Schönes Hotel, das zentral gelegen ist. Trotz der Lage ist es nicht laut auch wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Vorab-Beschreibung fürs Parken wäre hilfreich gewesen, da das Hotel in mitten in einer Fußgängerzone liegt und nur bedingt mit dem Auto erreichbar ist (Parkhaus ist nur 200m vom Hotel entfernt)

Great hotel and lovely staff. Location was perfect! We wanted to hire bikes and we were delighted that the hotel had rentals. They even had umbrellas for the rainy days. Breakfast was lovely - good variety of things to choose from. Would definitely return! :)

Hotellet ligger centralt og har nem adgang til byens forretninger og restauranter. Pænt og charmerende hotel med god betjening og stor morgenmadsbuffet. Værelserne er meget små. Der er cirka 5 parkeringspladser i hotellets garage, så kom tidligt, hvis du vil have en plads her.

Voor het eerst 3 overnachtingen gehad in dit prachtige en sfeervolle hotel. Heerlijk rustig, ondanks de ligging in het Centrum van Den Haag. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie verzorgde kamer, lekker ontbijt, mooie tuin waar je lekker kan zitten met 'n drankje. Fijne lounche, waar je rustig kunt zitten. Waar ik heel erg aan moest wennen, was dat er uitsluitend Engels werd gesproken. Geen probleem, want ik spreek Engels, maar wel vreemd in je eigen Nederland. Verder moet er bij de incheck € 100,00 betaald worden, voor o.a. Toeristenbelasting en voor mogelijke Drankjes enz. die je tijdens het verblijf gaat gebruiken. Het restantbedrag wordt na twee werkdagen teruggestort op je rekening. Ga hier zeker terugkomen!

I have stayed at Park Centraal twice now and enjoyed it both times. You cannot beat the location with close proximity to shops, restaurants, museums and parks. The rooms are small but clean and well appointed and the beds are so comfortable! Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It is very well situated in the city and our room (233) was fantastic with plenty of space and huge windows overlooking the Royal Palace. The staff were superb and made us a breakfast bag to go when KLM cancelled our afternoon flight which meant we had to leave much earlier and miss breakfast. Overall I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic location, very nice lobby, rooms were very spacious and loved the extra area that we could separately put a crib. Also loved our room's balcony. Only downside, our room had a strong smell almost like stale air (despite us opening the windows) that we couldn't get used to.

We stayed in Deluxe Double rooms, not as spacious as we thought they would be and the bathrooms very small. The mirror is hidden behind the clothing rail and there is no other full size mirror in the room. Had family staying in executive rooms and the difference between the deluxe and executive rooms is quite significant! The positives about the hotel though is the staff we encountered were friendly enough and the location was great, in walking distance of a lot of places we wanted to visit.

The property is well maintained with a very nice sitting room in the lobby. There are many restaurants nearby, and Tram 17 stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly but sometimes too busy to answer phone calls. It took them 2 days to replace missing batteries from tye safe.

We got upgraded to a suite because our initial ‘double’ room actually had twin beds. Loved the cool vibe of the hotel which was very comfortable. A lack of staff in the bar/reception was a bit disappointing.

The hotel itself is very nice, unfortunately the service is in need of significant improvement. At check in, no one could explain to us why we should transfer an additional 150 € from a specific bank card. At check out it then turned out that it was a deposit. The cleaning of the room is clearly in need of improvement. Once they forgot to put towels in the bathroom for us. When we asked at the reception, they said that someone would bring us towels in 5 minutes. We waited 2.5 hours without success and later in the evening asked another colleague, who finally took care of it. Breakfast was only good when we were at the buffet very early in the morning. As soon as a few hotel guests wanted breakfast at the same time, the staff was overwhelmed.
