Travelers Inn - Phoenix

We stayed here last minute on a Saturday night. The two queen beds only had one very thin pillow each, the beds had very thin sheets with no blankets, toilet broke after the first use, could not get the shower to turn on, bathroom door did not close at all. I think the only positives I have for this place is that the bed was clean, they provided extra towels when we asked, they had a nice little pool for my kids to use, the AC worked and maintenance did come out to look at the toilet right away. We took a chance and went on a little adventure staying at this hotel… one we will not be doing again!

Our room phone was broken when we requested a new one they gave us another broken phone, and there were poop stains on our “clean” new set of towels. The staff was very nice and understanding though. Wouldn’t say i would stay here again but you get what you pay for, for sure.

Walls are super thing, room was dirty, amenities were NOT included, not as advertised, key card never worked always had to get a new one

Room was clean and fresh. A/C worked. Beds were comfortable. Pool was sparkling the whole time. Definitely will be staying there again.
