Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, jedoch war die Klimaanlage auffällig laut. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart – für mich persönlich angenehm, aber für meine Partnerin weniger komfortabel. Das Hotel verfügt über einen einzigen Fahrstuhl, was bei 7 Etagen zu Wartezeiten führt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das wichtigste Argument für eine Buchung, insbesondere für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ein Hinweis zur Tiefgarage: Große und normal breite Fahrzeuge passen nicht hinein, daher besser vorher planen und informieren. Leider hatten wir am Abend in der Lobby einen negativen Eindruck, als eine Maus unter den Stühlen herumlief. Das hat die Erfahrung etwas getrübt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage durchaus eine Option, jedoch mit einigen Abstrichen in Komfort und Service.

We absolutely feel like we scored with this hotel! We stayed for a couple nights including New Year’s Eve 2024 and it was such a treat! We had an up close firework experience that we have never seen before. The hotel lobby was a great place to go for one last drink after midnight as well! Shopping streets and Christmas markets were less than a mile away! The only downside when we came is the parking garage was out of commission so we had to park across the street or on the street, but we did not mind once we got comfortable with that situation.

Requested single beds but could only get double bed, but is huge and very comfy. Hotel in a great location from stations and if you’re visiting for the Schöneberg area. Slightly noisy from the main road and club opposite. Staff really friendly. Would definitely stay again at the price we paid!

Very nice accommodation for a few days, everything is new, fresh and really clean. Although the rooms are a little small its beautiful and nice decorated. The reception is kind, however too bad that the smart tv wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed for 5 days…

Het was een zolderkamer voor €200 per nacht...De ramen konden niet open daarom moest de airco de hele nacht aan blijven. De nis voor koffers was onverlicht in een hoek waardoor we niet goed in de koffer konden kijken. De gehele verlichting was zo weinig dat het donker was in de kamer. De gebruikte koffiekopjes werden niet vervangen en na een handdoeken wissel kregen we te weinig handdoeken. Op zich een aardig hotel, goed gelegen maar met te veel aandachtspunten. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding niet oké.

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage beim Kudamm. Zimmer sind auch schön, nur dessen Lage zur Straße allerdings definitiv zu laut. Wer nachts gern ruhig schläft, sollte ein Zimmer zum Hof erbitten!

Hotellet ligger i gåavstand fra t-bane og togstasjon. Lett å komme seg til og fra flyplassen og rundt omkring i Berlin. Det ligger også i nærheten av stoppesteder for flere hop on-hop off selskaper. Rommet var av god størrelse, badet stort og sengen var god.

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage beim Kudamm. Zimmer sind auch schön, nur dessen Lage zur Straße allerdings definitiv zu laut. Wer nachts gern ruhig schläft, sollte ein Zimmer zum Hof erbitten!

We absolutely feel like we scored with this hotel! We stayed for a couple nights including New Year’s Eve 2024 and it was such a treat! We had an up close firework experience that we have never seen before. The hotel lobby was a great place to go for one last drink after midnight as well! Shopping streets and Christmas markets were less than a mile away! The only downside when we came is the parking garage was out of commission so we had to park across the street or on the street, but we did not mind once we got comfortable with that situation.

A fantastic place to stay. Close to the train station, that gave us great access to and from the city. Staff were always willing to help and has a lovely area to sit outside at night for a few drinks. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Good location, friendly staff and clean, tidy rooms if on small side (and no where to hang towels to dry which is annoying as general policy seems to be not to change them - laudable but then need a towel rack). Little outside space at the back was welcome in the warm weather. Basically a decent hotel to explore Berlin from but not an exciting place to hang out at for its own sake.
