Asked for booking reference and staff refused and even raised her voice to me. Breakfast was poor, cold bacon and eggs.

Beautiful city, beautiful hotel - but what made our stay exceptional was the kindness and friendly interaction from Ugnemir at the front desk who guided us on major points of interest in the city. We would have said 5/5 stars but with her thoughtfulness we would say 8/5 stars. Incredible and Awesome stay ! Would highly recommend this property.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 5-6 years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Staff are super attentive and everything is generally of a high standard especially breakfast!
