Great location , close to the train terminal. The hotel is situated opposite the Opera House and has a good selection of bars and restaurants close by. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable bed. We loved the old fashioned lift, reminiscent of many old movies. The hosts were very helpful and always attentive. We were able to walk to the Colleseum about 15 mins. Good value for money.

Great hotel. Convenient to the Termini train station and Republicca Metro stop. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Walkable to many attractions (Colisseum, Trevi, etc.). Safe area. Know that the lobby is not manned full time but they will be there for checkin (let them know when you’ll arrive) and you can enter afterwards with a code. Free coffee every morning.

The location is great for walking to different attractions. Train station and public transportation is just a few minutes away by walk. The room is clean and nice. The hotel building is old which is acceptable for this price range in Rome. The receptionist is only available from 8-16 whom was responsive even when we texted them.

Amazing location! So close to the train station, walkable to a number of sites and to a number of Tour stops (recommend Big Bus Tours). It's like your own little apartment, there werent always staff and no lobby, but you could come and go as you pleased and it was just lovely. Also checl out OperArt up just steps away for an amazing meal or Nerone! Both great dining options within steps. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Ausgangslage um Rom zu erkunden. Das Ein- und Auschecken sowie die Aufbewahrung des Reisegepäcks am Abreisetag war bei einer sehr freundlichen Besetzung der Rezeption super unkompliziert. Die kleine Kaffee- und Teeküche zur Selbstbedienung im Flur ergänzte den allgemein guten Zimmerkomfort. Einzig die Dusche hätte etwas geräumiger ausfallen dürfen.

Convenient location. Interesting property. Friendly staff. Check in easy. I had a few issues with the room hot water being warm at best regardless of settings. But it seemed to be isolated to my room. It’s not the best for sound proof. TV sounds, people by the shared coffee station and road noise may interfere with your sleep. The elevator area is shared with other businesses and cigarette smoke smell is really strong. But it’s super close to the train station.

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was one of the best we stayed up during our whole time. However, we had upgraded to a class at your place yet the shower did not have hot water. When we had a discovered this, all of the staff had already went home in the evening and there was no one to come check it out. In the morning when they arrived, they determined that there was in fact something wrong with the water, but we were not able to take a shower because it did not work. Also, the Internet quit working in the evening and we did not have a way for someone to take a look at that either. The room is beautiful and isn’t a great location, however, was very disappointed we were not able to take showers. When the hotel was aware that this was their fault, they did not offer any compensation for either.

AC virket bra, ble fort kaldt på rommet. Men - vannet måtte stå å renne i 10-15 min., før det ble varm. Varmt vann i vasken. Badet ellers var litt slitent. ikke frokost på hotellet, men frokost-restaurant rett over gaten.

Hôtel très bien situé pour effectuer les visites principales de Rome, pour la proximité de la gare Termini et des bonnes tables de restaurant. Très bon accueil, même en dehors des heures d’ouverture. Tout était très bien organisé pour notre arrivée tardive. Les chambres sont très propres, silencieuses avec une literie impeccable et confortable. Location and room itself was excellent. The video they sent showing how to get In has to be Listened to but I keep volume off in public so was reading the Italian title which I thought said go to the 6th floor but It said go to the 3rd floor, room 6. It took a long time to figure out. And no one answered the 1 of 3 phone numbers that was mentioned to contact. They should change the title of the English video to English especially for hard of hearing or deaf people.

The location was great, right in the middle of the cities. We walked every where and did not need of ride the metro or buses. The view of our room was the opera house, great view. The staff were very proactive and help us self checked in

Perfect stay in a great area of Rome, far enough away from the train station to be in a safe, clean and restaurant area, but clise enough to be convenient when arriving/leaving Rome. Very well situated as close to a metro stop, and local restaurants, and very walkable to most of the Rome sites. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was quiet with great Air conditioning, was really clean with comfortable beds and it had a great bathroom.

