The bedsheets were dirty and had hair other than that the room was okay for a one night stay

The shower had no hot water and flooded the bathroom floor. There were no cups and no coffee and tea maker. That's much more important than an iron and ironing board!

Stayed 1 night

We felt safe here, which is the most important thing, and the room was relatively clean despite a couple of things. The check-in person was friendly and I really loved how they tried to beautify the property, like having the hanging flower baskets outside and such. There was some funny art in the bathroom, as well. I appreciate those little touches. We were in a room that was renovated to ADA standards. This was poorly done, as the bathroom door had water damage and didn’t close properly. The blinds in one of the windows were old and brittle and had a couple of broken pieces so we had to hang a piece of toilet paper for privacy. The room was clean except for two things. One was that there were large black crumbs on the top of the refrigerator and we had no idea what that was from, as everything else was clean. It seemed as if the person who cleaned it had a snack there and didn’t clean up. The other bed had what looked like a blood stain, but could’ve been chocolate or something like that. But it was gross and stood out on the white comforter. We were there for a wedding, so I was disappointed that there was no hairdryer in the room as was promised on the website. There was also supposed to be a microwave in the room and there wasn’t, and we had brought frozen food for that purpose. It was nice that there was a mini fridge, but we were confused as to why no coffee maker? That was a disappointment as well. However, it was fine for just one night and worth the cost.

I’ve stayed at a few cheap motels or lodges due to unexpected traveling. I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this place is grotesque. The lobby is a Weinersnitchel type window where it’s hard to hear the person inside. My key didn’t work so I had to walk back. I got into my room & the place was filthy. I also booked a king with a desk but didn’t get it. I got a room with a dirt floor, bugs alive & dead, dirty shower, blood & yellow stained towels, & snacks that were thrown around. I showered with my flip flops on, took a rest on the top of the bed with my own blanket, & left. Even the soap was old. I didn’t even use it. If I weren’t so exhausted from driving all night I would not have stayed. I wish I could get a refund.
