Wir haben in der Captain Suite übernachtet und es war grandios. Vom Bett aus den Frachtschiffen zuschauen, einmaliges Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist sehr schön & das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Zeer ruime kamer met balkon en panoramisch uitzicht op het water. Je kunt kijken naar schepen die langs varen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. De suite is erg ruim. Metrostation ligt vlakbij en in de buurt van krabbeplas. We slapen hier elk jaar als we daar een festival bezoeken.

Zeer ruime kamer met balkon en panoramisch uitzicht op het water. Je kunt kijken naar schepen die langs varen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. De suite is erg ruim. Metrostation ligt vlakbij en in de buurt van krabbeplas. We slapen hier elk jaar als we daar een festival bezoeken.

Hotel op schitterende locatie aan de Nieuwe Maas met veel scheepverkeer. Grand café met terras over de rivier. Erg leuk en rustige ligging buiten Rotterdam . Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Uitstekende keuken. Kamers prima maar jammer genoeg geen losse douche maar douche in bad. In kamer had wat meer ruimte mogen zijn voor fauteuils en ruimte voor de koffer. Geweldig weekend gehad en wij komen zeker weer.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer zur Flussseite - sicherlich der bessere Ausblick. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich und ein Sessel hatten Flecken. An der Grundausstattung kann gearbeitet werden - Garderobenhaken und Handtuchhalter fehlen. Auf dem Bett des einen Zimmers waren Haare und die Aufbereitung war schlecht. Das Bett des anderen Zimmers war sauber, Aufbereitung schlecht. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Frühstücksraum und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden.

뷰가 아주 좋은 숙소입니다. 방도 넓고 좋습니다. 침구류만 조금더 깨끗하면 좋겠지만 전체적으로 가격대비 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 주차 무료이고 접근성 좋고 강변을 따라 보이는 항구가 멋있습니다. 야경도 좋습니다. 조식도 훌륭한편 직원들도 친절하고 대응이 신속합니다. 1층 식당 이용하세요. 추천합니다.

The hotel had a nice view, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning in our room was weak and didn’t cool the space properly. One of the biggest disappointments was the housekeeping and staff service. We asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned, but it was either not done at all or done with reluctance and poor quality – in fact, the room was sometimes returned in worse condition. The breakfast area looked nice, but the food itself was basic, lacking variety and quality. Worst of all, around 90% of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional – from the breakfast staff to the reception and the cleaners. Their attitude was often rude, unhelpful, and careless. Overall, we left the hotel with frustration and disappointment. We will never stay at a Delta hotel again, anywhere in the world, and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Dass ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht habe, ist eigenes Vergnügen. Leider war das Zimmer zu Kalt und ohne separate Heizung. Die einzige Heizung ist eine beheizbare viel zu kleine Klimaanlage. Damit wird die Kammer nicht warm.

Had an accident in the hotel when chair collapsed a d I banged my head and eye on the table. I was supplied with an ice pack but no one checked on my condition for the next two days. I could have had concussion or needed a doctor. There was little to no concern for my condition.

Hotel op schitterende locatie aan de Nieuwe Maas met veel scheepverkeer. Grand café met terras over de rivier. Erg leuk en rustige ligging buiten Rotterdam . Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Uitstekende keuken. Kamers prima maar jammer genoeg geen losse douche maar douche in bad. In kamer had wat meer ruimte mogen zijn voor fauteuils en ruimte voor de koffer. Geweldig weekend gehad en wij komen zeker weer.

Great riverside location , not far from the centre of Vlaardingen. Spacious, comfortable and clean room with river view. Good menu selection at Cafe Nautique. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Zeer ruime kamer met balkon en panoramisch uitzicht op het water. Je kunt kijken naar schepen die langs varen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. De suite is erg ruim. Metrostation ligt vlakbij en in de buurt van krabbeplas. We slapen hier elk jaar als we daar een festival bezoeken.

Hier sind Hunde wirklich willkommen! Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer Restaurant und Lobby. Frühstücksbuffet mit frischer und großer Auswahl. 1 Kaffeemaschine inkl. Teewasser ist eindeutig zu wenig für die Größe des Hotels. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber sehr feine Speisekarte. Unsere Gerichte waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet.

Whilst dinner food is quite good, breakfast food needs to be improved. Dry scrambled eggs and dried out cheese slices were not expected nor appealing after the nice dinner. Omelette with ham was simply scrambled eggs with slices of ham - not up to par in my opinion.

Fijn hotel, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is netjes en verzorgd. Er er is veel moeite gestoken in de inrichting ervan gelet op de vele details die refereren aan de maritieme wereld. Het restaurant is goed, met een mooi uitzicht op de Nieuwe Maas. (Sommige hotelketens kunnen hier een voorbeeld aan nemen.) Ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

Amazing breakfast buffet, good food at the restaurant, good ambiance, nice rooms. Not the best view but good enough. Our server during the dinner could have been more attentive. We felt like we were being discriminated and purposely not given a good service.

The grand cafe is a lovely place to have a coffee and watch the ships go by on the river Maas. The rooms are large and comfortable and offer the same, lovely view over the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great stay!

Very clean room.The staff very and trying to help with any issues we had.Breakfast very weak.The Ac didn’t work for the three days I was there and it was very hot at night.
