Taxi in front of the lobby and close to the metro. No parking spot, but underground parking 5 minutes walk at 16 euros per day. Too far by walk from the main touristic locations, we took many taxis with kids. The room was great and clean, good wi fi. You hear the neighbors a lot.

O quarto para 4 pessoas é ótimo! Espaçoso e extremamente limpo. O problema do hotel é que cobram taxas altas para o estacionamento e para entrega de comida no quarto. Para se ter uma ideia o estacionamento era 16,00 euros e com a taxa ficou 26,00.

Great room ands hotel in a calm area where mostly residents live. The metro is literally 5 minutes away which makes a great connection to downtown Lisbon. The breakfast is good with lots of choices and the also offer a good deal for dinner (all you can eat buffet - was not included in my booking, but priced reasonable). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and I didn't hear anything from other rooms. I would come here again any time.

Não se assuste com a fachada, bem mal tratada por sinal. Mas a recepção é boa e bem grande. O problema em nossa hospedagem foi o elevador, eles somente tem 2 e 1 estava quebrado, então tivemos que esperar 10 minutos para entrar no elevador, pois parava sempre cheio. O restaurante na primeira noite apresentou opções self service muito boas, pena que não repetiu na segunda noite. O café da manhã é bom, mas lotado.

They have limited parking available and if you arrive late, the spaces will be taken. There is a parking garage nearby with similar rate. Be syre to get your ticket befire you exit. The beds were comfortable & the staff friendly. Some in our group at at the restaurant & said it was good but a bit pricey.

Lunch buffet was super confusing. There were TWO lunch buffet prices: one without main course, and one with main course. NEVER have we experienced 2 lunch buffet menus in the same restaurant. This is very MISLEADING

Hotel location was a hole in the wall. There was no parking. Has to park far away. When i asked about parking the girl at the front desk was nasty person. Telling me parking is 2 minute away. Unbelievable. Never will stay there again. Stay away from Hotel Roma not with your money.

Room was exceptionally clean. Raises due for cleaning staff. Sheets were very high quality. Convenient to Metro station. Taxi readily available 24/7 for airport, etc. Very nice lobby. Restaurant, bar and breakfast available on site. Grocery store across the street. Good price, beat expectations!!

Quarto pequeno mas limpo e impecável, cheguei um pouco mais tarde e a vaga na garagem pela pouca vontade do atendente não poder usar e tive que deixar o carro na rua. Logo pela manhã um outro atendente me informou que minha vaga era a 06 e tive apoio até para estacionar. Em relação ao café muito bom e ainda tive o prazer de ser atendido com duas box pois saí para o voo antes do início do atendimento do café da manhã

Very good overall. Bathroom sink had only cold water. My room was next to the lift so there was a lot of noise, also noise from the train line outside. But the bed was very big and comfortable, the room was clean and there were plenty of pillows

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Judith checked us in and was very informative. She arranged our transportation to the airport and gave us a recommendation to grab a light dinner in the hotel bar. The bartender provided excellent service and foo recommendations. We would stay here again.

Initially I thought I’d made a mistake booking here, the outside of the hotel looks dated. But I realized that my initial impression was the actual mistake. Inside the hotel is lovely. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress, pillows, and linens were all top notch. The area is a little noisy, but the double glazed windows cut that down significantly, I never had a minutes trouble sleeping. The staff was very helpful. The lobby looks like it was designed and furnished by Le Corbusier. The breakfast buffet is terrific, the hotel does take in groups, so the breakfast room can sometimes be a little crowded. But even then the staff made sure all the foods were stocked and available. They do have a dinner buffet too, it’s not included in the price of the room. I ate there my first night and thought it was worth the price. The food was well prepared, especially the duck in rice. One last thing, the hotel is situated near a major subway line, so, if you’re someone who is adventurous enough to try foreign public transit, you can get everywhere in Lisbon from the area. All in all I’d recommend this hotel highly.

Hotel Roma is a good location for visitors to Lisbon who don’t want to be in the tourist center but wants a central metro station. I was glad to be in a neighborhood with locals with easy access to Metro and walking.

Excelente opção quem quer estar próximo ao aeroporto (15 min). O metrô tambem está a 300m facilitando os deslocamentos para qualquer ponto de lisboa. E tambem trens para várioa destinos como Cintra e Setubal. Excelente café da manhã e quartos vem espaçosos.

Great location with a metro station just down the street connecting easily to the downtown area. We stayed as a family with 2 adults an adult child and a tween for a 2 night long weekend in early December. We had a spacious double bed and 2 sodas turned into beds. Room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with staff constantly filling up. Two of our family are gluten free and a basket with gluten free bread and muffins was provided which was perfect for them. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for simple, well located, comfortable accommodation in Lisbon.

I would not advise eating at the bar, wrap was soggy and the lettuce was gritty, even found a green “critter” in the lettuce on hamburger. Was strongly advised not eat in the dining room at 1000 pm because they were closing at 1030, advertised hours of operation was posted as 9- 11 pm
