. Very relaxing after a day of walking.

The apartment was across the square from the hotel, so didn’t feel connected to the hotel at all. We only popped in once to go on the roof terrace which had great views over Rome, but the drinks were pricey. The apartment was spacious and suited us well. We were on the top floor so had a good workout going up and down them each day!

Beautiful Boutique hotel in a great location. Surrounded by restaurants and walkable to all monuments. Staff was excellent and provided guidance on places to see and times to go to avoid long lines. Roof top Terrance was quiet with a wonderful view.

The service was absolutely wonderful, with staff who made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The property itself is beautiful, full of charm and character. While the rooms were small, they were cozy, spotless, and so unique that it added to the whole experience. I honestly loved it so much and cannot wait for the chance to return to Rome and stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone—it made my trip unforgettable!

Wonderful staff, clean room, and central location

Perfectly clean, well designed and very comfortable bedding. The location was perfect and close to everything. The staff was very helpful. A great value for the price.

The property is in a great location, however the apartment/room we got was nowhere even a 3 star property. The property wasn’t maintained well and there were spider webs in different places. The roof was too low and the room was in a very old building.

We stayed in the apartment across the street. It was clean. It was not very esthetic, but we didnt spend much time there. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The roof top was nice to view the city at night.

This hotel was an overall ok place to stay. My wife and I stayed in the apartment building owned by the hotel which was just on the other side of Campo De Fiori from the hotel. The location was definitely the highlight of this property. We were at most a 30 min walk from everything we wanted to do. There are many options for food, drinks, dessert, and shopping the second you walk out of the building. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed in the apartment we were still given access to the hotels rooftop terrace which has spectacular views overlooking Rome. We did however find the bed and pillows in our room to be quite hard and thin. The shower was not as clean as we would have liked. And the employee that showed us to the apartment didn’t offer to carry my wife’s suitcase up the stairs (which they did at every other hotel we stayed at on this trip). Not that our stay was bad at all but we were a little let down because this property was by far the most expensive out of the three places we stayed at on this vacation and the others had no negatives at all.

The Hotel in great location the rooms are ok and clean the bed is little small but it is ok. Good value for our money.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The location was awesome. The dining options were abundant, and the staff was amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed! Our room/apartment was cleaning daily and restocked with towels and amenities! We will definitely be staying there when we return to Rome! Lastly, you can request to be picked up and dropped off at the airport! Which was awesome!

Hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful Room was clean but because it was small, there were lots of chips and scuff marks on the walls and the fittings (eg: lights) were damaged so just needs a refresh. Great location

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The boutique hotel portion was beautiful and modern. We stayed in one of the apartments in the annex building and it was much older than expected and you can hear everything outside and the people above you. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything and amazing food in the piazza

First off, the staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome on the Campo de Fiori, excellent walking distance to everywhere! We booked a classic double room, however, and it was very small. Shockingly small, even for Rome - we're talking a bed with walls around it and not much else. I would have a hard time staying here, except the view out the window was fantastic (it was so soothing leaving the window open and looking out over Rome) and the view from the rooftop is even better. It's worth staying at this hotel for the rooftop alone! I would stay here again easily, though in future I would definitely splurge for a larger room!

The room was small but very comfortable. The host and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal! Central Rome near Piazza Navone. A lot of restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. We highly recommend!

Very friendly staff but very small rooms

The room was very small, compared to the price.... But the interior was good. A nice terrasse on the roof. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Room was amazing! There are beautiful exposed beams and the room is quite spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only negatives are that there are two bars near the building and you can hear the noisy patrons until late into the night. In addition, you hear the workers preparing for the open market early in the morning. Ear plugs are a must!

This hotel was in the perfect location. Easy to get places either by bus or walk. Hotel was comfortable. My only complaint is that it’s a bit dark. Rooms are painted burgundy/ red. But aside from that , everything else was wonderful. Friendly staff , always with a smile and suggestions.

Excellent hotel . Staff were excellent. My only grip was that air-con was not allowed to be switched on , apparently a Spanish law the receptionist told us ! Provided a fan for the room , not exactly what we expected for such a lovely hotel .

My wife and I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Campo de' Fiori in Rome and loved the property. The hotel has a great location surrounded by many restaurants, shops, historical locations. I highly recommend this hotel which has a staff that was very helpful, polite and prompt. Thank you for the great service!

Unfortunately, this hotel did not at all live up to the website. The photos they advertise are simply laughable compared to what we experienced. This apartment has no elevator (though online they advertise it), no lights in the hallway or the dark stairway that was creepy at best. Upon entering the room we were greeted with folding chairs and tables as furniture, sheer curtains (when they are supposed to be blackout), and paint flaking off the wall. At 6am on our first night an alarm woke us all up going off. We had to whatsapp the hotel and wait for assistance and help. We learned the gas alarm in the room was going off. The response to this was to simply unplug it and that someone would come by to fix it later. They also said as long as we didn't turn anything on we should be fine, "should" is not a reassuring word when gas is leaking into your room. The next Morning the alarm went off again, and the hotel showed no concern and didn't come out to fix it. The hotel staff was often rude and not accommodating. The night prior to our departure our flight was delayed by 7 hours. We asked to change the car we booked to the airport. But Luciano, on staff refused to call the driver because it was 10pm and he might wake him, but it was okay for us to get up early to be picked up at 5am?! Staff refused to help carry our luggage even though the advertised elevator was non existent.

She arranged for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps away from the vibrant Campo de’ Fiori market and within walking distance of incredible restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect spot for first-time visitors to Rome, offering easy access to explore the area while feeling safe and secure. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and warm hospitality. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Rome!

Staying here made our third trip to Rome our favourite. There were so many standout features.... especially the staff. We we're stranded in Rome because of the Air Canada strike and Valentina did everything she could to move rooms around to keep us in our room. She also alerted us as soon as cancellations were made to make rooms available to us. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our stay one we already miss. She deserves a promotion because you don't want to lose her! Other notable staff included Edwin, who was enthusiastically helpful and friendly. The other staff were also wonderful but I don't have their names. We loved the location which was close to absolutely everything! The rooms were unique and made you feel like you were truly in Rome. To top it off, the rooftop displays the most outstanding panoramic view of Rome. The hotel became our home in Rome and we would definitely stay again! Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay! Adam gave great suggestions and Pierre helped us get early morning taxis. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and peaceful! We were always greeted when we entered the lobby.

The hotel is located in a popular and old part of the City with e everything within walking distance. The management and personnel are very helpful with tours recommendations. If you decide for breakfast selection is actually a nice and personalized experience.

The terrace in this hotel is outstanding. We pretty much booked this hotel because of it and it did not disappoint. Had a drink (or a bottle) up there every night before dinner or sometimes after with the views of the Vatican and Vittoriano. Wanted to also highlight the breakfast. It has very cozy vibes with amazing food (a good selection of meats and cheese, croissants, fruits, and yogurts). The lady who served us breakfast was so amazing and could make us omelets and pancakes. She also makes the best cappuccino. The reception desk was super nice as well. They arranged all the transportation for us with no issues and provided us with good restaurant recommendations (although you can't go wrong with that in Rome). It is a prime location and within walking distance of the Vatican, Trastevere, the Pantheon, Navona Piazza, etc...
