i want to say about parking. On the site they advertise parking at 15 euro per day. in fact we end up paying 35 euro because they have only 5 spots at this price and you have to book in advance this rate. However there are 30 plus rooms so the chances to secure a parking at this rate are very low, We choose this hotel to stay only because of the parking. However we end up paying much more

Everything was good. Nice support to help me check-in out of the operation hours. Reserved a parking space vut couldn't find the space and asked by calling where the parking space I took and paid but he couldn't answer and I couldn't park my car in the right place. Hotel put us up on room 12 . Next to the bar !!! It was all fine until Thursday night where a hell of a party apparently organised by someone else ( yeah right ) gathered from 6 with club level loudness with something like 70/80 people … I would avoid this establishment , I had to leave as receptionist took no responsibility . Clearly a breach of contract for guest service

Leider ist die Unterkunft schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Tapete löst sich ab und die Möbel sind kaputt. Darüberhinaus war das Zimmer sehr staubig, was ich durch meine Hausstauballergie gemerkt habe. Bei Nachfrage meinte das Personal, dass sie da nichts machen können. Auch ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, man kann Wort für Wort im Zimmer verstehen, wenn sich auf dem Flur unterhalten wird.

Overall, the experience was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but we did see a couple of roaches. The beds were comfortable. There was no AC and it was quite hot when we were there. We had to keep the windows open so there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

Booked this because I wanted a bit of luxury but I’ve stayed in hostels in my youth with better facilities! The room looked like it was decorated by a mum who loves a bit of ‘live, laugh, love’ signage. It was supposed to be a ‘new York’ room but it was just old white chipboard wall paper, an NYC sign and a frame photo. Nothing like the quirky photos in the listing. But that was minor compared to the facilities which were nonexistent. No fridge, no tea and coffee facilities and NO AIRCON! It was between 28-30 degrees when we were there and the room was absolutely roasting! We were provided a floor fan but it was so underpowered that it just pushed hot air around. Couple with the fact that your water would be like soup because there is no fridge, it was incredibly oppressive to sleep there. I can’t in good faith recommend this hotel and feel utterly ripped off staying here. Avoid!

Meine Partnerin und ich haben im Boutique Hotel Krone zwei Nächte verbracht. Wegen ihrer Hausstaubmilben-Allergie wurden wir von einem Showroom (mit Teppichboden) auf eine der neuen Deluxe Suits (mit Echtholzboden) upgegradet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt hervorragend, wir schwärmen immernoch von dem bequemen Bett. Weitere Highlights waren der Ausblick, sowie das Bad mit freistehender Wanne und großzügiger Regendusche. Es gab nur ein paar kleine Mängel z.B. keine Handtuchhalterungen und ein Fleck auf der Bettwäsche. Diese haben wir allerdings sowieso nicht benutzt sondern unsere eigene mitgebracht wegen besagter Allergie. Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet (genau wie auf Bildern) unser Zimmer Tageslichtdurchflutet und gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Duschgel, Lotion, Kleiderstange mit Fächern). Dank hochwertigen elektrischen Schalosien war das Zimmer komplett abzudunkeln.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in una suite, con precisa indicazione che ci sarebbe servito il letto aggiuntivo perché eravamo 3 adulti maggiorenni ed interamente paganti. Al nostro arrivo la stanza preparata era solo per due persone. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception ma in tutta la struttura era presente solo una persona che ha chiesto a noi cosa avrebbe dovuto fare per rimediare, ma soprattutto era in difficoltà perchè per sistemare la stanza avrebbe dovuto chiudere l'hotel...... il personale di servizio (1 housekeeper in tutto!) non era in servizio. Siamo quindi stati costretti a dormire in 3 in un letto per 2 persone perche l'hotel aveva sbagliato ad assegnarci la stanza. Quella prevista non era stata pulita.... Purtroppo pur ammettendo il loro sbaglio hanno negato anche la restituzione della parte pagata dal terzo ospite e non fruita.... Il problema è stato sistemato solo la notte successiva. Colazione nella norma senza pietanze calde, solo bevande; anche in questo caso personale piuttosto disattento alla gestione della sala. Struttura non particolarmente comoda per visitare il centro a piedi; è necessario utilizzo mezzi pubblici che sono pero a breve distanza. Ottima birreria nelle vicinanze dove cenare alla sera. Se dovessimo tornare in questa città sceglieremo sicuramente un'altra opzione. Il servizio è decisamente la nota dolente del tutto, SCARSISSIMA PROFESSIONALITÀ con risposte che agli ospiti non vanno date.

Sengene på rommet var noe hard, men badet var nyoppusset og hadde flott standard. Dårlig utvalg i frokostbuffeten. Ros vil jeg særlig gi til de ansatte i resepsjonen, de gir god service. Alt i alt et helt greit hotell til den prisen man betaler.

Das Hotel ist trotz coolem neuen Anstrich leider recht abgewohnt. Unser Zimmer war erst eine halbe Stunde nach der angegebenen Check In Zeit fertig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war recht einfach gehalten, aber ganz lecker. Würde aber beim nächsten Mal woanders unterkommen.
