Tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück mit frischem O-Soft und Hafermilch Cappuccino. Auch die Cocktails am Abend waren prima. Tipp: Koffer vor dem Parken in der Lobby ausladen, da im hauseigenen Parkhaus kein Personenaufzug vorhanden ist. Etwas ungewohnt ist der Autoaufzug zum Parkhaus max 4.90 m Länge !

Very enjoyable stay. We were on 6th floor looking over roof tops. Some rooms look into shopping plaza. Gym on 5th floor with lovely outlook. Great city to visit. Transport marvellous just outside hotel.

Perfect location to walk around The Hague. However parking garage was a challenge although adventurous and expensive! Breakfast was superb so have a good brunch for the day! Rooms are nicely renovated but be careful if you have to climb stairs with luggage!

This is a beautiful property located in the Passage centre and very close tot eh Royal shopping district Staff were helpful and friendly. Buses and trams are only 200mtrs from the door. There is a convenience store, and lots of dining options. Luggage storage was secure.

Great hotel, good comfort, reasonable price, really dog friendly (we had a goodie bag on arrival for our dog) - and great location right in the beautiful city Centre close to shopping and restaurants. Only inconvenience was no hotel parking for electrical cars due to weight for the lift, but there are plenty of parking opportunities in 5min walking distance so no big problem.

An excellent stay. Fantastic location. Room was fine , smaller but normal for city centre. Great, modern bathroom . Fantastic helpful staff. Parking at hotel is interesting- first time we have been in a car lift. Little tight maybe, but safe and good location for car. Everything else you can get a tram or walk. Really enjoyed and would stay again.

Our first time to stay at Novotel and the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to Central Station. Its in the Passage, so super convenient to all shopping areas of the Hague. Great breakfast! When we first arrived I thought the room was a but small bc we had paid extra for a larger room, but as the week went on we got used to it. The parking garage is a bit tricky, but we always found a space for our car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in The Hague.

Booked Novotel executive room for our trip to Netherlands for 3 nights then another 7 nights. Had it pre booked on non refundable, seeing that it was renovated recently. I assumed it should be quite well. Am quite dissappointed with what I had chosen as it was dirty and shower was gross. Black mold around the caulking. Tile walls had mildew and the cubicle is very small. I can’t bend to wash my feet without touching the walls. Floors and carpet were also quite dirty. Seeing it was a longer stay I actually had to lay towels around to feel more comfortable. I had 2 different rooms for my 2 bookings and both conditions were the same. Layout is quite odd making it quite cramped in the room. My impressions from the pictures were very different from what I actually got. Toilet is in a complete seperate area but no sink there. So we had to go back to the shower room to wash our hands and it wasn’t right next door. I do however give the location a 5 star because it is super convenient.

Locatie is top, kamer is wat klein maar ziet er netjes uit. Helaas wel een verstopte doucheput waardoor het overstroomde in de badkamer. De check-in tijd van 14u werd helaas niet gehaald, ze waren te druk. Had iets klantvriendelijker kunnen worden opgelost.

Great location, close to the main attractions, stores, markets and restaurants. The hotel is new, clean and modern rooms. You can buy a recicled bottle for 3.5 Euros and refill it with water whenever you want at the front desk. Great breakfast with lots of food options. The room was a bit small for my family (2 adults, 2 children) plus baggage, and the sofa-bed was terrible. Since we stayed for a single night, that didn’t make difference. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Well situated for the centre of town. Good tram connections and close to shops and restaurants. They didn’t seem aware that we had two older children travelling with us when we arrived (10 and 12). This was a bit frustrating as the other hotel booked at the same time on the same booking did know about the children. We had a compact room which did the job however the pullout sofa bed was probably too small for the 12 year-old Would be fine with younger children. Hotel was clean and the staff are friendly.

The room we had was a little on the smaller side. We shared with 4 (2 kids) and it was sufficient -- but nor more. Location is five star, excellent! Breakfast was very nice, international standard (no egg station though, precooked scrambled). Personnel was extraordinarily friendly and very attentive.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, keine Frage. Allerdings hatten wir ein recht teures Hotelzimmer, das zur Shopping Mall ausgerichtet war. Es war nachts laut und selbst wenn keine Menschen in der Shopping Mall mehr unterwegs waren, hörten wir ein lautes Brummen aus der Mall, vermutlich von einem Generator o.ä. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verweilten und die Kinder ins Bett mussten, war es leider nicht mehr möglich, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich, hat uns aber nur wenig helfen können bei der Suche nach einer Apotheke. Besser gesagt, wurden wir zu einer Apotheke geschickt, die aber noch geschlossen hatte. Das geht meines Erachtens besser.

We were bumped after walking from the train station with our luggage. The hotel staff claimed Expedia overbooked the hotel. We incurred many additional expenses due to this problem as we ended up at a different hotel far from our friends and the area that we were visiting. Very disappointed with Expedia and the Hotel.

Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig bij receptie. Vervolgens een kamer gekregen waarvan de badkamer gedateerd was en geheel niet zoals op de foto's. Terug naar receptie waar wederom niemand te vinden was. Kamer gekregen die wel een nette badkamer had. Staat van de kamer was niet geweldig. Het is allemaal een beetje goedkoop. Het is dat we voor middernacht arriveerden en gewoon een slaapplek nodig hadden. Dan is het prima. Volgende dag ontdekt dat de overnachting 2x betaald was. Via Expedia was het bedrag reeds afgeboekt en daarna nogmaals door het hotel. Nu afwachten wanneer de refund weer op mijn creditcard zichtbaar is. De ligging in het centrum is perfect en de medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The biggest problem is guests can't control the temperature in the room. I stayed in August, couldn't make the room colder and woke up drenched in sweat. Also, the neighborhood is dirty and sketchy.

Den Haag is a beautiful city and the hotel is in a convenient location. The room was nice and the staff were the very best. Highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet - it is fresh and has many options.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. But even with cool air blowing it stayed toasty on a cool April night, so I'm not sure how it would be when it's actually warm outside. Water pressure in shower was lacking, and bed was awful - hard as a rock.
