Cleanliness is questionable, cleaners did not take out the trash and left old towels. It was almost like the cleaning service stopped mid-clean of our room and just left. I was expecting a lot more services/niceties for the prices. Won’t be staying at a Sheraton again.

The first room had a bathtub that did not drain. Brown and yellow stains on counter in bathroom. Watered down shampoo/conditioner, smelly, old dirty carpets and rooms. Got moved and the second room wasn’t much better. No shower caps. No milk for the cereal at the front desk. No thanks… Not happy with this room and stay! Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful customer service. When I needed something, the hotel staff were happy to help. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were being so close to the airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well.

Staff was great. Rooms could use some updating. We were on the 8th floor and most of the USB chargers in our room didn’t work. We also had to use a significant amount of force to get the bathroom door to close. We also spent more money to upgrade to Club status but the Club status perks weren't the same as at other Sheraton locations, and weren't available for half of the nights we stayed there. That wasnt indicated anywhere when we booked, and had I known that I wouldn't have bothered upgrading or would have stayed somewhere else for less money. Very disappointing. If you're looking for a hotel that's near the airport and relatively clean, this fits the bill. If you want extras, not worth the extra cost here.

Cleanliness – The room was kept very clean, thanks to the daily housekeeping service, which we truly appreciated. Accessibility – As tourists, we found it very convenient that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to downtown. We also really appreciated the hotel-to-airport shuttle service—it made traveling so much easier. Pool – The pool is adults-only since the shallowest part is already 4 feet deep. However, the view from the pool area is amazing! Minor Cons – There was no microwave or electric kettle in the room when we arrived. Since we stayed for almost a week, we occasionally brought back takeout food after tours and couldn’t reheat it. On our last night, we finally asked the front desk if there was any way to reheat our food at the lobby. To our surprise, they offered to provide a microwave in our room free of charge—it turns out it’s available upon request! We will surely book again at this hotel!

Breakfast was everything... OMG, what a delight. We had a minor inconvenience at first, as we were given a room on the top floor. Unfortunately, it's the hottest floor due to its proximity to the ceiling, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. However, they kindly moved us to another level, even though the room was a bit smaller, so it wasn't a big deal to us. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is definitely very convenient.

My room was right beside the elevator, and the walls are thin so I was woken up repeatedly with every ding when someone arrived or left. Ask for a room that is not ending in 22 to avoid this.

The Front Desk Agents were not welcoming, very flatline. The Doorman was helpful and was personable. Bartenders not quick to serve us when we arrived, had their backs to us for over 8 minutes. Poor see ice, again, flatline and did not give us the feeling that they were happy in their work place.

The hotel was quiet, safe, convenient to local dining options, the airport and also to access to a train to downtown Toronto. The staff was all friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the room service staff, to the shuttle staff, on down to the staff at the Olio restaurant housed in the hotel lobby. I was quite pleased with my stay! =)

Our shuttle driver was our first introduction to the didn't greet us. We also had him the next morning on our return to the airport. Still seemed put out. We sat in the lobby waiting for our shuttle in the morning and 3 employees passed buy us and never said good morning. We were not on our phones or engaged in conversation. I paid extra for breakfast and was told the restaurant would not be. open before we left. I asked if we could use it for our dinner and pay the difference. The answer was no. We did eat in the restaurant and the food was very good. We did get a 15% discount. Chose this hotel for the pool. The pool was great.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He was very friendly and helpful. I noticed that he placed a $50 incident hold on my credit card for my 4 night stay. I had to extend my trip by one day due to the flight attendant strike. I was greeted by a not so friendly person when I went to the front desk to let them know I extended my stay. He wasn’t very friendly and I noticed he placed a $200 incident hold on my credit card and also a $50 hold for room service. All for 1 nights stay. I was the only guest each night. I asked a different front desk person and all she could say was let me refund it. No one could tell me why, the difference in charges and the amount.

Great hotel overall. Great and friendly staff. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Just know this location is specifically for those who want to be close to the airport. If you want to explore Toronto and the downtown portion I highly recommend Sheraton hotels closer to town.

I have no complaints about the staff, they were all nice.The hotel's location is far from the center; however, a bus stop provides connections, and a shuttle bus takes you to the terminal for the express. Ontario has a useful Presto card, which can be added directly to your Google Wallet and used on trains, buses, and subways—like an Oyster card for those from the UK, or a travel card that can be topped up. The current express rate from Pearson to Union Station is CAD 9.25, taking 23 minutes; traveling by bus and subway to the center cost CAD 3.20 and took just over an hour. Regarding my room, the king-size bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom looked modern and classic, and the water pressure was great. The bathtub/shower combo was good, but the shower head was not detachable, only vertically adjustable. There were a couple of permanent stains on the carpet and a couple of small holes in the door and wall near the entry. The air conditioner did not adequately cool the room; however, opening a window seemed to let in cool air. I am unsure how warm it gets in the summer. I was annoyed that the curtains in my room could not fully close, leaving a small gap.

The food in the restaurant was unreal. Very professional and friendly staff. The shuttle was easy to use and navigate. Highly recommend. We stayed here because we had an early flight and they are above the standard. Don’t just let people needing a place to stay be the norm. They made it such a great start to our vacation. Thank you to everyone met over the stay. Also I don’t know what they do to the beds/bedding but it felt like a cloud. So soft and comfy.

The accommodations were good but absolutely nothing is included. We paid extra for breakfasts (only 2 included), so another $28. We had to pay to park our car overnight another $30. It adds up quickly. The charging stations for cars are free, except you pay $3 per hour if you stay after your car is charged (so no leaving your car charging overnight or you pay ~$30).