Near railway station, but still quiet and good neighbourhood. Good affordable cafés and restaurant nearby and not too far away from sights and shopping. Only problem we had in the room was the airconditioning which was either fully on or off and we couldn't figure out how to adjust it to keep the room nicely cold and not freezing cold.

It was a great location, across from the Opera Theatre, so it was a less busy street. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and collision were short walks away. Great restaurant just below our hotel, the Matriciana. We had breakfast at Luna cafe, a short walk away. It was great. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit small but ok.

Hotel room is big and spacious. Bed is comfy. Location is very convenient too, 8 min walk to Roma Termini. The only problems are there’s no reception at night so check in could be problematic if the key doesn’t work (like in our case). Lift didn’t work either at our arrival , we had to haul the heavy luggages up the staircases. Also our room is pretty noisy as it faces the Opera Hall and it’s on 1st level , just above a restaurant. Overall we still had a good stay.

Inaccurate description of property. It said there were laundry facilities on site which was one of the reasons we picked it. There were none and we had to rinse some items in the sink. Also I knew there were limited desk hours but there was supposed to be an emergency number. We had a somewhat serious issue (not an emergency). No one answered the number and we had to send a text which was not responded to for hours. If we had a real emergency not sure what we would have done. The staff was friendly in general and it was a great location, clean rooms but I would not stay there again due to this issue.

The host was not super helpful, zero flexibility. There was no hot water, the first day was cold showers, we did tell the host but he insisted it was hot. The second day the showers were luke warm. We found small spiders on the bed and when we showed it to the host he laughed it off by saying that it was an old building. We wouldn’t stay there again.

A few hours after check in the electricity went out, which also impacted the water supplies. There was zero proactive information about the issue, and while the reception was supposed to be manned from 8am, there was no one there even at 9. We have called the provided nr where an annoyed and sleepy voice said that this is an old building, this can happen, he has no means to tell whats gonna happen. No alternatives for shower, toilet, anything. The electricity (and hence water) came back almost exactly at checkout time, still noone at the reception, but the cleaning personnel was already harrassing us 20 minutes after how we were late for check out. No apologies let alone compensation was offered.

This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in. The staff were incredible more than accommodating. They reached out before we arrived asking when we anticipated arriving and I gave them a time much later than we actually arrived and when we got there our room was not ready bc the time I told them was later in the day… not a problem they said give them an hour and the room will be ready so we left out luggage and went and explored for a little bit we were not gone even 45 min when we got the notice our room was ready. Top notch service. The gentleman who checked us in also gave us a map with different attractions to check out and whether they were walkable or not. The location of this hotel was great as well.. near (walkable) to big attraction, trevi fountain, colosseum, Spanish steps.. and others such as the Vatican and bourgeois garden are just a short metro ride away. Lots of yummy restaurants located all within walking distance as well. The room was also clean, bed comfortable which found not to be the case at any of our other hotels, and the shower was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel. Felt very safe.

Very nice property centrally located within a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was incredible including help with an early check in and reservations at a nail salon and breakfast. They were in constant touch before our arrival and were quite kind.

Perfect stay in a great area of Rome, far enough away from the train station to be in a safe, clean and restaurant area, but clise enough to be convenient when arriving/leaving Rome. Very well situated as close to a metro stop, and local restaurants, and very walkable to most of the Rome sites. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was quiet with great Air conditioning, was really clean with comfortable beds and it had a great bathroom.

Rome trip with teenage son. Hotel location was excellent. All main attractions were within 20 or so minutes walking distance, but there were also a few very nearby Metro stations. The metro is very easy to navigate. Hotel was perfect for our stay and the reception helped us out by booking a very early morning taxi back to the airport.

É um hotel bem localizado, perto da estação términi, porém longe da muvuca de estação de trêm, fica em uma rua linda, cheia de restaurantes, nem parece que fica a uns minutos a pé da estação. O Hotel é bem seguro, o quarto muito limpo e aconchegante. O café fica embaixo, em uma cafeteria conveniada, café simples, básico, como em tida Europa. Escolhemos ali pq iríamos continuar viagem de trêm, então facilitou muito.
