Novotel Den Haag City Centre

Nice location for accessing the sights and transport links. Issue with our room though, we were on the first floor and had broken sleep for 2 nights from noisy pedestrians outside of the hotel. After complaining we were moved to a different room which was quieter but the room needed some updating for example there were holes in the curtains. Breakfast buffet was ok but would have liked more variety for the cooked breakfast section

Staff accommodated our request to have interconnecting rooms. We appreciated this as a family of five (youngest 13 weeks).

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and the beds were really comfortable. I genuinely cannot complain!

Great hotel

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor.
