Best Western Pasadena Royale Inn & Suites

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently to give good customer service. The breakfast was great! The attendant who works the breakfast are is very nice and helpful. She keeps the food fully stocked and clean. The TV took a minute for me to figure out how to use when it came to picking what I what show I wanted to watch, but I seen the laminated channel guide, and then I figured out that I can just type in the number of the channel and see what is on. So the TV was fine, but I would've liked an easier way to scan the channels to see what shows are on. The pool was nice. I would suggest them to remodel the hot tub with a paint job.I'd definitely return there. The staff customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms by the housekeeping staff, the pool, the breakfast, and the location close to the mall are all reasons why I'd choose to return to this hotel.

Good reliable hotel, very clean, with great staff. Will definitely stay again!

The property was well kept. The rooms and staff were top notch. The incliudes breakfast was great too.

I asked for extra pillow and they gave to me at check-in.

Basic, clean hotel…ok breakfast. Would stay here again if in the area.
