Das Personal am Empfang ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Was mich allerdings gestört hat, sind die Arbeiten direkt vor unserem Fenster. Es wurden die Fensterrahmen abgeschliffen, was mit der Musikbegleitung lauten Krach verursacht hat. Ich hätte mir gewünscht etwas auschlafen zu können und nicht im Urlaub um 7:45 h geweckt zu werden. Was mich auch gestört hat, war der wackelige Toilettensitz, der den Aufenthalt über nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht wurde. Ebenfalls hätten ein paar richtige Gläser aus Glas den Eindruck aufgewertet. Die Plastikpartybecher machten einen schlechten Eindruck auf uns und waren einfach unpraktisch. Ansonsten war das Hotel einem mittleren Anspruch vollkommen angemessen.

Lo bueno. Se encuentra enfrente de un parque muy bonito. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio y con autoservicio -se agradece mucho esto-. El desayuno está bien. El edificio es típico de la zona 3 pisos. Lo malo. La limpieza es muy deficiente, creo que les falta personal. Las camas son malisimas en todos sentidos, mala calidad, malos colchones, la king son dos camas unidas que se separan en cualquier movimiento.

Draps sales . Les matelas qui glissent et placés très haut. Une de nous trois est tombée la nuit et s'est fait mal. Le premier jour on a trouvé des Draps sales et le 2ème jours ces Draps n'ont pas été changés

I was there with my girlfriend during our anniversary. We've contacted the property beforehand to see if they prepare anything special for those occasions. I was led to believe in the message that they will. Well they didn't. Two very young blonde receptionist didnt seem to be too confident in their job. I asked one of them for some ice, I've gotten the smallest bowl of ice ever, but I felt she couldn't really handle this task so I didn't dare to ask for more. The kettle in our room didnt work so I had to call down for it to be exchanged. Also there was trash from previous guests behind the heater and there was nobody at the reception when we were checking out. All in all it deserves 5/10. Would choose a different accommodation next time around.

Mooie, gezellige kamer. Fijn bed, schone badkamer en fijne verlichting. Gelukkig geen lelijke nepkunst aan de muur. Fijn verblijf gehad. Goed restaurant met lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk en aanspreekbaar personeel.

Struttura pulita e tranquilla. Al centro ci si arriva in pochi minuti con autobus 24 o tram 17 . È in una zona residendiale quindi non ci sono bar o negozi nelle vicinanze.

A great hotel, clean with large rooms. staff were great and even let us eat our takeaway in the dining room. breakfast is expensive for what you get, an equivalent in the UK would be included in the price of the room. Good transport link to the centre. Very quiet abd safe feeling area. The hotel was very quiet at night

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but in terms of soundproofing, it deserves only one star. I could clearly hear another guest snoring through the walls while trying to sleep. Constant door slamming by guests or staff was too much noise. I am not sure if this was due to the room that I had where there was another door right next to mine, or it is the same for all rooms.

Die Böden waren sehr dünn. Man hört jeden Schritt der Gäste im Zimmer darüber. Das Bad hat keine Lüftung oder sie war defekt. In der Nacht hörte man mehrmals laute Lüfter-Geräusche, ich vermute fast aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas, surrounded by parks and canal, neighbouring various embassies. Walking distance to two famous museums and Fred(a famous local street with lots of well reviewed restaurants). #24 bus is right next to the hotel (which could take you to the city Center). #11 bus not far takes you right to the beach! The only problem is that the room is quite small, and there is no air conditioner either. You can open the window and turn on a small fan to cool the room down. It worked for us but not sure if this is suffice for summer time? Overall very good stay. We left The Hague with wonderful memories.

Prima hotel en locatie. We hadden alleen geen goede kamer. De kamer lag pal naast een installatie (verwarming, afzuiging of iets dergelijks), daardoor de hele nacht geluid.

Schöne Lage und tolles Haus. Wir hatten ein recht schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Leider hatte die Dusche kaum Wasserdruck und die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Was aber wirklich nervig war, war, dass wir jeden Morgen von der Putzfrau geweckt wurden, die direkt vor unserem Fenster im Erdgeschoss im Schuppen mit ihrer Kollegin laute Gespräche führte. Sehr nervig an drei Morgen! Schade.

Goed hotel voor een nachtje, vriendelijk personeel en een mooie familiekamer. Kamers zijn gehorig. We hadden last van iemand boven ons die van 10 tot 1 uur s nachts maar bleef schuiven met meubels en herrie maken. Uiteindelijk naar receptie gelopen en dit is netjes opgelost.

Mooi gebouw, piekschone kamer. Ik had kamer met balkon. De balkondeur was niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de passerende auto’s goed kon horen. Het bed was mij te hard.

This hotel advertises that it's in The Hague. It's not - it is 2 km from the beach in a residential area with nothing around it - no restaurants or shops. We were on the 3rd floor - elevator ends on the second so that was an inconvenience. Room was fine - clean, comfortable beds. Shower was good except it didn't drain well and I worried about it overflowing the basin. Air conditioning worked well. They don't take Visa or Mastercard at checkout so prepay and pay the city tax in cash. I was not going to transfer money to their bank account from mine. I left my watch in the room and when we called they said they would let us know that night. WRONG. We trained it back from Leiden and rode our bikes back to the hotel. Cleaning staff was doing our room - it was under the bed. Had I not gone back they would never have found it. Cleaning staff was great but overall the service was not - we were leaving for Germany that day and couldn't wait til that evening to find out if they had my watch. I would pick another hotel next time.

Die Unterkunft war an sich schön und sauber, das Frühstück war auch gut. Ziemlich teuer für die Lage! Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen, sie liegt zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt und zu weit zu Fuß vom Strand, also muss man immer ÖV nehmen - sehr teuer in Holland! Hinzu kommt noch, dass wir vorher nachgefragt hatten, ob wir eher einchecken können, da wir eher ankommen. Es wurde freundlich gesagt, dass man gerne schaut, ob es klappt. Dann mussten wir vor Ort 20 Euro bezahlen, um 3 Stunden eher in das Zimmer zu dürfen, um unsere Sachen abzulegen - Kundenfreundlichkeit/Service ist was anderes....

The hotel is located in one of the best areas, surrounded by parks and canal, neighbouring various embassies. Walking distance to two famous museums and Fred(a famous local street with lots of well reviewed restaurants). #24 bus is right next to the hotel (which could take you to the city Center). #11 bus not far takes you right to the beach! The only problem is that the room is quite small, and there is no air conditioner either. You can open the window and turn on a small fan to cool the room down. It worked for us but not sure if this is suffice for summer time? Overall very good stay. We left The Hague with wonderful memories.
