We loved having the 3 restaurants on site. The pool area was lovely. Beautiful towels were given by staff when we went to sit down. Having the airport shuttle was the key to my reservation.

This really is a great property. It has all the amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but clean an equipped, so I enjoyed them. The city outside the hotel is not that safe to travel alone. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers great food and room service, so that was great. But being in Cairo you want to see the city. I would suggest a hotel near the Nile with walkable places. If you want to be close to the airport, which we did, this is your #1 pick. Great Airport service. They sent someone to walk us through immigration. The service was unmatched. I'd stay here again.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous pool (when it’s open) & despite a slow start at check in, staff have been very helpful. Worth bearing in mind that if you’re booking this specifically to swim after a long flight that the pool closes just before sunset.

Amazing staff, lovely facilities, especially the bonus of the executive lounge. Great position for the airport. A bit far out from the centre of Cairo and Giza but InDrive app helped us get reasonable taxi fares to everywhere we wanted to go so distance out was not a problem at all.

Very nice experience. Unfortunately could not enjoy the casino due to very poor ventilation/filtration caused by cigarette smoke. Also, our bathroom was dated and moldy. Restaurants were excellent and staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay, they gave us late check-out which was so helpful to make the most of the facilities before our flight. Lovely swimming pool, comfortable beds, convenient airport shuttle - everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel!

This hotel was totally one of my favorite. Here is the negative. The front desk people are a little off. They couldn’t be bothered. It’s odd. The nightly show was said to be Russian. It was hilariously bad. It had nothing to do with Russia. I have been to Russian performances before and they’re usually elegant. Not this one. The dances were not Russian and the dancers were not Russian. The whole thing was a farce. ATM machines were not working. The bank system was constantly down. The pool needs to be open longer so we can enjoy it. Ok. The positive. Everyone was helpful. 10/10 for all staff Members (6/10 for the front desk folks). Food was awesome everywhere in every joint. Having horses message and different cuisines was outstanding. My rental car had a flat and I had a cop and 2 valet people rush to my rescue. Everything was just lovely. I totally recommend it. Great place. It feels like a resort a bit which is great.

So far our stay has many inconveniences. The front desk forgot a digit from the wifi password. That took up an hour of our time. After a three minute shower the floor basin filled up with water. Staff came up. The drain was full of hair. He touched the loose toilet seat but it only seems worse. The mini fridge was not on and doesn’t seem to be keeping cool. Finally, the bathroom door was the most wicked squeak whenever moved. Enough to wake the soundest sleeper. Little attention to details to give guests a pleasant stay.

The stay was really pleasant. The staff are really nice and friendly, like all Egyptians. The only downside would be that there was still dust in the room and some areas in the bathroom where not cleaned properly, i informed the staff about this and they cleaned it after. Other than that, i totally recommend the hotel.

Fui me queje, nadie me hizo caso, sólo dijeron van y lo limpian. Punto. Ni una disculpa. No cambio de habitación y eso que era mi garantía en hoteles.

Gorgeous property, and our room was nice with a lovely pool view. The only negative was that it had a balcony so it was a bit noisy (the entertainment below). Was a bit disappointed with our dinner. It was nice but we didn't receive exactly what we ordered on the menu.

Good value for money hotel. Stayed in an Executive Room which had access to the executive lounge. That was great value with free drinks, food and snacks through the day. The rooms were spacious but a little tired - could do with an update.

Huge grounds around the hotel, convenient setup of interior and exterior. An old building very well maintained. The first hotel I have been after visiting 16 countries for last 8 months that actually had a bank on their premises where I was able to get smaller denominations very much needed to use public washrooms (all of them with a small charge), tipping and just giving to less fortunate people. Very nice room, of a good size, with everything you might need in there. Two types of plugs, British and EU, very helpful for most of the guests. Decent and secure WiFi. WhatsApp works, no WiFi calling. Safe box, fridge, iron and board. Good lighting in the bathroom and good water pressure. A small balcony looking to the pool side. Excellent customer service. The bathtub plug didn’t close and was a bit blocked as the water didn’t go through properly. The small side panel did not retain the shower water in the bathtub. This type of installation requires a shower curtain or a full side. Sound insulation almost nonexistent.

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation. We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them. Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber. It might have been a bit more expensive, but sometimes it takes a while for Uber to find a car and then you also end up waiting for several minutes until they come, and good luck getting them to go to Downtown. All in all the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the area around it is not as good; the aquatic park next door was dismantled and the site looks like a war zone. It is not an area to walk.

Excellent service. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. However, you should be extra careful during check-in, as the lady at the reception tried to downgrade our room booking and offered us a different room than the one we had booked and paid for. She became unpleasant when we showed the receipts proving what we had paid for. Fortunately, one of her colleagues handled our check-in and resolved the issue. So, be cautious during check-in. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic experience with great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. A big plus is that the hotel provides a free airport transfer service with its own shuttle buses.

One of the best hotels in Cairo ever!!!! Better service than almost any hotel in the entire Cairo! I choose this hotel every time I visit Cairo and very close to airport! Amazing food and very clean rooms. I would like to highlight the amazing VIP service that was provided by “ Madonna” from guest relations! Me and my wife had the best experience ever and I can not wait to go back! I have traveled more than half the world and stayed at all luxury hotels and Concord ranks among the highest ever!!!

Do not stay at this hotel. Find another hotel to stay at. We stayed here after the overnight train from Luxor. We had emailed earlier in the week about doing a check in early and never heard back to them. Once we arrived we waited two hours in the lobby and was given one of our two rooms, then waited another hour. The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but the staff is not very accommodating. We had to remind them about our food rewards, but they neglected to tell us which restaurants we could use, so upon check out we were told we did not get our discounts. We had a super early flight the next day and left the hotel at 2am. Once we arrived at the airport I noticed my airpods were at the hotel. We immediately called the hotel to tell them which room they were in and sent them the map from our tracker. We even told them what they look like and where they were. They claim that they were not in the room, however my tracker was connected to them and could see they were located in the room. We continued to email them about looking in the room for the past couple of days since being home. We even had our guide go to the hotel to look in the room, yet the staff did not allow him in. They claimed they still were not there. They have yet to contact us back after several emails. Again...if you want an honest, communicative hotel, do not stay here. There are many other choices you can go to, do not stay here. Stay away.

It is like being in a calm oasis in the middle of vibrant and rather bustling Cairo. It is quite at night for a good sleep. Highly recommended place to stay. Hotel is located in a huge area and and felt like being ina gated community. Even you can go for a walk around the hotel. There are some good restaurants and when it’s warm, there are parties around the pool.

As usual the rooms were comfortable and clean. Coffee and tea in the room but no milk and biscuits or snacks would have been nice. Front desk very helpful and lobby area was good if not a bit dark to work. Could also do with more power points to allow working in the lobby. The Hotel restaurant service was very poor. No cutlery on the tables, plate and bowls ran out butter ran out understaffed and it took too long to order coffee and hot drinks

Staff are friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are very quick. Also I like the hotel near Metro station. It's very helpful to have free shuttle bus to airport every hour. I only wish the breakfast would provide more variety and more local cuisine. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay.
