The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was large and equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked well. The waterpressure was good and the water got hot. There is no icemaker in the premises. The overall shape of the buildings was a bit run outdated. The door of our hotel room was hung crooked whichl ooked bad and let extra light into the room from the hallway. The bathroom tile and paint looked like it was left halfway completed. Everytime a guest would shut the door to their room, it would echo down the hallway and the sound would travel loudly right into our room. Because the price was so inexpensive and the staff was so friendly, I would still consider staying here again.

Priced inexpensively. But: torn drape, broken and torn lampshade , A/C marginal, weird/uneven mattresses. Stay here if you're only concern is price.

I booked this room for my kiddo as they needed a quick stay over with some friends for their 21st birthday. They were met with a rude customer service. $100 cash incidental fee. Pages of rules for the stay (some Common some not) Then they wanted to swim and were charged $8 for a wristband to swim in a tiny shoddy pool. I have never heard of such a thing! Will NEVER stay again. Will never recommend.

The managers were nice enough but the smell was awful in the hallways. Luckily it didn’t really leak into non smoking room just thought the carpets and walls could use a detail. Being behind a Walmart was convenient and felt aafe

Room had exposed spliced wires on lamp. Popcorn ceiling in bathroom falling down. Wifi password didn't work. Cable was out at 9:30pm. When husband looked at box, a roach climbed out on his hand. Didn't stay the 2nd night.

Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs

Place is a sh*thole. Roach infested, peeling paint, and dirty. No ice machines. Made reservations online, but when I arrived, they didn't have my reservation. And they required a 100.00 deposit. Would've been better off sleeping in my truck.

I thought it was suspicious when it said no refunds when I was booking online. I thought it was suspicious when everywhere else I've ever been they ask for my debit card for deposits. But they never charged me a deposit when I handed them my card. This place immediately charged me $100 when I checked in. There is no coffee pots in the rooms nor any available in the lobby. And the lobby has no AC. There was slanderous notes in the lobby against customers by name. There were threatening notes all over the hotel everywhere I looked including in my room tacked to the wall. The shower curtain was putrid looking. It looks like they furnished the room from stuff they found on the side of the road. The floors were dirty and not mopped. The bed had shredded plastic dragging on the floor they had plastered an adjoining door with the hinges still visible and painted over ever outlet cover in the room. I videotaped the condition of the room when I arrived immediately also. There was no housekeeping of any sort the entire 4 days I was there even after I asked about housekeeping. I was charged $58 for a blue ink stain on a towel and for washcloths being dirty with dirt. APPARENTLY YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE THE WASHCLOTHS OR TOWELS. BEWARE AND DONT GO THERE.

Very dirty. I took a shower and when i put my shoes on, my feet were black. Food left in the refrigerator. Not sure if they changed the sheets. Things had not been wiped down.

There is mold in bathroom all over walls and ceiling, stained sheets on bed and open electric wires sticking out of the wall. I do not recommend anyone staying here untill the rooms are fixed.

The halls were dirty and hot, the rooms were not clean and roaches, the room was never was cleaned during our stay no clean sheets towels and trash was not done house keeping never came in.

It was absolutely filthy, not somewhere I can recommend or will ever come back to.

Overall the space was good for the price and location, just some small things I wish was where better This was my first hotel I have booked myself, it was simple and the front desk people were nice and helpful. The room was mostly clean, inside the trash cans were dirty and needed a desperate scrub. There was also something on the floor near the bed and something melted onto the dresser infront of the tv. There was a bottle cap in a dresser drawer. The bed was okay but the pillows are hard and the toilet paper was rough and thin. The shower head is fixed to the wall, presser was okay but it was on blast mode and had to figure out how to change it to be more gentle. Temperature in the shower was also good. One lamp by the bed had no bulb and was loose fitting. It was nice and quiet and a good amount of space

This was a business trip for an event a friend and I were bartending at. It's always a hot and miss with choosing a place to crash after 12+ hour shifts. It's not a fancy dancy hotel. But it is a place to lay your head after a long day. Beds were very comfortable. New fridge in room. Older hotel could use a lot of updating, but over all I got a good 9 hours of sleep and a hot shower.

Lowest, worst, dirtiest, most run down hotel possible. Shockingly decrepit. Reallllllly bad. Broken tiles in bathroom; hair dryer non-functioning; 20 year old sunken mattress; bright red walls, painted by some 5 year old. Missing baseboard in olaces. Could not have been any worse. Never ever ever ever stay here. It is an embarrassment to the state of Arkansas.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very respectful even though I was visiting as a foreigner. The floor in my room was a little dirty but nothing too bad, for a budget hotel in a rarely visited city in a rarely visited state it wasn't too bad.

Completely horrible we didn't get to stay because we didn't have the money for security deposit which we didn't know that we needed until we got there we had to stay in our car with our 2 yr old granddaughter

We stayed in two different rooms and spent three nights there. The building is old and is being remodeled at the time, but I know it used to be a three star hotel when I lived in the area. It is in the south side of town which historically is safer than the north side so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad l did. I have back issues so firm mattresses cause me pain but that was not the case here. I actually wanted to stay in bed longer. Also Miss Anna’s has the best breakfast you can find in this area and is less than a block away so you can walk there. I will gladly stay here next time. It will be nice to come back and see what they do about the bathtubs which are the only thing that I would say I hope they replace.
