They really need to have a kettle to heat water, they sell one Bottled water for 4 Euros, rooms were cold for the weather and couldn’t locate the thermostat and apparently it was not there. Junkies and Crackers were right at the door of the hotel, the first expression really scared me, but for me overall passed safe…

Staff are nice, you can put luggage at front desk even thought you is unable to check in. Hotel location is good, easily to find it. But unfortunately the AC was broken when I stayed there, this is not good due to staff didn’t mention that while I was checking in. Until I felt hot during sleeping, then staff provided fan when I asked. The overall was good experience, room is clean but it is small room.

部屋のセーフティBOXと冷蔵庫が故障していた。部屋に湯沸かしポットも無いので本当に泊まるだけ。ロケーションは最高で駅から近く、雨でもほとんど濡れずにホテルに着けるメリットは大きい。スーパーも近い。自分は駅に近くて清潔なら良かったので、他のことは気にしないが評価するとこうなる。

Not a safe area, elevator only goes to level 5 so you have to carry bags up a narrow and steep staircase if you are on level 6. Had an AC unit but only fan works so was 30degrees in room which was hotter than outside. Was not clean, the AC remote had blood on it. Do not arrive after dark if walking from the train.

Ligger jättenära centralstationen. Går bara 3 minuter. Finns massa butiker och restauranger i området. Finns hissen, men ganska liten, och ingen hiss till 6:e våning, måste går trappan upp. Vi hade rum med balkong, det var bra.

The hotel was in a very accessible location, clean, and roomy. My only complaint was that we were not able to turn on the fan/ac unit (the control was taken away). We only wanted to be able to turn the fan on as opening the window lead to a very busy (and rowdy crowd of party people) and we wanted to drown the noise out.

A clean and inexpensive hotel very near the main railway station, luckily not on the shadiest street. The room was spacious enough, the shower worked fine and the bed was comfortable. A small minus: lousy breakfast, can't recommend. A BIG minus: the air conditioning did not work, which the staff was aware of, but did nothing to fix it. The weather was hot and so was the room, almost unbearable. If the hotel does not repair the AC, it's impossible to recommend for anyone to stay here in summertime.

Location is convenient. Front desk barely greeted us, or made eye contact. All check in process was done in an awkward silence. Elevator is super small. There was a cockroach in the bathroom so cleanliness can be improved. Wifi was extremely slow. We only had to use 1 phone - for wifi to do someone okay job/speed. If you are going to use two devices, good luck! As it’s right across from the Frankfurt central station, area is loud and also dirty.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel nahe Hbf . Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Durch die Lage am Hbf halten sich viele Drogenabhängige und Dealer im Umkreis auf. Wurde aber nicht belästigt.

The room was spacious and clean (except for a spider nest on the ceiling in a corner of the shower). Your room key was an actual key with a bulky key chain. It was totally inconvenient and very difficult to use to open the door. You had to make sure to manually lock the door with the key once inside. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room. While I like soap dispensers, at least provide wash clothes for body gel use in the shower. We were in a back room by an alley and there were noises - people and machines - until 4 am. The biggest upset was the price. The room was astronomically expensive. I would have expected better accommodations for that price. Breakfast was extra and decent. Certainly not the best breakfast I’ve had in Germany but not the worst.

Literally left briefly after checking in. The place smelled awful, even after airing it out for a few hours and leaving for dinner. Carpets in halls were disgusting, and you get a physical key to lock/unlock the door. Major fire hazard in that you have to lock the door from inside, with the key, as well as unlock/open door. Would basically die in a fire. Went and stayed near the airport for basically the same price, and wish we would have done that before. It's also very loud, and aging. If location matters, I stayed at another hotel about a 15 min walk away another day that was way nicer, but would avoid next to the central station.

Okay so it's right across from the train station which is amazing but about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and about 20 minute walk to the bar area. Room is super small (really small basic elevator as well). It's not for comfort but if you are on a budget and don't want a hostel this will do.

We stayed on the 5th floor and the balcony was amazing. We didn’t knew we had. The bad and the decoration… Everything was good but there is not a kitchen, just so you know. Plus, some people said the street is dangerous, we didn’t have any problem but this information might be true.

The area around the property is surrounded by people trying to sell you narcotics and asking for money. Property is located at the front of the Frankfurt Red Light District so be aware about walking around at night. Hotel was clean, but tired. Staff were okay on check in (nobody could be found, took around 5 minutes for someone to appear) and then I was awoken by the cleaner trying to enter my room at 7am, and when I asked her what she was doing, she asked me what time I expected to leave because she had to rush. (Not an ideal question when you've booked a hotel to relax, and not feel rushed out..) I won't return to Frankfurt, and especially that area of Frankfurt if I did. The best part about it, the rail station is across the road to leave.

Gute Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen und super vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Leider ist das Bahnhofsviertel schon sehr unangenehm zum Durchlaufen, daher kann ich mir nicht gut vorstellen dort nachts nochmal rauszugehen. Wenn man allerdings nur Übernachten will findet man hier eine gute, saubere und preiswerte Gelegenheit.

Breakfast was good(proper english tea available!)Situation handy for station and not far from centre. There were a lot of druggies around the station but just go right out the door and they don't bother you! The staff were friendly and helped me print out my boarding pass. Nice bar, reasonably priced.Room huge with windows on two sides. TV had english speaking channels. Bathroom excellent.
